The owner and staff are super warm and very hospitable. They are sincerely helpful and easy to talk to. They are always ready to give their recommendations or suggestions. The free warm drinks and bread for breakfast were more than enough for me to start the day. The other amenities are basic but the place is very clean and the rooms are spacious. You could ask them to clean the room for you even every day just like in any starred hotel. You certainly get more than what you pay for. During this 3-day stay, I was so impressed that I even booked another room for a friend. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent Stay”
My husband and I stayed at this guest house in January 2020 and had a lovely time. The staff members are so helpful, it's like speaking to a friend. There is a nice, clean common area where you can make tea/coffee, buy snacks, or just enjoy your surroundings outside. The location is safe and conveniently located. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything works properly and there are no bugs inside the room. You will have a great time here! Don't hesitate.

The best value for our money we ever received from a guesthouse!”
Probably the best place we stayed at while in Thailand. We booked the double room and right from checking in we felt at home. They offer hot water, coffee, and tea at the reception. They have plates and cups you can use and they also had a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. Our room was so clean that we were comfortable walking around barefoot. The washroom was also spacious and clean, and there is hot water for the shower. We loved that you can rent motorbikes right from the reception desk. When we came home after each day, we found a plastic bag hooked onto our door with 2 new water bottles, a new soap bar and a new shampoo! Little things like this made our stay extra special!

best guesthouse we have ever stayed”
did not expect a lot from a guesthouse, but once we arrived we can tell that it was best decision. staff are so friendly and helpful, plenty of snacks on reception room, clean room and bathroom. been staying in many hotels and guesthouse, this is the only place that does make sure we get 2 complementary bottle of water every single day. they also can help getting motor for rent. location is a bit far but if you don't mind walking then book this hotel

Clean, Minimal, Thai”
These are simple accommodations with some nice features including Air Conditioning and WiFi. It is very clean. Clean and simple. Location is just south of the river and maybe 5-10 minutes from the city center. Chiang Rai is walkable or Grab is inexpensive. Koh Loi park is riverside with walking tracks and recreation facilities. A small footbridge at the top of the street will cut your time to the park but does not appear on Google maps. Ask at reception. The bed is firm but not back breaking hard as are most Thai beds. I slept comfortably. A desk is provided. The bath has hot water that works fine. A balcony acts as a wardrobe and a nice place to hang hand washed clothes. Clothes hangers are provided. Both doors to the exterior and to the balcony have screens for a nice breeze. A fan is provided. The room would benefit from a small fridge and perhaps a hot water pot. Shared hot water for drinks or noodles is dispensed at reception. Also the electrical outlets are all two pronged so an adapter comes in handy for three pronged devices. I arrived on an early morning bus from the south and an early check in was accommodated. I was very grateful for this after a long trip. I imagine that occupancy would bear on their ability to accommodate. I am very happy with this choice. It met my budget. It is very clean.

Fantastic Guesthouse”
We had an amazing stay here and extended several days. The guesthouse is a little way out of the centre of Chiang Rai, but they are also aware of this and offer lots of information and help for booking taxis/tuktuks or bike hire. Great place, if you do hire a bike, as this place is much better value than the places in the centre. It is also only a half hour walk from the Blue Temple, which we found helpful. The room is bright, spacious and very clean. The Reception area is a comfortable place to sit. There is a water boiler and microwave available 7am-10pm along with free teas and coffees. They also have a selection of frozen/microwave meals, snacks and drinks for sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They send postcards home for us, and helped us book our slow boat up to Luang Prabang. Cannot recommend enough, if you don't mind being a little outside town.

Best place I’ve stayed in Thailand ”
This place was a solid 9/10 Very clean, great service, great facilities, felt very secure. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Chiang Rai which is the only reason it’s not a 10.

Such a great guesthouse! Extended our stay by 2 nights. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Basic toast for free in mornings with free tea & coffee all day. Little store inside reception. Only downside was it's a bit far out of town but they rent scooters & bikes or a taxi/tuk tuk was only 100baht.

Stayed here many times before. Service is friendly and good. Staff have been there a long time. Very inexpensive place. If you upgrade a little, you get much nicer room with bigger TV, table, bedlamps a/c and small fridge. Good walk from city center. Food available, snacks close by. Motorcycles available for rent. Good budget guesthouse approx. 2 km from the city centre. The room was not too small. It had a desk and a couple of chairs. There was a little balcony at the back where you could dry your clothes (it had a clothes rack). The bathroom is simple but clean. AC was good. You can buy snacks and some food at the reception. All in all - a good place to stay.

For price, I can say I didn't found anything better than this place in Chiang Rai. Friendly staff, clean and fixed rooms, very quite surroundings with a nature around and nearby there are bridge to the peaceful park. A bit bit off center, but really perfect place. I will be back!
