Great hotel but wifi is disappointing ”
I stayed for 2 nights. First if you’re arriving from the airport you may book with bai hotel for 750 pesos but you could also book with grab ranging from 319-400 pesos it depends. I try both coz during my arrival it was late so i don’t want any hassle. Room was great very spacious and clean, service is great is some area specially with concierge (Bryan) very helpful. The reception upon check-in was great his very informative and they pick me to play spin the wheel (won notebook), check out was okay she was struggling coz the queue was long and she was alone. Operators some of them are great in following up some are forgetful (idk) I called so many times to dish out yet no one come, not until i order again at room service they pick my dishes. I think follow up with operation service could’ve done better. WIFI (2/5) if your traveling for business better buy your own internet, very slow and i always connect and disconnect every minute just to make it work. To the management your hotel is great but please do something about your wifi. I would love to stay here again!

The Bai Hotel...Home away from Home”
Travel dates 11/19-12/8/2019 As this was a first time visit for the most of us to the Philippines, I was looking for a hotel or hotels that would accommodate 6 female travelers. Deciding what to do, book our 3 times stay in Cebu City to just 1 hotel or 3 different hotels. The Bai Hotel won over several Hotels to be Our Home away from Home. We were looking for: 1) Comfort (amenities & cleanliness). We were right at home, feeling like the Queens of the South. Amenities & cleanliness true as stated. Rooms was modern, very clean & spacious. 2) Reasonable room rates, with a 4 to 5 Stars rating (I personally rate them 5 stars). Rates was great (booked with Agoda & Expedia. Preferred Agoda because of their free cancellations & pay later.) We booked twice for the executive room and the last stay booked the premium room. But later decided to upgrade to the executive rooms (We got spoiled on the previous stays). Had no problem in upgrading. 3) Accommoda

the staff at the Hotel were brilliant, they couldnt do enough to accommodate you, the breakfast was a buffet type breakfast with different meals from all over the world and no restrictions on what you had, i didnt try the restaurant in the evening but did try the meals with room service which i found to be very well priced and very tasty. The hotel as a pool on the 22nd floor which was very nice and again the staff throughout the hotel were fantastic. The location for me was good it was near the centre of the city and also not fare from the airport and the beeches of Lapu Lapu. The room was very comfortable and house keeping cleaned and change bed sheets and towels every day . I will be going back to the Bai Hotel and would recommend it the anyone else . Thank you to all the staff there for making my stay very enjoyable xx

From location, food, staff, cleanliness, value of money; all of it is wonderful. Location: Quite near to the airport, a few kilometres. Staff: Absolutely wonderful! To all the staff that provided their assistance above and beyond:- In the executive lounge; John (Chef), Rose, Fel, Leonah, France, Restie and Lorenz (Housekeeping). All of you made my stay special and homely. Thanking all of you and hope to see you all soon next time! Food: It was gorgeous and legendary; suited my needs perfectly. There’s a rooftop deck lounge with a DJ to create that chilled out ambiance! Highly recommended! I’d stay here again when I return!! Thank you for the awesome time there!

Amazing”
Staff were so courteous and attentive especially Bai Cafe supervisor Maricel and her crew. The buffet was great and they still made the extra effort to ensure we were enjoyed our meals. They were so warm and welcoming. We truly appreciated the fruit platters they served us on our 5th & 6th day. Although the Business Centre was closed they assisted me with printing out our travel docs. The rooms were clean, AC was cool so we were able to sleep well. To all the staff of Bai Hotel, thank you so much! We had a grand time.

Excellent views from the pool bar! There didn't seem to be much clarity on what time you could eat there - the cut off for ORDERING the food isn't made clear at all, food is served UNTIL a certain time (I think 9pm) but you have to have ordered it by 8pm... The club/bar at the very top of the hotel is nice and serves food late but the music up there is ridiculously loud so we couldn't stand it. Ordered food downstairs in the bar in the end and the waitress was so helpful (her name was Jasmine) she ordered me a vegetarian burger from the room service menu and had it brought into the bar for me to eat with the rest of our group of 4 (there's no veggie option on the cocktail menu other than pizza) Great rooms and staff - all very lovely! Agoda advertised our room rate as including breakfast which it didn't but the team at the restaurant helped us try to resolve it - we still had to pay but had it reduced a little which was very kind

This maybe the best hotel I've ever experience among the other in Cebu. It was rated as 3-star hotel but yet which I think suppose to be 5 or at least 4 star. Staffs - polite and accommodating Room - clean, spacious with some amenities Facilities - great! (love the pool bar! Must try) Food - 9/10. Though the food is actually great (AM,Lunch, Dinner) from Asian to Western cuisines but still leaving 1 as room for more improvement and perhaps other cuisines to try. Overall I could still give them 5 star rating and would love to visit them again.

No hand towels was the only thing I hated.”
So I stayed here twice. 1 night, then 2 nights same week. For a brand new hotel that is close to 4 star, I'm confused why you don't have a hand towel in the rooms. I had 3 rooms altogether, and none of them had handtowels, so this isn't a mistake. We had 2 bath towels, not even a face towel. It's just annoying washing your hands, and you don't have anything to wipe it with, except reaching in the overhead shower to grab the bath towels. Otherwise, Front Desk/Bell staff, lobby lounge staff and entertainment were excellent, breakfast buffet was 5 star I can say that. Of course, the staff at the Ume restaurant were so wonderful for making my partner's birthday so special. We enjoyed a late dinner with delicious food, attentive staff, and relaxing ambiance. I asked the waiter if they had a cake with a candle for my love to blow on his birthday, and they made it happen. Thank you!

The hotel has a modern design that we love, perfect for your ootd pictures. The Staff is very respectful and polite! It felt genuine, especially when they say the cebuano word "Maayong adlaw bai". Even though, the hotel is very classy it still has the warm down to earth filipino greetings. The facilities are awesome, we love the view and the pool above. It has several lounge areas where you can hang out. The food is love, It has a lot of varieties to choose from. My only downside is the time, the check in and check out is kinda late and early for me respectively but other than that, we still manage the time and enjoy the hotel. I highly recommend bai hotel. It was our first time spending Christmas away from our family in the province due to travel restrictions and staying at bai hotel was definitely a great choice. Food and services are excellent and the rooms are very well-maintained. The beds are very comfy as well, my kids love them and we had a sound sleep. The staff are very welcoming and nice. What we appreciate the most is fact that they observe strict health protocols which is for everybody's safety. Will definitely come back. Thank you for the amazing stay and happy holidays!

Very good Hotel, we felt very welcome. The Rooms are modern and nice, could just be a little bit bigger, espacially if you are traveling with your partner and if you have more than one suitcase. Also a power socket at the bed nightstand would be nice to charge your phone. I was really impressed by the quality and amount of choice they give you at the breakfast buffet. this is really amazing and very delicious. Absolute recommendation for that. Also the Marble&Grain steakhouse in the hotel is fantastic!

Me and my BF had an awesome chill time at Bai Hotel! Hotels usually range from 5k and above but we got our room for 3.5k only inclusive of breakfast! How affordable is that! Not to mention their top notch facilities. I especially enjoyed the pool on the 21st floor which is overlooking Cebu’s city view. Really beautiful! I just hope the pool hours can be extended because I just can chill all night on that pool drinking the night view and some margarita. 😉 Thanks, Bai! 🥰
