Great location, friendly staff”
Location of the hostel is great. Staff helpful and friendly. Curtains for privacy in the dorm rooms. Beds were fine; mine was separated by a curtain with the neighbor next door. One shower drain was slow, the other one was fine. Toilet situation was okay. Overall, can't beat the value but I haven't stayed in other Hanoi hostels. I would stay again just for location and staff.

Stayed here, as I wasn't able to book the OFFICIAL PARTY HOSTEL in Hanoi. Nonetheless, I'm quite happy with my stay. The hostel is quite literally in the middle of the old quarter so the street markets and cafes are just around the corner. If you decide to stay here, the Pho Stall right opposite the hostel offers amazing Pho for dirt cheap. I only had the chance to eat it once, and I wish I had eaten there more. Otherwise the staff are very accommodating and friendly. They will provide you with recommendations and tips based on your preferences.

It has comfortable beds and queit atmosphere. Good place to take a rest. Staffs are kind. They also have some tour programs so you can book a tour, or transportation at reasonable price just from the hostel. It is located at central area : 5min to Hoan kiem lake, 1min to beer street. Also you can find a great rice noodle restaurant right across the hostel.

This is new hostel. Only 5 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake. The dorm room separate bathroom, each bed has curtain so feel privacy. Break is okay for 2 toast , 1 egg, 1 banana, free tea , coffee. The also provide free towel, soap, brush, comb.

GOOD LOCATION FOR BACKPACKERS BUT...............”
Bring your own SOAP/ Shampoo and Toothbrush and Toothpaste because the Hostel does not provide it. Even soap after you use the toilet. AC in our Room is not working well and need to use electric fan. The staff are very accommodating and good english.

Helpful and friendly staff. Amazing value for money, good breakfast (2 eggs, 2 toast, 1 banana and tea or coffee) which is cooked for you and cleaned up after you!! Was generally clean. Great location in Old Quarter. We'd happily stay again.

We stayed in a Double Bed in a Dorm. It was comfortable and spacious. The location of the hostel is great, everything is in walking distance. The breakfast is simple but good. I would recommend it!

Cheap and clean ”
Just one night here and were really impressed. Excellent location and quiet. The breakfast was really good and all drink from here cheaper from outside. good room and bathroom very clean with good hot showers, each bed has its own lamp, table and socket. I would stay here again!!!

Overall good-decent though space between bunk beds bit small”
If you are not a too fussy traveler, this will work just fine. BATHROOM I tried the female dorm, the bathroom is standard they have 2 toilet and 2 shower cubicles. The toilet is a bit small, you need to spread open legs a bit esp if you are tall :) They provide soap, toothbrush and comb. Shared among 10-12 females, it's pretty decent, I never find any difficulties using toilet, all of us are not around during the day anyway. BUNK BEDS The space between the bunk beds are very small lol, so be prepared for that :) Matress OK LOCATION Very good, few minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake only by foot NOISES Outside noise is quite minimal coz it's a small lane from the main street But be prepared for possible noisy residents - there's one Spanish speaking lady speaking loudly on the phone till 11.30 pm (if more than that, I would go and ask her to stop :) OTHERS Good decent breakfast. There's a nice beef noodle shop just in front. They can help you book tours with reasonable prices.

Amazing location great service ”
Tam helped us with several options for airport transfer before we arrived and after we left she even helped us book a tour and bus transfer. The breakfast was included and you could choose between scrambled or fried eggs, tea or coffee. The location is very good, very central, walking distance to Ho Hoan Kiem lake. And it is situated right across from the 2nd best Pho place in Vietnam.

Pros: Free breakfast Convenient location Friendly receptionist I booked the mixed room since it is the cheapest option for travellers like me who arrive in Hanoi at around 1AM and just need someplace to stay prior to checking in to a nice BNB without a 24hr reception. I would say it is ok except that there are people getting it on on the lower bed bunk. I was on the top bunk and I didn't sleep well because the bed frame is shaking. So inconsiderate. FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO FCK, BOOK A MOTEL NOT A DORM. The bathroom and shower are not that clean. But tolerable.

It's new, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The toilet cubicle are just small. Especially for tall people (I'm only 152cm with not so long legs), you have to literally spread your legs while sitting. Lol. But overall, I liked my stay here for 3 nights. 🙂

Value for Money. Location is 5mins walk from the Lake. Got nice beef noodle shop infront. The Male front desk staff was very helpful to personally (motor) bike for me to tour around landmark attractions in the city as I was rushing for my flight so joining City Day tour is not an option.
