Stayed in the hotel with my beau over the long weekend as a birthday treat and the moment we entered the hotel, eager to help staff were taking our bags and directing us to check in with the widest of smiles. Their impeccable service has topped any other hotel I have been to and has generally been the highlight of my stay. The room was large and clean. Our room overlooked the pool and every evening we had a great view of the sunset. If you can't swim, you can head to their gym which is large, spacious and well equipped. Just beside our hotel were 2 pork ribs soup stores (ba ku teh). A popular local cuisine that is really addictive. We had that for once a day, at least, during the entire period of our stay. The food was good. The service was great. Extremely value for money as well, do support this hotel chain. They have set a new standard for 5 star hotels in permas jaya.

I was scouting for a hotel at Permas Jaya for my trip to Pasir Gudang and came across Hotel Legend Boutique. It is located just behind the Renaissance Hotel. I must say this is one of the nicest hotels in Permas Jaya. The reception area is simple and spacious. Reception ladies were friendly and answering questions with smiles. There is ample parking space in front and at the right side of the hotel. You need to buy a coupon from a sundry shop just opposite the hotel, that will cost you RM 8 per book. A parking coupon is required from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Only 1 elevator in this hotel to serve the guest up to the 4th floor. I booked Super King room that comes with a King size bed. Spacious room, very clean. The hotel is using Digital system for their lighting and switches. Air-cond is blowing nicely and adequate horse-power for the room. The floor is using some kind of water resistance wooden flooring. A new type of a mini fridge, not the ordinary white color mini fridge. The bed is comfortable, with 4 big pillows, unfortunately, the pillows are not comfortable enough for me as I had pain in the neck the next day. Bathroom facilities have 2 sets toothbrush and paste, 1 small tube shampoo and 1 small tube shower cream. The bathroom is using rain shower, very good but probably it was not installed properly that water that came out of the rain showers wet the whole bathroom. The head of the rain shower needs to be adjusted by the management so, it is not too jutting out. It is not one that you can adjust like the normal rain shower. Btw, the hotel does not provide breakfast, but that is ok as there are plenty of restaurants that offer breakfast such as Tea Garden, McDonald, etc. The area surrounding the hotel is full of restaurants, Thai massage, sundry shops, fast food joint, Korean supermarket and if you walk about 6 min you will arrive AEON Big across the road. All in all, I would say this is the hotel that I feel safe to stay, no hanky-p

I stayed in Bandar Baru permas about 1-2 years. If renaissance hotel fully booked. I choosed this hotel

1. room is clean and big., cold aircon. 2. but it is bit noisy in midnight as the hotel is facing main road ( highway ), can hear the sound whenever vehicle / motorcycle pass by. 3. not a crowded area compare to JB town. Alot of shop lot with plenty of restaurant / food court and Aeon permas jaya nearby.

This trip of mine was more of a travel for business rather than a family outting. My daughter came along on our first day stay and she went back second day on. Not much places for a two year old kid to play, Giant plentong was the only place she could go with the indoor playground and arcade. Me and my husband continued the stay for another five days. Having some business to attend to during day time and night time was heaven for us away from all stresses. You may go to Jln Dedap for delicious food and prawning or Seroja for prawning. Senibong for fishing. Or you may go for a massage, massage parlor are everywhere. Don't drive if you don't know the route well. Places perfect for adults are all within walkable distance or you may take a taxi. Boss & Staffs are all helpful friendly and polite. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was average. Definitely value for money. Enjoyable and unforgettable stay. Overall I love this hotel. But I would not suggest babies or toddlers to tag along if you are not driving. Not much places for kids. More for adults entertainment. THUMBS UP!

Hotel Time is a basic budget hotel located at Permas Jaya. So it will be inconvenience if you travel by coach to Larkin. as there is not direct bus from Larkin to Permas Jaya. However, there is plenty of restaurant and food centre around. Jusco with a lot of fast food restaurant is just across the road.

Booked 2 Family Rooms for 3N over the Labour Day long weekend. Lavender Inn Permas is a gem! The front office staff esp Ms Lee were all warm and friendly, always ready to greet you with genuine smiles. Though the hotel was small, the family rooms were spacious and soooooooo clean!!! That was a big plus point for me considering renowned 3 and 4 star hotels were reviewed negatively with roach infestations, bed bugs and other creepy crawlies abound. Despite being a budget hotel, Lavender Inn Permas housekeeping is 5⭐! When my daughter vomited in the lift and I informed the frontline staff, it was spick and span and smelling fresh in just 5 minutes! Amazing! On top of that, the hotel is just next to Aeon = convenient for shopping and dining with so many halal options, and even a pharmacy just across the road. My children enjoyed the indoor playground tremendously, and loved the relaxed kick-back atmosphere at the area, unlike overcrowded malls nearer to town. I would definitely return to Lavender Inn as we really enjoyed our stay. Well done to all the staff at Lavender Inn - keep it up!

The hotel is located at Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, a bit far from Johor Bahru city center. However, that shouldn't be a problem if you possess your own vehicle as it is about 20-25 minutes driving distance from the town center. A lot of food stalls can be found around the corner. There was even a night market there on Sunday night during our stay. Room was basic but clean. Definitely worth a stay for budget traveller.

Usually don’t expect much from budget hotel due to the cheap price, however this hotel amazed me, their rooms were well kept and maintained. Even provided an iron in the public space for me to iron my suit before meetings. The hotel was above my expectation.

This is probably the only hotel in Bandar Baru Permas Jaya requires guest with key card to enter the hotel. I like this security feature bcos I feel safer. Even elevators require key card to go up. Location is perfect as it's 1 minute walk to Jusco. Highly recommended budget hotel.

This hotel location is good. Got water cooler.Easy to find it even if u r never been b4 in Johor, just follow d signboard of Permas Jaya. Privacy is ok. Easy 2 park ur vehicle, just in front of d sight of receiptionist. They also help u 2 buy a parking ticket. N very important thing is, Worth it for my money.

Privately owned small scale hotel. Fairly new, about less than one year old. So you can expect everything in good condition. Compact with all necessary items including flat screen TV, coffee/tea condiments, hairdryer and basic toiletries. This is my third time staying in LS Hotel. This round I booked a deluxe room with king sized bed. Very satisfied with the spacious room and mattress quality. One point to take note if you want to stay here pls make sure you either self drive or you willing to use grab car becoz it's slightly outskirts to JB town (15-20 mins). Near to shopping centre and eateries in Permas Jaya.

Owner is extremely friendly and accommodating to my late check in and check out. Location is good and clean.

Had a good stay here. Just a walking distance to Tesco extra and no problem for foods since there was some food stall and fast food inside the mall. Room was spacious and clean. overall best place to stay whenever I come to jb

This place was nice and roomy, the lady summer was extremely helpful in every way. She meet us at the security gate and went throught everything with us to make sure we didn't have any issues. The pool was amazing and very clean. Gym was great and apartments were very close to Tesco which also had a foodcourt. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again if l am ever back in johur bahru. This place has everything you need for a relaxing stay away from all the hussel and busses of the big cities. Would like to recommend my car if u wish to get around as its very cheap. Especially if you get it from the airport. Thanks again for a great stay.
