Exotic Home away from Home ! ”
Had an amazing time in Ko Lanta delighted we went to stay in Kantiang so remote and untouched... The people of the little village were so friendly and especially Kitty & her staff in Sea Villas ! They could not have done more for us !! The villa was so massive, clean and well kept, it had a nice living room and a massive kitchen... The shower room was huge and the balcony was bigger than some whole apartments are at home ! The views are fantastic one can see the whole beach and bay from there :-)) Best view I’ve ever had in an hotel !! There is a lot of monkeys in the trees beside the house - it is a monkey island...Keep your doors closed. They are harmless though, they are funny and kind of an exotic element to the property - you feel like your in a jungle ! But if you are afraid just know they are around, kitty and her team give you plenty of info about them anyway. However, it is an excellent property in an great location.

Amazing View & Staff”
Pros: Gorgeous view over the bay Attentive staff who went out of their way (Thank you Thuy & Kitty!) Real jungle experience with monkeys in the treetops nearby Very nice infinity pool Plenty of room for our family of 4 Well stocked kitchen - they even provide breakfast for the first day. Things to be aware of: No a/c in kitchen or living room Showers are exposed to the outdoors Monkeys can be a nuisance One bedroom is separated with a separate door from the patio (great for 2 couples, not ideal if you want to put small kids in a separate bedroom The hill is very steep to the property. We would stay here again - a real Thai jungle experience with a touch of luxury.

Since my first day of communication with Ms Troy and Ms Kitty till my final departure there were only compliments to these two and their team at Baan Kan Tiang See. Service - excellent. Ms Kitty think and do even before we ask. She anticipate and provided care and service with exception. She arranged our (family of 5 - 2 adults 3 teenage children) transport from Phuket to Ko Lanta. She also did arrangement for Phi Phi Island. She is responsible person and makes sure that our stay and trip goes the right way. Our travel was a breeze from Phuket to Ko Lanta with Mr Musa - ( superb van with comfortable seat). He was very accommodative and very helpful. It's reasonable priced and not over charged. Generally transportation is expensive as they are charged per head and distance. Stay - there are 8 villa and we stay in 801(white villa). The view is splendid with a combination of hill and amazing sea. It's keep you relaxed and rejuvenate. However you may need a bike or a car to go around the Island. There is a 7-11 store at a bottom of the steep slope (around 10-15mins very slow walk) Food is just a call away. You can choose to cook or order conveniently. Very reasonable price too and spoilt for choice. Cons - nature can not be controlled - mosquitoes and lizards. I personally did not see monkeys but are visitors of the villa as well

Lovely villa with amazing sea-view”
We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely resort and it was too short !The staff is very kind and helpfull to arrange something for you as making a trip or hire a scooter.The villa itself was very beautiful. It was nice decorated and very spacious for us and our 2 children. They have there own bedroom and bathroom. Everything is in the villa what you need for a lovely holiday.The swimmingpool is 15 meters away and has a lovely sea-view. For breakfast and diner you can call the reception and order what you like. There is a menucard available in the villa. Within 1 hour they bring it to your villa.We had a very nice time in Baan Kan Tiang See Villa Resort and we hope to come back someday!

Great villas at a great location!”
We loved our time at Baan Kan Tiang See! The villa was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Kan Tiang bay is beautiful. We didn't really like the food we could order to our villa but there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's a bit of a trek going up and down the hill as well, but we managed.

Beautiful sorroundings, lovely villas”
Spent six days at the Baan KanTiang villas and would definitely recommend the place. The villas are large and spacious and the self catering facilities were perfect. We stayed at the blue villa, which has a view of the Andaman Sea, the swimming pool and the whole of Kantiang Bay. Kitty at reception was also extremely helpful with any information we needed about local food markets and things to see and do in Koh Lanta.

