Quiet, relaxing by beautiful ocean view ”
The staffs took vey good care of guests. Kieu My, manager, offers a free upgrade to high end accommodation in order to providing better wi-fi for us. A nice treat in Lunar New year! We will come back!

We arrived at the resort by taxi quite late, Thursday evening around 10pm, the small reception seemed unmanned. The two receptionists were resting/sleeping out of sight. When we called they woke up and handled our checkin. They gave us a phonenumber to call if there is anything we need (so luckily we both have Vietnamese cellphone numbers). One of the receptionists accompanied us to our room by the taxi we came in. The room (Ocean 01) could use some maintenance: lots of moisture rings on the wooden table, moisture and chalk stains on the bathroom walls, loose electric wire above the bathroom mirror. We decided to shower to fresh up to prepare to sleep, we noticed there was shampoo and conditioner but no shower gel. So we called the phonenumber we received at the reception and actually reached the security guy at the frontgate. We explained the situation on the phone and he came to our room. He looked at it and told us the shampoo is actually shower gel. We were surprised but had no other option than to accept his answer. The view from our balcony (shared with the room next to us) was nice however we don’t think this room was worth the price we paid (60 euro per night) and we decided to ask to change the room the next day (Friday). Friday morning we went to the reception which was now manned by a girl. She was very helpful to show us another room (Bay 01) which we liked more but it costs 10 euro extra per night, so 70 euro per night. This room did have shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner. However, we decided to switch and asked the receptionist to provide conditioner. The receptionist then helped us move our luggage by her motorbike. In a 4-star resort anyone would expect a large continental buffet breakfast mixed with Vietnamese dishes. However, this 4-star resort offers a limited choice of Vietnamese dishes and some bacon and sausage. A lot of these dishes were almost empty but the limited staff didn’t seem to bother to refill any. Constant sounds of boat engines and trucks on the highway”
The staff were well intentioned, but the location was terrible and loud. The aircon did not work in my first room. The properties are not maintained. Also, due to problems with language and communication, the staff seemed to think it was acceptable to just walk into my room without knocking. It is a very strange and unpleasant place.

Magnifique endroit et personnel tellement gentil”
Resort récent qui offre tout le confort; villas spacieuses, propres, bien climatisées, salle de bain donnant sur l'extérieur pour une sensation très agréable, piscines superbes et bien entretenues, personnel charmant et dévoué. Au spa, la détente est assurée; massage en plein air, face à la mer et réalisé par de vrais professionnels. Rien à redire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

리조트 자체의 공간은 너무 좋다. 그러나 개미가 너무 많다. 경치만 보고 간다면 좋을 수있으나 경치에 비해서 포기해야 하는게 너무 많다. 솔직히 다시 간다면 이곳에 머물고 싶은 생각은 없다. 오토바이렌트비는 다른 곳에 비해 비싸고 시내를 나갈때 마다 택시를 불러야 한다...

Một nơi khá xa trung tâm thành phố, nằm trên đèo thuộc QL 1D cũng khó khăn cho việc di chuyển nếu bạn ko có oto cá nhân. Khung cảnh thì cũng tạm thơ mộng, nhưng: - Không có bãi biển để tắm - Khách sạn khá cũ và rất vắng khách - phòng rất ọp ẹp - máy lạnh ko hoạt động - muỗi rất nhiều, nó cắn con mình tan nát luôn - có con cóc ở trong phòng nữa - Hồ bơi rất bẩn.
