            The location cannot be beat. On the seashore as well as next to Walking Street. You are greeted with a smile every time you come in and the rooms are spacious and clean. What more could you want.

            Great value for money”

            Perfect location for walking street, kind and helpful staff, room cleaned daily, my room had a nice balcony with sea view. The small room that I had booked was unavailable, but I was upgraded to a large room at no additional cost. Nearby Thai restaurant Fra Pattaya was recommended by staff and an excellent place with a wide selection of inexpensive food. Can be a bit noisy in the evening as there is a bar downstairs, but that is to be expected in this location. The facilities and decor are functional but rather outdated, although at this price point I’m not complaining. Would stay here again!

            The rooms are Big & Clean Staff is Cooperative. And Sea View Type is best room type they have.. The hotel is build on top of sea on beach. I recommend this hotel for specialy solo travelers and groups.

            Great location with a beach view”

            I really wanted a seaview and got it, be sure to book seaview. Great to get a kebab a block away at Istanbul kabob, and the soon-to-be famous yellow rice and chicken across the street from Tukcom in the evenings from the corner cart. Great foot massage a few steps away from multiple shops. Great access with blue trucks to go anywhere. Management was very helpful and responsive. Certainly worth your money.

            Smooth checkin and check out. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Stayed for 6 nights at seaview room with balcony. Room is spacious with bathtub. Enjoy the evening view of Pattaya from our balcony. Hotel is few step away to the walking street and it is on the top floor of a nightclub. Our room seems soundproff coz we can get a good night sleep despite busy nightlife down the road. Recommended.

            I could not find a better location at the price I paid. From the room I could see Pattaya sign, the beach, sea, and the water activities. Close to restaurants, bars, transportation, 7-11, and at the intersection of beach and walking streets.

            I read some negative reviews but still went ahead and booked a sea view room. I was worried that it would be noisy, dangerous and run down like some reviews claimed. None was true. The room was great with a lovely view over the beach, relaxing, quiet and clean. The staff were welcoming and wonderful. I would have no hesitation staying there again some time in thw future.
