The hotel is very enormous, Pool and Jacuzzi was very nice The room was big and comfortable The location really very amazing,from 1st floor you can go to mall inside it panda ,food court The staff was very nice Parking was big View from cafe was amazing To be honest i recommend you go there,Have fun.

The rooms are dirty and the bathrooms need a lot of maintenance. The sound is annoying from the wedding hall on the third floor and we are on the sixth floor. We could not sleep. The hotel is in need of big renovation. I strongly don't recommend it.

Great hotel in a lovely small town”
Since all the big players are absent from Taif, I did what I dreaded the most and booked with a local brand hotel. I was shockingly pleased because it exceeded my expectations and by a mile. Great rooms, great services and the shipping centre is down under. I liked it.

To summarize it: The buffet is not worth the expensive price even the restaurant on the rooftop sucks! The food taste like they just bought it at a grocery store ready made to describe it. For me, you were just paying for the view at the rooftop. Then walls are so thin that you can hear the sound moving elevators, noisy people in the lobby and even in the other rooms. Someone from the frontdesk called me at 3am asking for my nationality and name when they already had it when i checked in 12 hours ago my goodness!! The noise of the exhaust fan in the bathroom were continous and loud. When i told them about it they just shrug it off. So i checked out tired and sleepy. The opposite of what i expected

Dust all over the place, dirty curtains, smelly full of stains carpet, etc. Strangers going up & down in all elevators while no security men at all. Only iron for 3 small lady items cost 28 riyals. Asked for change of room from intercom, Pagoda application, front desk reception etc. No answer or replay at all for 3 days. Breakfast not 5 stars hotel items at all. Not clean or 5stars health club or swimming pool at all. Hotel windows dirty from highest floor to bottom. They must have luxury new bed mattresses and new floor washing machine with housekeeping staff. Staff from Philippines & Indonesia are the best. No Bangladeshis or others are the same. Managers do not exist in awalif hotel at all. No supervision except at breakfast and 30th floor very professional management. Hotel at very hot point of streets and mall with many shops around, so not quiet or friendly from noon to late nights. Amenities in room not 5 stars but cheap low class items. They must change to washable e-curtains.

Broken faucet leaking water all over the floor. Washroom curtain is dirty, Breakfast is reasonable, staff are not well trained especially reception staff are very rude and do not volunteer to give any information about hotel facility like time and place of breakfast, wifi password, place of spa/ swimming pool etc. You have to ask about everything to get answered. Reception staff not welcoming, they do not respond back with greeting and they through you the room card on the table without looking at you. They need lot of training about communication skills. Sush a waste for the potential of this hotel not to choose their staff carefully.
