Right in the Bai dinh pagoda surrounding so you can get in there go walking or sth all day without buying tickets many times plus at night the decoration lights are on so its great for walking. Im also heard that until 2025 there are gonna be a place like “ phố cổ hoa lư “ right next to the pagoda so very convinient. Because its located with the pagoda so its really quite and clean, food is yummy. Love that each room has foot bath ( but the salt is charged though ). Nice staffs as well.

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed. The room looks more beautiful than in the picture. All equips look new and clean, room is big and nice, the surrounded area very pretty and peaceful. And it's very convenient to walk to Bai Dinh temple. Definitely will stay here in my next trip.

We went to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Ninh Binh and were forced by the weather to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was great! They were very accommodating and helpful but communication in English was sometimes difficult. We found it to be a very restful and quiet place to stay. We walked the grounds and enjoyed the Buddhist history. If you are looking for nightlife nearby this probably isn't the place for you.

The hotel is within the Bai Dinh temple's compound. Nice to see the light from the temple on the night and explore the temple and pagoda early in the morning. Highly recommended

This place need to change the receptionist !”

All is good. Room got big space. Good location to see Bai dinh Pagoda. But the receptionist is the worst part of the hotel. Poor communication, no enthusiasm to help guests. No smile, they chat together while let the guest wait for them to complete their fun while they are tired to wait for the help. If the receptionist can be changed then the place is just perfect.

Staff very helpful. Need English speakers. Location not marked well. Driver couldn't find for long time. All staff very friendly and warm. Menus not clear. Need separate breakfast menu with choices available. So surprised that no other visitors were staying there. Just people touring the compound which is lovely but not clear how to visit or understand what it is. They called a driver for us to go on river cave boat tour. And gave us a room to change and shower in as we were drenched in rain when we returned. We would visit again.

Staff doesn’t speak english at all, we managed to do everything we wanted but nobody was really helpful. When we arrived our safe wasn’t working and we had to changed it and wait for it... It was supposed to have a gym/fitness in agoda but nothing... There is only one place to eat the restaurant of the hotel and the food is really not so god... Breakfast is better than the normal menu... The place is really charming and just close to the temple very convenient and beautiful ! Sadly there is absolutely nothing to do except visit Bai Din Pagoda

I'm not sure why this isn't more clear in other reviews or...at least... The actual description for the hotel. This strange place is -inside- a guarded temple area that requires an electric car to get to. Imagine our surprise when we rolled up on motorbikes. Honestly the place is beautiful if you know what you're booking but apart from walking around the Pagoda for an hour or two this place is so remote that it was even TOO FAR to take our motorbikes into town to grab food, leaving you scavaging through the overpriced menu communicating with the staff that doesn't speak English. We are actually able to order in Vietnamese but still had issues. Breakfast consisted of cold eggs that tastes like they we're made the night before.
