Excellent Hotel, Fantastic Staff & Customer Servic”
My wife and I spent two days at the Aurora Riverside Hotel. The Hotel and the rooms are very clean, the Buffet Breakfast is excellent with a cook ready to make eggs to your liking (the omelet was excellent), lots of fruits, croissant, cereal, a few Vietnamese choices and even nice, crispy beacon. Rare treat! But what make this Hotel so unique is how caring all the employees are, regardless of their position. The staff, from the Front Desk (Thuy is fantastic!) to the parking and room attendant all the way to the construction workers were very smiley, attentive, genuinely interested in having a conversation with us and truly caring that we enjoyed a great experience during our stay. The Customer Service is nothing short than fantastic! And everyone we met had excellent English speaking skills, which is pretty rare to see in most hotel in Asia. Tho, the Hotel Manager, is extremely caring of the comfort and positive experience of the Guests. The Hotel had some minor construction taking place on the floor below us and the noise “disrupted” our late morning nap. Not a big deal. But after mentioning it to Tho, he immediately moved us to a different room, actually upgrading us to one of their beautiful Suite at the other end of the Hotel. He even added a free River Boat Tour as a “We’re Sorry for the Inconvenience” gift. He came along with us and brought some cold beers, as an extra-extra bonus, that we enjoyed on the shore of the river! This is what you call Top Notch Customer Care! We’ve been travelling Asia full time for the last 3 years and Tho is the best Hotel Manager that we’ve had the pleasure to meet. Very professional, genuinely caring and very personable. Thanks to his caring personality, he made our mini-vacation in Hoi An a fantastic experience! We will most definitely be back to this fantastic Hotel several more times before leaving Vietnam!

Having a free transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An was a good start for my trip. The welcome from staff at the Aurora Hotel was also very friendly. After checking in I chose a comfortable large double bedroom, which was very comfortable. The room was clean, neat, and the right size for what I needed, since I was on my own. The bathroom area had ample space, with a new bath, basin and toilet. The decor was pleasant to the eyes. Next morning I saw the large swimming pool, which looked inviting. The dinning room had a very inviting decor with a large variety of delicious foods to begin another day, with ample supply of food. I was impressed with this Hotel. So I asked if I could see the other rooms. I saw rooms 306, 307, and 511. Each room became more impressive in size and decor as I went up. The final room I went to was large, lavist and magnificent but it is in the last stages of being built When you read my thoughts about the Aurora Hotel this last room may already be available. Although only 10 minutes by the use of a free bike or less in the free Aurora Hotel Van (which goes 8 times a day begin ning at 7.30am in the morning and finishes at 9.30pm in the evening,) and reaches the center of Hoi An where the main shopping is found, most walk anyway. I am extremely pleased with what I saw as well as the surrounding views at the Aurora Hotel. I recommend it to my friends.

We had a really good time at this hotel, service was amazing and the room was nice. We had a room with riverside view which was really beautiful. The free bike service was simple and a great transportation method to go to the beach and central hoi an. When we were at the hotel there were some constructions behind the hotel, although we did not have any it did not bother us at all, as a compensation al guest goth some free fresh fruits and a free beer (450ml) If you visit hoi an we would like to recommend to go to aurora riverside hotel:)

Wonderful stay”
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Aurora Riverside Hotel. We had originally booked for 4 nights but tacked on an extra night because we were so impressed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was outstanding and always well stocked, even if you arrived very close to the end as we often did. We made use of the free bikes they offered often and spent loads of time in the beautiful pool or on the rooftop veranda. But overall the staff is what made our stay so memorable. They are truly dedicated to your happiness and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is beyond enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious and beautifully plated. They provided a shuttle for us to the airport and although we were too early for the morning buffet they sent us with a packed breakfast. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury hotel that won't break the bank.

Great place for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday”
We had a most enjoyable stay at the Aurora Riverside. The staff were so friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is an excellent retreat on hot days. It is cove ineptly located with respect both to Cua Dai beaches and Hoi An. The hotel's free shuttle bus was also convenient. I thoroughly recommend the Aurora Riverside.

Great Hotel to stay!”
We stayed at Aurora Riverside Hotel for 4 days. It's locktest a little bit out of town, at the edge of the city, but they offer a free shuttle service. The viel on the rooftop is amazing- you can see the river, hoi an and the rice fields. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We had a real warm welcome and our stay there was very comfortable. They offer a breakfast-buffet, with a variety of breads, fruits, local and western food and preparation of omelettes etc. The breakfast-staff is quick in refilling your coffee cup and very attentive. There is allways time for a little friendly chat with the guests. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the wonderful time. We hope we can come back some time.

Great little hotel”
Well positioned midway between Hoi An old town and the beaches, and right on the river, Aurora is a lovely little hotel. Set up around the pool it encourages you to interact with your fellow guests (especially if you have two small inquisitive children!). The staff were wonderfully helpful. Free bike hire to encourage you to cycle to town, beach, or just explore. And also a free shuttle ride into and out of the town if you don't fancy the cycle. We had a great time in Hoi An, and a lot of that was down to the wonderful hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfas”
Overall, my stay at Aurora Riverside hotel was a really great experience. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. There was ongoing building work at the back of the hotel, but they did everything to compensate, free fruit and cocktail, so it turned out fine! If you decide to stay, you may want to take up their daily breakfast. It was superb with great selection. The view from the balcony overlooking the river was great in day and night. Good stay!

