Modern Comfort ”
This is a lovely NIDA rooms boutique hotel, small but comfortable. We have stayed here several times. Each time the rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable and the staff are very pleasant. Tasteful and cleanly appointed rooms with snacks and bedding available for purchase. Water and an electric kettle are provided. Close to Robinson Central mall, The Key Cafe and many other delicious places to eat. Aziss is our home away from home in Phitsanulok!

We love this place. We were surprised to find air purifiers in our rooms and the staff told me that the owner is concerned about high pm 2.5 so he had them installed in every room (excluding the standard room). The rooms were very clean, beds were very comfortable and the super king bed we got had more than enough room for us and 2 kids to sleep on. The water pressure was great and the amenities provided including shampoo, soap, shower cap, hair dryer, kettle, coffee cups and all that. What the hotel provided was far more impressive for a 2 star hotel than another 4 star hotel we stayed at on our trip. The location is perfect specially if you have a car since it’s in a quiet residential area although it’s right across the street from a Central mall. I think it’s a bout 15 mins walk from the mall to the hotel. We highly recommend the hotel with kids or not. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Clean and comfy”
I stayed at Asizz for a night with my family. We had such a nice sleep there. The room was clean and full of facilities like hair dryer, electric kettle and wifi. The staffs there are so friendly and helpful. A small guy at reception guided us around and even gave us a free city map. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Phitsanulok, this place will be a good option for you!

10 mins walk to Central Plaza Phitsanulok. (though can be dark after hours), location is perfect and a short drive away from the famous hanging leg noodles. Located next to the main road which takes you to Sukhothai or Phetchabun province.

The hotel located quite far from the main road. But the room was clean and nice. There was a carpark available in front of the building. No breakfast though. The facilities were ok at this price.

A good place for short term stay. It have a shopping there,about 15 mins of walking distances. The negative point is quite difficult to find it,it's a bit far from the main road,and quite dark & danger if you walk back to the hotel from the shopping center alone.no 7-11 around the hotel.you have to walk 10-15mins to reach the nearest 7-11.

We got the connecting rooms, perfect size for our family of four. Location was great, right across Robinson's so food was not a problem. Room was a bit dusty though generally clean. Hotel had musty, dusty smell when you come in.

Location by car - perfect, otherwise critical”
I've never done this before but this is a Ten out of Ten. Shipshape, all functioning, clean, professional, no frills, quiet, modern. The owners spent money on inverter air conditioning which are almost soundless, some expensive KC fabrics were spent for the curtains to function as dark-out and heat-out. Sparkling clean, a job very, very well done. If not on own transport it is off any beaten track; some 400 metres back to the main road features, across, Phitsanulok's newest addition of Central with shopping, food, cinema - the works. But I am sure that the front office staff can get you a tuktuk or a taxi on demand. Anytime again, we shall be back!

Very spacious room with comfort bed and aircon. Need to have own car for get food and drink. Refrigerator a bit noisy operation compare to aircon. Amenity in bathroom need higher end than this.
