Great resort especially if you have children”
PROS: Travelled with my husband and 2 kids 10 & 12. We really enjoyed the Bali Dynasty. The pools are great, the service is excellent. We ate at H20 every morning for buffet breakfast which was plentiful and offered a good variety of food. We also ate dinner one night at H20 for the Halloween dinner and it was excellent. The entertainment that night was also excellent. We also ate dinner one night at Grace Kellys Irish pub. Again the food and service was excellent. Our room was cleaned daily by Ali, who was so polite and made terrific towel origami. CONS: If you want a resort which backs onto the beach, the Dynasty does not offer this. It is only a short 20 metre walk out the back, but you cannot sit at the resort and look out to the ocean. In saying that, Kuta surf beach is only a 10 min walk along the beach front. I have no hesitation recommending this resort.

Hotel is superb. location is the heart of Kuta Bali, has direct access to kuta beach. Location is close to mall of lippo and discovery which provide you with everything. Hotel facility is complete, it has laundry with coin, has dedicated kid swimming pool equip with slide which is perfect for kid up to 12 year old. Adult pool is super, it has volley pool too and pool bar. Room is very clean and the building is look like just refurbish therefore look like new. Staff is very friendly to customer, all you need will be heard and taken care off. Break fast variety is fantastic and taste super. We really will come back again...:)

Excellent Accommodation with loads to do ”
Our first time at The Dynasty hotel and boy it didn’t disappoint! By spending a little extra on accomodation we were spoilt with fre kids club from 9-6pm daily, kids pool with small water park type slides etc, excellent room with pool view and great sized bed (super king) they can even organise babysitters for you if you don’t want to fiddle around online trying to choose! One of my absolute favourites was the breakfast 😍 I couldn’t believe my eyes on our first morning when I found waffles, pancakes, poached eggs with hollandaise was my favourite and all the bacon! More westernised foods than Indonesian but was a real treat! Thank you for looking after our family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊🥰 Ps another bonus close to Kartika plaza, waterbom and also free bicycle rental and also good little gym with good condition equipment 😊💕 One of my favourites

Good for families with small kids”
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The only thing was the loud noise from swimming pools. Because it was Christmas, there are many families with small kids having fun in the swimming pools. I could hear it quite loud in my room. I understand and was OK with it as I am a mother as well but if you are sensitive to noise, it would be strongly recommended to make sure your room will be located far from the swimming pools on your booking.

FANTASTIC !”
I spent 2 nights in this hotel. Arrived with morning filght in Bali, the hotel welcomed me well. The check in process is very fast, they upgraded my room Pool View Deluxe, which is very nice and clean room. The hotel is quite big and beautifuly decorated. Direct Access to Segara Beach from pool area. I ordered Room service menu which is very good and quite cheap for 5 star hotels standard. Will definitely come back here with my family after the Flight restriction being eased

Great hotel for family vacation ”
We book family room and when we check in the reception upgrade it to Kids Suite, which is close to the pool. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom and the amenities is nice. The staff is very friendly and warm. For the breakfast is buffet and. The waitress serve the food for us, maybe for hygiene purposes in this pandemic situation. Overall it is a nice and recomended hotel

This is the best hotel in bali”
when I traveled in Bali to relax during the Covid19 pandemic, I chose this hotel to stay a few days. even though there is a covid19 pandemic, they not reduced their performance. and still give the best service to us. all place is clean. sterile and the staff is very kind and friendly. i will come back to this hotel as soon as possible ❤

Superb stay Bali Dynaaty”
All staff were superbly well trained and professional, from the pool attendants to the Grace Kelly pub staff. The Check In staff were really outstanding and due to covid 19 low tourism they gave us a free upgrade. The pool was extremely well kept crystal clear, the gardens perfectly maintained, and in general a very clean hotel. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone ,couple or family you cannot go wrong.

Everything was great. The size of the families rooms were perfect, larger than most. We had rooms 142 and 140 so both families could still interact and felt private as the patio faced a landscaped garden and walking path that takes you straight to the pool or spa and guides you to the lobby and restaurant for breakfast... Oh and the food! So so good! The staff are lovely and we spent a lot of time in the spa. There's live music every night in either the cafe or bar and the kids raved about the kids club. Great for families or groups.

Great stay during global pandemic”
We had a great time at the hotel. There were not many other guests and due to COVID a lot was closed but that didn’t stop the helpful staff going above and beyond. The children spent hours going up and down the water slide. The hotel was extremely clean and lived up to COVID restrictions. We felt very safe during our entire stay and will definitely return.

Joyful family vacation”
We booked 2 family studios for 2 families of four. Our rooms got upgraded for free to family room with private lagoon. We can watch the kids swimming in the lagoon from the patio. The kids also loved the water park and the playground. The service was excellent, they allow us to have early check-in and late check-out. All staff were very helpful and the rooms were spotless. The location is in the heart of Kuta, although some stores are closed due to pandemic but still easy to find restaurant as it’s located near Lippo mall and Kartika Plaza. Definitely we’ll recommend this hotel for family vacation

Great place for your first visit to Bali”
This was our first visit to Bali and the location of the hotel made it easy for us to experience some Bali attractions (waterbom, shopping malls, restaurants, market stalls) without being right in the heart of the hussle and bussle as it is tucked away from the main road. Staff are friendly and accommodating, family rooms were clean and spacious for a family of 5, kids pool with waterpark was enjoyed by the kids while the main pool with pool bar was close by. The pool was also open til late which was great as you could still enjoy a swim after returning from some market shopping or dinner. There was beach access directly from the hotel however it wasn’t the best for swimming or relaxing (luckily the pools were nice!). Overall a great resort for a young family with 3 active boys. Would highly recommend.

Holidayed here with two young children (5 and 4) and this resort was fantastic. Kids family room was great and the resort was perfect with fantastic facilities for kids and awesome kids pool. On-site baby sitting and kids club services and multiple dining options to choose from. Can't wait to stay again!

The best family hotel in Bali.”
I chose this hotel because of the kids club & close to the beach. I was so surprised with the kids pool, activities & club. The beach is private, only for the hotel guest. The bedroom is big & has a sofa bed, so enough for the family with 2 kids . I really love this hotel & will definitely go back there if i go to Bali again.

Hotel and it’s staff were awesome. Rooms were clean. Kids had so much fun at the hotels water park. Overall we had a blast. Will definitely consider coming back to this hotel.

Nice hotel but a little bit old”
The exterior and interior is a little bit outdated, and definitely need an upgrade. 3 floors but only 1 lift on each wing. And you can’t fit too many people on the lift, let alone bring your heavy suitcases so the bellboy need to bring it manually by stair, which is very tiring I guess. It would be better if they upgrade the lift. They have an ice machine, but you have to walk to 1st floor to get it, and consider my room is on 3rd floor, its a long walk to get the ice. And during my 6 days stay, they clean the room almost everyday, but not everyday they renew the amenities, and too bad they also don’t pick up trash on the floor and just left it there. And there was one day where they clean my room very late like 7 in the evening, but maybe because the hotel was very crowded. And I hope there will be more variety at the breakfast, because you’ll get tired eating the almost same menu for a week 😂 BUT other than that I think most of the staffs are good and helpful. And the room is pretty clean and even if the hotel is old they keep it in a fairly good condition, so no real complain from me. It has a back gate to the beach with its own small beachclub that has few chair on the beach. Not bad at all to go there and get a nap. Special mention to their irish pub on the front, Gracie Kelly, I love their impeccable service and drink, and their food portion is huge. Nice atmosphere there, perfect for a date night. Thanks Bali Dynasty for being my home for a week in Bali.
