The property
Noisy karaoke bar downstairs”
This was the second consecutive year I participated in a run/race in Phipun, last year I stayed some 30km away and since I was alone, I looked for something nearby. The Guesthouse was just 5 minutes away from the venue which was great. Unfortunately the Guesthouse has also the only karaoke joint in town and loud music is played until 1-1.30pm just under your room and the rooms are the s/t rooms for the guests of the karaoke bar. Still clean but very basic.
