Great hotel with a good location. 2 minutes walk to 7-Eleven, and there are many street foods in this area at night time. Moreover, the room was very spacious, clean, and neat. Except for the fact that the hot water wasn’t working in any rooms. Overall, everything was perfect. Would love to stay there again next time.

Good Location and Low Price”
It is located near Chang Phueak Gate (North gate) of the old town which is right across the river. About 15 minutes walk to Sunday walking street. The best part is a large street food night market is located right next to the hotel entrance. The food market is very popular among locals and tourists. Also, there are Tesco Lotus Express and 7-11 nearby. The room is pretty big with a desk, refrigerator and closet. Two plugs on each side of the bed. Wifi connection is pretty also good. Water pressure of the shower is acceptable but sometimes quite difficult to control the water temperature. Highly recommended for its location and very reasonable price.

Good Location behide the Street Food Market”
The most valuable budget hotel located merely a short walk to the Sunday Walking Street. The night food stalls in front of the hotel provide a variety of cheap Thai dishes which you cannot resist trying. The room is reasonably spacious and clean but the air condition is quite noisy.

Staff performance ”
This B2 hotel is a overall good hotel considering price and location. However, hotel management should really take action and consider regarding their staff performance. I loved to stay there before. However, during my last stay in Feb 2023, one lady staff in front desk was really rude and arrogant. No one takes action for broken heater shower in our room. I believe staff friendliness and professional behavior are core values of a reputable hotel. Hope hotel management team sees this comment and evaluate their staff performance.

The hotel is in a good and walkable location. Majority of staff is also very nice and friendly, although one girl at the reception always seemed really angry and unhappy. I tried to avoid her when possible because I always felt like I was intruding and not welcomed by her. Overall quite good hotel for very reasonable price. Daily coffee & water was really nice and appreciated.

Right outside is a night food market that closes at 1-2 am. 7-11 nearby. In the early morning there is a market just beside the hotel. Hotel is very near the north gate of the old city.