Perfect for our last leg of our Thai trip”
We are a family of four, with two children ages 9 and 11 years old. They are good travelers. The property has not done a good job of promoting how amazing their location is. We stayed in the Blue Villas which had two airconditioned bedrooms and bathrooms, large patio, full kitchen, and living room. Their gardens are beautiful and their Infiniti pool is heaven after hiking up to the location from the village. You can go out to each or staff will help you order food that will be brought to your villa. The truth is your villa will have the best view in town. The property is far from the "old" Koh Lanta which we enjoyed the quiet. The beach which is down the steep hill is beautiful. You will have to watch out for the monkeys. They did steal a mango and some bananas from our villa while we were in the bedroom. We have such great memories from our stay.

Fantastic views ”
the villas are huge with two very separate large double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom; a large living area with kitchen, tv, private wireless internet; enormous deck with shade or sun, loungers and a table and the best views over kantiang bay you'll get. lovely big infinity pool for in the complex which consists of only 8 villas. as self catering accommodation, you have to ask for cleaning to be done and fresh towels but then they arrive. i loved this place and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Gem on Ko Lanta”
A beautiful and large villa with an exceptional view. This villa is well equipped with ample space for a large group of 6. We especially love the pool, the gorgeous view (right from our villa!), and of course the proximity to the beautiful Kantiang Bay! The staff is very helpful even before we step foot on Thailand. Thoy was patient to meet our multiple requests and queries. Overall, we're very impressed by the resort and we recommend young groups and families to stay here!

The villas are huge, clean and well-appointed, with large kitchens, outdoor showers, separate en-suite bedrooms (if two couples or a family and a couple shared a villa) and incredible views. Staff is incredibly accomodating and nice. The food is scootered up from a local restaurant and cheap and reasonably tasty. I'd recommend hitting up hotel Hauben, just down the hill, for their pay-for-brek if you are hungry. A scooter or car is also a must-have because of the hill up to the villas and distance from everything besides the local (very nice beach). You can easily justify a scooter or car because the cost is just a little over two taxi rides.

Great view, nothing more”
we were very much looking forward to our stay in baan kan tiang see villa resort. unfortunately, the view was the only thing that lived up to our expectations. we would recommend others to find other alternatives because the standard is not good enough. we were given the yellow villa, but had to change because the sound from the electricity system just beside the terrace was very loud and annoying. furthermore, the drain in both villas were not good enough and the water flooded every time we took a shower. we also discovered a cockroach in the drain in the white villa. the villas only had air condition in the bedrooms, and the heat in the other rooms was exhausting. nice staff - nice pool.

Great place for family ”
This resort is quite small but very bestuful with sea view. Great value for money especially in low season. The manager kitty and another staff are very friendly and considerate with professional service. You can book all one day tour from reception directly . Room ( villa ) is very spacious with full set of equipment in kitchen . Super suitable for family with young children. The only thing you need to consider is location. The resort locates in the hill and you need to take a taxi(or motorbike ) when you return especially when you carry something heavy.

Villa was lovely, great bedrooms with views of the sea and the local village. If you want somewhere with peace and quiet and away from it all this is your place. Downside itis very quiet in the village so if your wanting plenty ob your doorstep this will not be the place for you. Thank you baan kantiang villas for a great holiday

Friendly staff and beautiful views”
This place had everything we needed and more! So many different seating/entertaining areas, a computer with internet, fully functioning kitchen, with everything else a phonecall away. The views to the water were nothing short of spectacular (especially the sunsets. I do recommend that you hire a scooter if youre staying here (or anywhere else on the island for the matter) the climb up to the villa is hardwork but the steep incline is the reason for the beautiful views.. so cant really fault them on that. The staff there were very friendly. They had two resident dogs and a few cats that completed the perfect picture! There was one particular cat that waited for me to come home each day for a cuddle.

It was an amazing resort-very exclusive- very peaceful- amazing villas - fully equipped-good service-friendly staff-the only drawback was that it was on a hilltop and the access roads and the path within the resort was very difficult to navigate for my elderly mother

great staff with fluent english and helpful. reply e-mail quickly. great villa. the rooms are good maintain and a perfect terrace with seaview. reading or having breakfeast there is a wonderful experence. no breadfast but you can buy food and cook in the kitchen. they offerd everything expect sause, salt,and oil, food. microwave oven, friger is new and clean.
