Awesome Views”
This hotel is located just across the road from the beach. Definitely worth paying for a seaview room. When we visited we were on the 5th floor. It is nice being able to sit outside on the balcony and listen to the ocean. I imagine the higher floors have less traffic noise, but it wasn't terrible on the fifth floor. The buffet is absolutely amazing, with a range of options and both pho and made to order eggs available. One of the best things about this hotel is how they treat their guests. We stayed during international woman's Day and they gave every woman guest a rose. This was a very thoughtful gesture. Also, this is one of the few hotels that has a dedicated guest relations team. Specific mention to Hai Ha who helped us arrange a private transfer to and from Ba Na Hills. Not only did she help us arrange the transfer, she made a specific point to talk to us during our stay, listen to our concerns, and she even made a point to see us off on our day of departure.

Great hotel with magnificent infinity pool that's just a stone throw away from My Khe beach”
Staffs were really friendly and professional throughout our stay. Their command of English was exceptional, provided that the locals don't really speak English. Room was great, no fuss about it. The balcony provided great view of the beach even though we got the seaside room. Breakfast had a fair spread of food and delicacies internationally. Though hotel is slightly far away from the city area, we could just Grab around easily in town for less than 5 bucks. Overall, it was an great experience and will definitely be back again. Thanks to Hai Ha for the great tips and conversation upon check out as well.

We had such a great time at Balcona Hotel. Everything was perfect. We stayed at the sea view room and we really enjoyed waking up with the sunrise from the balcony. Especially, all the staffs were so nice and helpful. They let us check in before the check in time right when the room was ready. They even helped us to cross the small road to the beach. I will definitely choose to stay here for my next trip to Da Nang!

Great place to stay from the doorman to the chef at the buffet breakfast every staff member is just so friendly and nice a SPECIAL member of there team is Hanna she goes out of her way to make your stay the best it can possibly be I won’t be surprised if she ends up the manager 🙂 The sea view rooms are worth every dollar the view is amazing value for money this place ticks all the boxes and you are spoilt for breakfast buffet one of the best varieties of food I have had at a hotel like I said have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back

Great Location with amazing pool!”
The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Da Nang. On the other hand, when you check in, don't forget to count the hangers in the wardrobe! :D When I checked out, the staff said one of my rooms had two hangers missing even though no one had taken them. Nonetheless, I think there was some miscommunication between the housekeeping staff and receptionists.

Balcona is a well managed facility with staff who are more than accommodating. Everyone there was extremely polite and the room was well kept. I did notice that the shower area and the floor could have been a little bit cleaner but we were very satisfied with everything else in the room as well as all of the amenities. The room itself felt very clean and there was no odor, the pillows were very comfortable. The afternoon tea is an amazing touch and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa services!

The sea view from my room's balcony is superb. The infinity pool on 20th floor is also stunning. Location is convenient, very close to My Khe Beach. The complimentary breakfast buffet has wide variety of food to choose from. Every thing is good here!

The location is great, beach front. Hotel is supposed to be new but there are some cracks in the walls in the room. However it's made up for by great friendly staffs. The Spa is awesome and great price!

We enjoyed six days at Balcona. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The English speaking receptionist checked regularly if there was anything we needed. We had a room on the 18th floor with full beach view, which is breath-taking indeed. Don’t forget to use the infinity pool on the 20th floor.

Booked the "premiere double with sea view" room and it was great. The view from the room was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept the room spotlessly clean. Our room looked modern and fresh. The breakfast was good and was open late enough for our usual "late starts" to the day (open until 10am). The pool gets a little cold at night, and is colder than the ocean (I assume because it's a much higher elevation) but has a great view (it's an infinity pool with a view to the beach). The location is not only right next to the beautiful beach but also next to quite a few good restaurants. The hotel staff were accommodating in keeping out the unauthorized taxis (which charge more) and lead you to the correct grabcar if you book with grab. When I saw they had a jacuzzi I thought that meant a hot tub but this is not the case - a portion of the pool just has some jets. Knowing this next time I would get a room with a tub. The wifi was sometimes a little spotty.
