A really good night's sleep and great location”
If you are here with lower expectations, you will have an absolute great night's sleep. Its quiet and comfortable with clean toilets, cool aircon, comfy bed and blankets, ample charging sockets and perfect waterheaters. Don't expect a working fridge, bath amenities and great channels on TV. The surrounding location have lots of cafe and restaurants that closed midnight. 7 mins Grab to JB City Square/Immigration.

Great place”
We are 12 pax so we searched for the cheapest place available to sleep for a night. This place is not only cheap, it’s super clean as well. We moved all the beds together towards the aircon and under the bed was just dried pandan leaves with no dust! The room is super cold, it just need abit of time to cool it. They did an excellent job. The breakfast variety was not there, but EVERYTHING served was delicious. Will definitely come back.

Very big, clean, many wall plug! No toothbrush set. If there is a toothbrush set and maybe better shower gel omg it will be perfect stay! To owner, order cheap toothbrush set from TaoBao or Mr DIY. Some travelers don't bring toothbrush or shaver set. It will be nice if they can see these or the front desk counter can sell.

Amazing and wonderful Hotel”
Amazing and wonderful Hotel to stay.. All staffs are very helpful and friendly.. All facilities and services was very good.. but cannot watch TV3.. very sad.. Problem with Malaysian Television channel.. My parents and me was very happy stayed for 3days 2night here.. 10 minutes to Hospital Sultanah Aminah which very near to visit my brother : operation and warded at CCU.. Recommended Hotel.. Will recommend to my family and friends.. Will come again..

Second time at this hotel. Very clean and spacious. Getting a room with large bathroom. Very recommended to stay even though the hotel’s name like budget old hotel. The basement parking is easy and safe .

Water pressure is superb”
I am choosing this hotel, as rate per night is super cheap. Bathroom is spacious and water heater and pressure is awesome. 1 door fridge, kettle and hair dryer and even 2 sachet of 3 in 1 and porcelain mug are available. Ample parking space and well guarded as well. Except for cleanliness, as dressing table is full of dust and I need to wipe with tissue before putting my belongings on it. Overall is okay and recommended to all.

The original room I booked wasn’t great, leaking basin, definitely a no ... so, I got upgraded to family room ...the family room is spacious and great. Location is ok, there’s nice restaurant nearby which open until late. In summary: deluxe queen room is not that nice, family room is definitely yes
