A great place to stay”
I found the Baboona Beachfront Hotel to be a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff, excellent, kind, friendly and willing to help to make your stay a memorable one. The cleaning staff, quick and efficient in getting your room clean and looking great! The hotel has its own library! It is a very relaxing and quiet room, right off the lobby/reception area. The lobby/reception area also has a feel of home to it. The decor is very pleasant and relaxing and homey! The rooms are spacious and comfortable and truly quiet in every way. The walls are thick enough so you cannot hear what is happening in the rooms next to you. Unlimited WiFi access great connection speed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in while staying in a hotel. Now that we're all of the positive things about it, I have to say that I had only one complaint and that was the breakfast in the morning. Most everything was cold and always the eggs were undercooked. A great hotel to stay at.

Nice hotel and great location ”
Nice hotel , At the other end of the walking street , hence no calm place. From outside you can get 10 Baht Tuk Tuk for going to walking street. Take Sea Facing room in Higher floor for having great view. This was mine Fourth time stay in this Hotel . Will stay again and highly recommended.

The hotel is good in location which is near to Terminal 21 and Tiffany Ladyboy show. The breakfast is also good to me. The cost and price is worthy staying.

Simple hotel with great location ”
Right in front of the beach, so it is great for beach lover. And it is near Terminal 21, Central Marina, so it is good for the movie and shopping lover. As for the night life, major entertainment places are also around. Overall it is a good place to spend for vacation. Hotel itself is just average.

Major road works along beach road, machinery, excavator running 24/7 in front of hotel”
Very noisy at the moment with major road works along beach road. Hotel doesn't tell the public that sleep not possible in beach view rooms due to excavator, trucks, pole driver operating all throughout the night.

This is a nice hotel, for me if you have a balcony with sea view it is A good place. No need for me for more, the beach is opposite the hotel

Moved out after 2 days”
I booked a Deluxe Double Room with Seaview, which is located at the front of the hotel. The room I was initially offered (504) was very ‘tired’ with marks on the wall, chips in the furniture and a side window that overlooked a brick wall. After requesting a move, I was offered room 404 which was in better condition, but still not ideal. For example, the ‘double bed’ was in fact 2 single beds pushed together. I also had no hot water in the shower one evening. I moved out after 2 days of my 7 day prepaid trip because of the noise from the Chinese tour group buses every morning. Literally hundreds disembark and then reembark throughout the day starting from 8am. The bus engines run constantly and the tour guides shout and use whistles to keep people moving - like sheep. To be honest I don’t need that, so I quit and moved elsewhere. The hotel needs refurbishing. It’s tired and a lack of investment is showing. Coupled with the tour group noise, I can’t recommend it.

Pros : location Cons : plaster on walls ceiling has started to crack . Ants come into the room from these cracks. Breakfast is very ordinary . Fruits are not tasty. No grapefruit or mango. One variety of white bread only. No cheese , croissant . Only one variety of jam. Menu caters mainly to Asian ( oriental )clients who form most of their guest list. Lots of oriental breakfast dishes.

Good location, worth for money. A small selection for breakfast I stay 2 nights and 3 days and menu exactly the same. It's alway human error with staff I booked 1 night each booking and always need to change a new keycard each day without staff informed me. I found another hotel in Pattaya with better breakfast, service and worth for money.

Easily accessible but room is average and ”
Stayed in room 304 "deluxe seaview" but it is blocked by palmtrees, so it is "partial seaview" at best and my room doors (yes both the entrance door and tiolet door) are broken. staff are friendly and breakfast is ok but for about $70sgd a night i am sure i can find better accommodation.

The hotel is right across from the beach, upper floors have very nice views. Breakfast was good. However, the bathroom has a strong sewer gas smell which they apparently tried to cover up by saturating the drapes with a strong scent. I had to leave the door to the balcony open the whole time just to be able to tolerate being in the room. If you are sensitive to bad odors I would not recommend staying here.

Plus points: -Perfect location right on Beach road -Good breakfast Minus points: -Extremely uncomfortable bed which consists of two single mattresses put together, makes it impossible to sleep in the center of the bed -No bidet shower in the bathroom -No hand soap in the bathroom Overall 6/10, not awful but not great either.
