Horrible Hotel”
This hotel is a complete mess! Room was very dirty and they didn't even spend 30 seconds to clean. If you move beds (which were placed in wrong directions) you will find trash, old rotten food and much more. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. Ten elevators couldn't serve the huge number of guests and you should expect to spend anything between 15-30 minutes before being able to go up or down. The room had no view at all. I opened the window and I saw a wall, nothing more. I could barely spend one night there and I terminated my journey and went back home the next day because I couldn't handle the mess in this hotel. I would give this hotel zero stars if it wasn't close to Al Haram (5-10 minutes walk). Otherwise everything was very bad.

Pilgrimage hotel”
Stayed in the last 10 days of Ramadhan and paid USD 200 per night so unless you are sharing a room with 3 or 4 others the overall cost quickly mounts up. Hotel was functional and about 1.2 Km's walk from Haram so that was not too bad. Proximity to shops was always handy so food, laundry was convenient. Lifts were very busy during busy periods, something to keep in mind. Windows were not double glazed so could hear traffic noise even on the 9th floor which can disrupt sleep. Other rooms were accommodating large crowds and hotel was noisy, so won't suit a light sleeper. Would I stay again? Not sure if I would as I prefer a bit more comfort and a good sleep, which I struggled with on quiet a few occasions. Due to the time of the year, staff did try to accommodate whenever possible so no complaints there. In peak periods patience would be required.

It was good but in the begining we got problems with the booking , and we thought that Agoda is not real application and they said so. Finally they said that they didn't get our booking paper yet and this is not the check in time. But they didn't mention in their services the check in and check out times! . Next time I wont book with Agoda they said that it is unsafe application so I wont be in trouble our getting angry with staying outside untill they find my misrable booking paper. Thank you

Terrible, due to leaving honest feedback on another hotel review site which I had previously booked a stay with the manger a Saudi refused to let me stay and told his staff he did not want me to stay due to a bad review I had left! The staff felt so bad but could not do anything as they were concerned about there livley hood being effected! I was warned that I was not being allowed to further stay although there was rooms but the manager was not having it as I had left an honest and bad review, which was nothing but the truth! I would strongly advise people to book with caution and not to leav feedback until they leave the hotel and not plan on returning.
