Amazing property, great breakfast, staff so kind!”
I cannot recommend this property enough. The owner and staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. When our ATM cards shut down the owner loaned us cash for the day since our USA banks were closed and we could not call them until the evening. The reception staff (especially My) is so friendly and welcoming. They helped us arrange tickets to an evening show (Hoi An Impressions (I think thats the name?) and it was amazing - highly recc). The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Best breakfast omelettes in Vietnam! The property is incredibly well taken care of - mainly by a sweet man who is always smiling. He is quick to help get bikes ready - and will make sure the tires have air and the seat is the right height for you - truly into the details and always smiling :) The rooms are very clean and very high quality/luxe especially for the reasonable price point. The property was quiet and felt very safe, too. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Hoi An!

We spent a whole week at this hotel and wished we had stayed even longer! We got an upgrade to a large room with a queen size bed and an extra twin bed on wheels. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and we had a balcony. We even had a bath in the bathroom! Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt pampered. They can help you out with anything (plan your day, get a taxi...) They even got a birthday cake for our daughter who turned 7 when we were there. The location is also perfect to visit the old quarters, the beach (a quick ride away) and many tourist attractions are within walking distance. You can also borrow bikes for free. The hotel is in an alley so it is not noisy. Also, we had good buffet breakfast. The pools (yes, there are 2!) were also very nice! We just loved everything about this hotel!

We were greeted by My who was very kind offered us a lemonade while explaining to us all the surroundings and the best things to do in Hoi An. The room was super clean and confortable. The villa is near enough to the old Quarters that you can walk (or borrow their bikes for free) but far enough that you don’t hear the noises. Was probably our best stay in all our trip in vietnam.

Banana Garden villa is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants and cafes along the road into town. On arrival and throughout our stay all staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a nice variety available for breakfast. The pool and gardens are very well looked after. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Room was big and spacious. was kept clean by housekeeping everyday. they topped up bottled water and toilet rolls and gave fresh towels every day. loved the breakfast, had very homemade feel to it. there were banana pancakes made fresh everyday, eggs station, and noodles (different soup everyday) made piping hot when you request for it. fruits, bread and some hotdogs/potato/bacon/fried rice/fried noodles/veg were provided too. receptionists could speak english fairly well, but not the kitchen staff. there was 1 baby high chair provided at breakfast area. towels at poolside for u to take, but it was too cold so we didn't swim. baby cot provided for free in my room, but as my baby was too young, it was hard to keep bending down to pick her up, so we ended up co-sleeping on the huge bed (2 super single bed combined together). location wise slightly out of the old town, but within 20 min walk away. safe neighbourhood.

Kind staff, great value, good location”
My husband and I stayed at Banana Gardens for 6 delightful days. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was ample and varied, and we made use of the restaurant for other meals too. The food was cleanly prepared, and a real respite for those with sensitive stomachs like me. We made full use of the complimentary bicycles, which were fairly well maintained. The two pools offered a chance to cool down after cycling through the rice paddies. Finally, the housekeeping staff did a good job of keeping the rooms tidy, and the groundskeepers kept the plantings and facilities well maintained. I would wholeheartedly recommend Banana Gardens to other travelers.

Hidden gem”
Thanks to all at Banana Garden Villa for a very warm welcome and easy stay in April 2019. The hotel is nicely tucked away from the main street making it a haven from traffic and noise. The hotel is modern, light and kept very clean and tidy by staff. Front of house staff are very friendly and welcoming, and eager to help with any problems, and dispense local advice. Our family room (411) was very large with comfy beds, plenty of storage space and large bathroom, and had a lovely terrace outside for eating in evening or drinking or playing games. Air conditioning very good. Pools nice and get shade when necessary, great to come back to after a morning exploring. Nice breakfast selection with fresh made eggs, omelette or banana pancakes, (a favourite with the kids). A mere 15mins walk into town along riverside with plenty of nice restaurants along the way, so easy for visiting Hoi An, but far out enough to escape crowds.

12 wonderful nights”
This place consists of 3 blocks, with 2 pools roughly 15minute from the old town, its 50 mts from the riverside which can be used to walk or cycle(free bicycles') in to the ancient town safely. The rooms are excellent, and exactly as you see in the photos. All the staff are great. There is a good selection of food for breakfast .Do not hesitate, look no further book the place now.

Just the right distance from the craziness of "down-town" and just far enough away from the honking horns to ensure a good nights sleep, the Banana Garden Villa offers the best balance of location and a quality stay. Staff were helpful and nice. They have bikes on location to use to bike into town. The pool is nice and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is they recommended a tailor that was actually not great at all. I have a feeling the hotels and tailors get a cut off of recommendations. I went to the local market and actually got clothes made at a better price and more quality.
