What makes this place a winner is definitely its location. In my case, laundry counter is just at the doorstep since many places alike they are near everything but laundry so ... located in the center of city hub everything is accesible on walking distance even. The whole nine yards. The only thing is that the room is poky even the ceiling so you know...but overall for a single traveller like me it suits me just fine since its rate during weekend is so much friendlier. Still highly recommended l, tho....

Nice, but kinda spooky”
The location of this property is nice, located in the heart of South Jakarta and there's convenience store in the ground floor. On the other side, the quality of the property could be improved. In my experience, some of the lamps are not working, and the lamp in the bathroom is very gloomy. And, its exhaust fan didn't work either: when I leave my room and came back after some time, it smells horrible. Oh, the bathroom door couldn't be shut properly as well. I booked this room for a few nights so after one night I asked the staff to change the lamp in the bathroom. While coming back, I found that the lamp is slightly brighter, but still gloomy. I hope they could improve the facilities in the future.

Bad bad bad, I booked the single bed but the front desk staff gave me the twin share bed”
Front dest staff(May be owner or son of owner of the hotel) very very bad for service, if he is only staff better ask him for resign now.! i wait too long for check in (20 minutes) he was service the 1 lady guest for check in and there are 2 chair in front of front desk, i want sit to queue but he said dont sit here, i dont know who want to sit down there, and until 20 minuts he finish check in service for that lady nobody sit diwn there? How come he denied me for sit? Later when check in the staff gave me twin bed share room, I told him that booked the single bed but the fuckin staff tell me that Agoda was change my booked to be twin share bed room,

I’ve never seen a room so dirty in my whole life. They use fake pictures for sale cheap rooms. The room was totally dirty, bad smell from mold in all of the walls and roof. They don’t care about your health, be aware of these cheap rooms. I got out 1 day before my check out because my breathing system was totally blocked. That’s it

The hotel location is in the central part of Jakarta, near to Sudirman and Kuningan Area (strategic location). Room was clean and comfortable, but interior outside the room was old and a bit dusty. A bit noisy outside, because they also rent the room for professional worker and student also. Overall is just okay hotel. If you have short visit in Jakarta, and looking for budget hotel. You may choose this hotel

This guesthouse was really affordable and very nice. I love the location. There's Circle K in front, ATM and reachable by Gojek or online transportation. There's AC inside and TV. I think that's more than enough for me. It's very suitable for short stay. You'll get what you pay for.

Disappointed Hotel”
Room is smell, not clean. In addition, they put some machines behind the wall which make a lot of noise and vibration at night. The staff is not so friendly and helpful.