I spent 4 nights at the Aurora & found it to be top notch all round. The staff are really friendly & helpful. The breakfast was really good with just about everything that you could want. A nice touch is the free bycle hire & the regular free shuttle bus into town. Hoi An is perfect for getting atound by bycle. It's probably one of the few places that I would dare get on the road in Vietnam. They also have a pool with sun loungers for those who just want to kick back. The rooms are big clean smart and fully equipped with everything that you would need . I would come back here & highly recommend that you check it out

Great stay”
They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport with a private car which was a safe and good value option anf we really appreciated it. They gave us a welcome drink and also told us a bit about where to go in Hoi An. In particular they told us about a great tailor called Be Be Tailor. They provided a free shuttle to and from town too which was very useful. Because we stayed 4 nights they gave us a free dinner which was a nice surprise! Not quite as nice as the food in town but still good. In terms of freebies, we got something every night because they felt bad about the construction work outside by the pool - this included cocktails and beer! We thought this was a really nice gesture. There is a road just outside the hotel and in front of the river which some guests complained about but we didn't mind it and managed to sleep very well. The hotel also organised a private car (that waits for you while you look about) to see the marble mountains which were amazing! We recommend you go very early (like 7/8 am) and ask the driver to wait for you for about 2 hours. Another tour they sorted for us was to My Son with the Hoi An Express tour company. Again, superb but make sure you go early in the morning to avoid the tourist hoards! Overall, clean, helpful staff, nice pool, good location and good value :)

A lovely short stay”
We stayed for 1 night at this lovely hotel. Don’t be intimidated by the foyer, the rooms themselves are modern, western and well-appointed. Our room (room 507 facing the street and the river) was beautiful with a ‘Japanese’ feel to it – a huge (king?) comfy mattress on a low base and low crafted timber furniture added to the theme. We also had a quaint little balcony overlooking the street which was great to sit with a coffee in the early morning watching the sun rise and the bustling street come to life. We also had a big hot tub! Perhaps the highlight of the hotel is the AMAZING view from the level 6 roof terrace. You get 360º views of Hoi An from the ocean all the way to the mountains. This view is very unique in Hoi An as almost no other buildings are this tall. Whilst this space is not really being utilized at the moment, the staff told us that they plan to serve drinks up there soon. We also enjoyed using the infinity swimming pool. While the pool’s outlook is not very nice, the staff said that plans are to address this in May this year. Breakfast was solid. There was a chef standing by cooking the fry pan cooking eggs and pho to order. We ate seconds! The coffee was fresh, hot and strong. We would happily stay here again.

It was my first time in hoi an ! I've stayed in this hotel for 4 nights ! Now I wish I could stay longer ! Such a pleasant hotel! Great ,helpful and ever so polite staff with good spoken English ! Perfect location , 0.5km from beach and really easy access to city centre ! You can hire bike,or motorbike ,they have also free shutter bus service and many ,many more! I've stayed in one of freshly renovated villas ! Very spacious and clean ! Breakfast very filling and tasty ! I would highly recommend hotel to my friends or anyone who is traveling to hoi an and would like good value for money ! Definitely will return in future !

Arrived late evening after the restaurant/bar was closed but was offered a free motorcyle collection service from the nearby mini-mart. The staff are very compliant. The room was to die for! My daughter felt like a princess with her glass walled bathroom. Fantastic view over the paddy fields and enjoyed watching the wildlife in the early morning. The included breakfast is very comprehensive and comprises a fusion of western and oriental cuisine. Many restaurants/shops are a short walk away. The only downside is that the old town of Hoi An is 35 mins. brisk walk. This is helped by the free shuttle bus or cycle loan, taxis are also plentiful and cheap. We are travelling round S.E. Asia and this stay was one of our highlights. Hoi An town is a must see destination.

4 day stay in May 2016”
This place was recommended to us by our daughter when she stayed here in January 2016 whilst travelling with a group of 20-21 year olds. The hotel is in a great location - about 15 minutes ride on a bicycle (free from the hotel) or 5 minutes in the Hotel courtesy bus to the lovely town of Hoi An. Breakfast was superb, the staff were extremely helpful in organising tours, and onward travel tickets. Hugh was especially helpful in helping us to organize our onward journey to Nga Trang. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to travelers of all ages and types. .

This place is the best”
Stay 2 nights in April. The room was very clean and comfortable. With its location, I could go to the beach easily and they also had a shuttle bus to the old town. The staffs were friendly, even they couldn’t speak English well but they always try to help and try to explain everything to the guest. I would like to recommend Aurora hotel to my friends and my family too.

Comfortable ”
We arrived late afternoon. Room was ready. Comfortable but basic. Lobby is nice. Staff welcomed us and informed us of the facilities. We use the bike and had fun riding around town. The location of the hotel is a little away from the town center and we needed numerous ride of taxi. However there is a bus shuttle a few times a day. We had an excellent stay at the Aurora hotel and would recommend it. However I consider this a 3 stars hotel to my standard.

A wonderful place to stay, relax, and enjoy Hoi An! Free shuttle service to Old Town and back all day, excellent breakfast, most friendly staff, big pool, big comfy room, huge bed, delicious coffee! The rooms in the new building facing the back look out onto green rice paddies and a lovely cemetery where cows roam free, lots of birds singing! A great stay!
