Great place to stay in Chiang Rai”
We liked everything about the place! It’s staff is courteous and friendly, the location is superb (away from loud streets but very close to all), the room we stayed in was spotless clean. We enjoyed 2 nights here very much! Will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family.

Loved our stay!”
We only stayed for one night but loved it! The hostess was so warm and helpful. The grounds were beautiful. We had plenty of room in our double bedroom. We wish we had had time to borrow the bikes - what a lovely offering. We did not try the shower in our short stay but it seemed nice. Also the latte at the coffee shop (where you enjoy your breakfast) was the best one I’ve had in Thailand.

we’ve come to look forward to our stay at baan norn plearn when ever we visit our friend in chiang rai. a very comfortable place to stay......access to the kitchen....an expresso coffee shop.....with nice breakfast that comes with room.....will even prepare vegetarian if you let them know ahead of time! and within walking distance to many of chiang rai’s attractions. a very friendly family run guesthouse with open air sitting area and much greenery. and free bicycles to explore on to boot!

Absolutely lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly. No magnetic keystrip for charging electronics when you're outside of the room - I enjoy being trusted as an adult... something that few places do.

Beautiful guesthouse”
Lovely guesthouse, I think it was old school or something that was changed to guesthouse. Great rooms, with comfy beds. Breakfast was nice as well, although I'm not used to eat so heavily (warm dishes) in the morning. You can also cook your own eggs there. Staff was helpful and super friendly. Location is very central, next to night market, the clock tower and bus terminal 1.

Nice, clean & cozy place”
The place was so nice and clean. There’s a cozy sharing area where the kitchen, big fridge, and table are. The staff was also nice and polite. She accommodated our twin bed request although couldn’t find our booking at first place. Luckily, there was availability, so we got it solved in 5 minutes. The room was simple decorated and in good conditions, except the air conditioning which was a bit noisy. The property is located close to the clock tower in the middle of the town, but too close to the school where you might hear the marching band in the morning of the weekdays.

FEEL LIKE STAYING WITH RELATIVE'S HOME”
This was my 2nd time to stay here. - Clean and cozy room with basic amenities and, expecially, unique decoration (renovated from kindergarten school). - Kitchen utensils are also availlable in case you would like to take some food from outside, but you have to clean after finish eating. - Free bicycle. - Breakfast in cafeteria zone. After breakfast time, this zone will be serviced as cafe. Highly recommend for staying in Chiang Rai...!

Perfect for a short stay when visiting Chiang Rai and the immediate area”
Chiang Rai is so small that everywhere is close. Baan Norn Plearn is well located within walking distance of Bus Terminal 1 and the night market. Quiet and well served. Breakfast was mainly Thai style but delicious all the same. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful in assisting direction and reservation arrangement, room is comdoetàblw and good size. The two points to improvement are our room was too close to street so we could heard the car noise and shower water was not very hot.

Nice quiet place not far from the clock tower restaurants and nightlife . Exclent breakfast . Not your normal hotel style but Thai Style which is a nice diffrence . No fridge in the room or saftey deposit box but a share fridge is avaliable .
