Super near the main pier and diamond beach but difficult to find”
Too bad that pictures cannot be attached. Location is really quite good as it in midway between the main dropoff pier and diamond beach. Walkable to the west side for sunset (half hour). Very clean room with nice decoration, AC working well and toilet is big. Food options nearby available, 7-11 easily accessible. Only problem is that the staff / owner is not living on site, so everything has to be done by phone (which we didn't have so it was quite inconvenient). Even checkout has to be done by calling, not very easy to do without a local phone number for us. Important to note that the "alley / corner" can be very dark at night, so a flashlight would be required. Some lizards outside on the walls at night but they don't enter so that's fine. How to locate them: Google maps have a somewhat accurate location. They are very near "Baan Minnie". When you come out from the pier and see the international clinic, turn left and walk along the main road of the island. When you see a shop with lots of wood plates (opposite some school looking plain ground/field, turn right into the small road (if you see antique cafe you have walked too far). The small road should allow you to see two rows of white houses. Baan Minnie is the one on the lower level. Baan Hello Samed is on the "upper row" and within the upper row they are two blocks. BHS is located at the block further from you, second unit from the right. There is a tiny A4 paper stuck to the front gate. Hope this helps! Quite a value for money location except for the fact that it's hard to find by yourself and it can get quite dark at night

Reasonable for a fair price”
Staff was friendly and helpful, price was quite cheap compare to the standard. The restroom was wet and smelly and looked not very clean. That's the only minus point. Anyway, it's not easy to find a budget hotel like this in Koh Samet.

Made our short stay so easy”
We arrived at the port, called the contact number and 5 minuets later the lady turned up and took us to the room. Ok it's not the best view on the island nor is it on the beach but it's clean, cheap, has air con and we hired a motorbike direct from the lady which again arrived 5 minuets later. You do not need a fancy hotel on this beautiful island, just a bike and a few baht.....Enjoy

Caution! Dogs attacking”
As soon as it gets dark, there are three wild dogs attacking when you go out ore come home. There is no sign on the street, so you better call them, as people around there don’t know the place. Otherwise it would be a nice and quite place to stay.

OK”
There's no chair in room 02, so you sit and sleep on the bed. Other rooms with sitting area outside with table and chairs. There's no reception, so you need to call for assistance, making up room, checking out. Baht 500 key deposit, refundable. On the whole acceptable.

Nice clean room close to the pier, access to all the towns shops and bars. But not on the busy road, so quiet. Owner was very helpful.

Endroit difficile à trouver malgré Google map ”
Nous avons perdu au moins 15 min à marcher en rond pour chercher cet hôtel, qui se situe finalement dans une petite Coline, en arrière d’un bungalow. Pas d’affiche bien identifié sauf une petite bannière en Tissu proche du balcon. Rendu sur place. Nous avons remarqué qu’il n’y a pas de réception... donc on a appelé au numéro qui se retrouve sur cette petite bannière. La propriétaire est venu 15 min après. Notre chambre se retrouve derrière le bungalow, durant notre séjour, on a eu plusieurs compagnons insectes: cafard, bibittes. Le chemin pour revenir de la plage est sombre, chiens sauvages un peu partout. Si je le savais. Je ne serais pas génie

Logement propre et fonctionnel”
Difficile à trouver, s'inspirer du plan d'accès propose avec les photos, suivre les panneaux "samet99" et "bluemoon" et c'est une rue plus loin. Emplacement calme mais sans charme, mon logement ne disposait pas de terrace, juste une chambre et salle de bain. Personnel accueillant et sympathique.

Camera esenziale ma carina, con tv, frigo, aria condizionata. Pulizia quotidiana. Mancherebbe solo un posto un po' più carino per rilassarsi all'aperto come gli altri mini appartamenti a fianco. La ragazza che gestisce la stanza è molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione tranquilla fuori dalla via principale del centro di Koh Samed. Per raggiungere la spiaggia più bella e tranquilla ( Ao Tubtim) bisogna fare un paio di chilometri a piedi.

จริงอยู่ที่พักไม่ติดทะเล แต่ไม่ใช่ว่าจะเดินหรือเช่ารถไม่ได้ ในราคาเท่านี้ถือว่าคุ้มเลยค่ะ มีตู้เย็น กาน้ำร้อน ทีวี ไดร์เป่าผม แอร์ แล้วในแต่ละวันสามารถแจ้งให้พนักงานมาทำความสะอาดได้(แต่เราขอยืมไม้กวาดมากวาดเอง เกรงใจ) ถ้ามาเที่ยวจริงๆ ไม่ติดห้อง ไม่ค่อยซีเรียสกับวิว ที่นี่โอเคมากค่ะ ป.ล.1 น้ำอาบไหลแรงและสะอาดกว่าที่พักบางที่ที่เคยพัก ป.ล.2 มาอีกแน่นอนค่ะ
