In a quiet location although shops and restaurants and taxi service close by”
Large room hot shower lovely hosts with a basic free breakfast. Lots of eateries and lots of local shops within 10 minute walk. Free purified water very much appreciated. Only 5 or 6 kilometers to airport. Many beautiful temples within walking distance. Robinson's shopping mall 15 minute walk away. Bars close by with pleasant accommodating hosts. Definitely recommend if you want a relaxing vacation with an option to go out in evening in local area to eat or drink.

Good Value, Nice little Hotel”
this is my favorite place to stay when visiting MaeSot. The hotel is nice, clean, has wide-bedding, hot shower, fridge and WiFi. The price is very good. The average hotel price around Mar Sot is 600-700 THB. I recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable but a bit out of the way”
This guesthouse is more modern than some others in Mae Sot and my room was very clean and relatively large and comfortable. The main drawbacks are the location - for me, it was quite far from the centre of town, although if you have a car this might not be an issue - and the lack of a place to work. Breakfast included almost no vegetarian options and the guesthouse is too far from town to step outside and get something healthy. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Comfortable, clean, and budget”
This place has nice room with comfy bed and a large balcony glass door. It situated in town but closer to natural surrounding in a community area, so it's nice and quiet. It has good free breakfast and free bicycle for you to ride around. The staff are helpful too. I have no problem staying here. The only down side is that the wall that separates room may be too thin but that's not a big deal.

I think you probably didn't look for accommodation in the method. The staff and cleanliness are fine. However, this is not a hotel that can be used in an emergency or without a plan because the card is not available. I can't communicate with Agoda when there is a reservation problem. I can't communicate in English here. It is not easy for foreigners to find this place.

I booked this in a hurry looking for a destination to aim at after a long day on the road. The Staff friendly the room was clean , and the bed linen spotless .The air-conditioning worked like they all should, but most in this price range don't . Good value for a one night layover .
