The location is very good, a couple of minutes stroll from the beach. For the price, I think the hotel could provide some coffee and a kettle in the room. The boy at the reception was very nice. I had some problems with the aircon, and I got a new room immediately. I'd stay here again next time I go!

It’s clean in room also toilet, 2 water bottles for free and soap, not expensive in songkran festival ( another more charge haha) Not far from 7-11, and Sai-keaw beach . It’s ok for me

This property is located very conveniently next to the 2 7-Eleven stores near the beach but, with that comes a lot of noise: from the traffic passing, the people walking and talking, the restaurants immediately adjacent and the music from the area. Bed is comfortable, water pressure is good

Disappointing for the Money ”
I paid about 500 thb extra per night for a room with a bathtub. When I tried to use it, there was no hot water hooked up to the bathtub! There were other little details that were disappointing there as well. I know it is a Thai culture thing, but they book farangs there. For the money, they should know better. No free breakfast, no free motorbike. I turned down a much less expensive hotel with those extras for the bathtub. The pros are the bed was very comfortable and the interior of the room was well done. Actually tasteful. The location was not great as it was fairly far away from the beach, but still walkable. It was close to two 7-11s though.

номер грязный, пол весь в пыли и песке, ходили прямо в обуви. ванну набрать не надейтесь, горячей воды там нет, только холодная, кран горячей даже не подключен. светильник разбит. унитаз напротив душа, если ты принимаешь душ, то унитаз и весь пол под ним мокрый, можно поскользнуться. очень сильных запах канализации из слива в полу, пришлось закрыть пакетом, иначе находиться невозможно в номере. завтрак ужасен, овощи не мытые и немного гнилые, по варении сосискам бегают муравьи. the room is dirty, the floor is full of dust and sand, we walked right in our shoes. do not expect to take a bath, there is no hot water there, only cold water, the hot tap is not even connected. the lamp is broken. the toilet is opposite the shower, if you take a shower, then the toilet and the entire floor under it are wet, you can slip. very strong smell of sewerage from the drain in the floor, had to be closed with a bag, otherwise it was impossible to stay in the room. the breakfast is terrible, the vegetables are not washed and a little rotten, ants run over the boiled sausages.

This hotel has been renamed-Once apon a Time. The hotel is in the final stages of renovation which was to complete the breakfast and kitchen area. We looked at all the rooms they have and all were spacious, clean and like our room comfortable. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Spacious room, central and clean. Audi bar next door made s but if noise, but not for long and e had a good night sleep. Next to 7/11, and we love 7/11. Will stay another night, very central and convenient

TV, schnelles WiFi, freundliches Personal. Standard Zimmer sind von mir nicht zu empfehlen. Diese haben keine Fenster . Strandnähe, 7/11 und ATM vor dem Haus. Das superior Eckzimmer mit zusätzlichen Fenster würde ich sofort wieder buchen .
