Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Internet infrastructure needs an overhaul, wifi distribution is incorrectly installed and works erroneously. Management should consider changing the internet technicians. Lazy technicians were not willing to get the local wifi up and running in the afternoon.

it was a just one night stay, the hotel is closed to the main road, easy to find. The room size is big it is good for travel with a big family and child. the staff is nice but breakfast is not much choice.

Won't stay here again”

Two lightbulbs were out in our room. Typical for Thailand, this 'resort' has a wet bathroom; only oner bathmat meant it was hard to avoid tracking water. The room was quiet & the mattress adequate. But the pillows were old & overstuffed, impossible to sleep on. The very worst feature was that we could not turn the lights out at bedtime. Just try sleeping with the lights on! We would have called the desk...but the phone didn't work! 'Breakfast' was included. Chicken in white rice gruel, no extras. Instant coffee but no teabags. When we complained, they told us at least 'breakfast' was free! Not suitable to vegetarians...or tea drinkers! In fact, the room was close toi Bht 800/night. There's a Covid govt travel discount on now so we saved about Bht 200. Not remotely worth it! This is a resort in name only. We didn't even see a swimming pool. Chaiyaphum is a lovely destination, with national park, mountains, waterfalls & lots of fresh produce. Decent hotel?

Stop over on my way south”

I stayed at Baan Ingna for one night on my trip south. The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The personal was quite nice and really friendly. There are quite nice looking little bungalows in the back as well. Brekky is just Khao Tom and instant coffee, which is ok considering the price and I prefer it over the usual Thai continental brekkies... Please note that you should have your own transport as the hotel is quite a bit our of town...

Brand New on Bypass Rd, Competitive Price”

Our group (1 couple and 2 ladies) booked rooms for 1 night via Agoda. We called them prior to our check-in to request for one twin and one single room. Nice that they gave us connecting room. At first, they assigned rooms on ground floor to us but we requested upstairs. The reception girl was efficient, she advised bell boys to take us to 2nd floor with keys of other 2 rooms in case we were not happy with the ones they would show us. The hotel is located on the bypass road to Khon Kaen, some 15-20 minutes from the province downtown. We had no problems in getting to-from there as we got a car. The rooms were clean As the hotel was new, some of the rooms may have been used for only a few times, some facilities may have never been run in fully, i.e. a swing mask of an air-conditioner in my room does not function. However, the hotel staff came up to fix it soon after we hanged up the phone, though it could not be fixed immediately. We did not bother as the air-conditioner at least functioned and we did not bother to switch to another room. The breakfast (portride and coffee) was decent filling one's stomach.

A nice hotel to take a rest.”

I like this hotel so much, and plan to go back soon. They gave me a nice room, and the room was so big and clean. But the breakfast was not fine. There was only boil rice with pork.

New and well thought out hotel”

The hotel is outside the city, so you need transportation if you stay here. We stayed in a room behind the hotel, so we could hardly hear the trafic on the road in front of the hotel. The breakfast is always the same rice soup. We stayed here for 9 nights and were satisfied with the room.

great place but need car”

The hotel itself is as good as there is in Korat but out of town so you need car. Good flat screen TV,plus DVD,staff great but breakfast below standard.Very quite, big room and deck.

Do not use the agora map to try to locate this hotel. It is right on the highway, but the signs are not in English. Look for the blue and pink building

They should improve their breakfast menu. Maybe some bread , egg ,etc.

Hotel nice, location not so good”

we were in the more expensive accommodation out the back which was fine. the only downside was the wifi was as slow as a tortoise. the lady inside said it worked well in the front building which is cheaper. maybe they should sort that one out. this place is fine if you have a car but otherwise a real hassle to get anywhere. breakfast virtually limited to rice soup and no tea bags.
