My home away from home”

This was my second stay at Baan Longhaad, and it was just as perfect as the first! It really is the best guesthouse on Koh Lanta. Rooms are so big, clean, and comfortable with everything you could possibly need! The beds are the comfiest I’ve slept on during my four months in Asia, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the garden is so peaceful. Oh, and the cats are so sweet. The owner is the main highlight, though - she was so amazingly helpful throughout my stay, and was always available if I had any queries or needed any advice on things to do/onward travel. She treats her guests like family and it makes all the difference. The property is just a short walk from the best beach on the island (Long Beach) and there are so many great restaurants in the area (Family, Captain’s Bakery, Potato Cafe). Can’t recommend this place enough. The value for money is just incredible. Thank you for another amazing experience and for making me feel so welcome!

Wonderfull family runed business. Great location, warm welcoming and helpfull for everything, very clean. Compliment small breakfast and fruits every single day. Everything you need in one place. And don't forget to try Aunt Todes dishes directly in front of the hotel.

The room was clean and big. The bed and sheets were amazing, super comfortable. The owners were super kind, they gave us fresh fruits every morning. I totally recommend this property!

I stayed there for 7 days during Xmas and I really enjoyed my stay. The place is quiet, and only 5min walk to the beach. The staff is so lovely and helpful, with always a big smile. The dorm is clean and confortable. There is free breakfast with coffee, tea, toasts and fruits. You can rent a motorbike, book transfers or boat tours. Also I met very nice people here !

I stayed there for 7 days during Xmas and I really enjoyed my stay ! The place is nice and quiet. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is so lovely, always smiling, and very helpful for anything you need. The dorm is clean and confortable, with 1 shower and 2 toilets. There's also free coffee, tea, toasts and fruits for breakfast. You can even rent motorbikes or book minivan transfer. I also met very nice people here. It's perfect !

I cant say anything bad about this place. The people are amazing, really friendly and helpful. The place is really relax and calm. It was clean and in the morning you get free fruit, toast, coffee and tea , really nice

Lovely room with a lot of space”

We had such a good time there. We would highly recommend this place. It is quiet, even though it is located by a main street. Walking distance to the beach is very close and there are really good restaurants nearby. The personell was very lovely with us. The rented scooters and were able to do our laundry there. Unfortunately while we were there the interview did not work - not a major killer though ;)

clean pleasant hostel close to but not on beach ”

very hospitable host and hostess very keen to help in any way. the location is on a busy road that was being resurfaced during my visit making it quite chaotic and a little unappealing as you arrived. the rooms are very clean. the beds in the dorm are long which is important if like me you are over 6 feet tall. the matresses are very firm no sinking in here! the aircon in thebdorm is put on about 6pm and left on for the night. the shower is cold for the dorms. i 've also stayed in the private room - a semi detatched chalet very comfortable set further back from the road though noise was not a problem in either. the private room has safe tv hot shower air con. a fridge and plenty of space and a little veranda in the front. bed is more comfortable. breakfast of fruit bread and tea is available for free every morning. there is a bit of a wild track down to the beach from the accommodation which is a bit brambly. alt go through an adjoining resort to get back to main road.

this is by far the best place you can find in lanta!! the best value for money that u can ask for. the room is big and spacious, everything is clean and new! the owner and the stuff are super friendly and helpful, they always smile an greets, we rent a bike in great price, booked ferry tkts, send laundry and its all in one stop shop. this is the best bed we ever had in asia and t.v is super great with tons of chanells. dont think twice. this is the best you will get. few minutes to the beach and 10 mins to the closest 7/11. WE WILL BE BACK!

The owner is a wonderful lady who is very helpful.the bungalows are very clean.breakfast of fruit,coffee/tea and can make your own toast is included.there is laundry service and can borrow bikes although they aren't in great shape.a short path takes you to the excellent beach.lots of restaurants close by.

BEST HOSTEL IN KOH LANTA”

I stayed in Baan Longhaad for 6 days during Christmas, and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere in there it’s so nice, and the staff is lovely. Trinlada is always available for any request or problem that you may have with a big smile on her face. The hostel is about 3 minutes walk to the beach through a wild path behind the hostel. Clean and comfy dorms, new towels every two or three days, really good breakfast and free cold water. You can take a scooter for going around the island (cheap cheap) or book a 1-day-tour to the small islands near Koh Lanta (recomended). Also you have a restaurant and a bakery around the corner where you can taste a really good vegan pad thai and an incredible cheesecake. Minimart crossing the street. Very clean, quiet at night. Motorbikes for rent there, just 10min to the pier. Nice breakfast and super cool staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Obiekt warty polecenia..patrząc przez pryzmat hoteli (tych w średnim przedziale cenowym:) w różnych miejscach Tajlandii przewyższa pod względem czystości, funkcjonalności pokoju. Mimo pobliskiej głównej drogi jest cicho, każdy pokój ma ładna werande, osobne wyjście. Pani która nas przyjęła bardzo miła i pomocna, mówi po angielsku. Polecamy
