Great hotel for Jakarta layover between flights”
15 mins from the airport. Free shuttle pick up and drop off to airport. For airport pick up ask them where to meet for pick up. Airport is large. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Good gym and pool area to relax and unwind. Great breakfast buffet.

The services was great, the room was clean, the pool and the food were nice, and the gym was better than I expected (for being a hotel gym). However, there's no email contact information online, and it's very inconvenient for the tourists who only stay a few days without a SIM card to make a call, especially for those who need the airport shuttle to the hotel. Overall, it's the best choice I made during my Indonesian tour.

- Great resort style hotel in excellent location 5 min taxiride from airport. probably one of the best airport hotels in the world. - Excellent pool and garden area - Lush surroundings right next to lake - Pleasant surprise and highly recommended for a relaxed stay near airport. - Excellent breakfast and lunch buffee. Probably one the best restaurants within the airport area. Even recommended if having a few hours transit in Jakarta airport. - Airport taxiway being constructed behind hotel (not finished in May 2019). Hopefully this will not affect the hotel negatively.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel for a layover between flights. Even though it’s next to the airport it’s quiet., my view of the runway off in the distance was very soothing. It’s a nice pool in view of the lake with some beautiful trees surrounding the grounds. The hotel needs a little bit of updating but for the price, it was fine. It must’ve been an amazing hotel when it was new. The best part about my stay was the staff. They did not just nod their head, they gave intelligent responses to make sure my needs were met.

Two Thumbs Way Up !”
Tranquil Lakeside resort style property Spacious & Comfotable rooms, friendly professional staff, surprisingly xlnt restaurant meals, enjoyable 'cool' walkabout in&out, nice surroundings & views, and No Noisy Perimeter. So its worn over the years but feels vintage & well heeled & oiled. I liked safe & relaxful sunset & eve strolls in garden & along lake with old traditional statues & colorful light glows decor. During the COVID-19 restrictions I think they did a superb job.

Nice hotel to transit”
The hotel was really close to the airport, the staffs were really helpful and polite. We were stay there 2 nights and we were happy. Unfortunately for the facilities... we haven't enough time to spend for those. Breakfast was nice, a lots of choices. The AC was cold, the bed was big and very comfortable.

Needed place near airport for one short night. This place did the trick and was clean. Did not take advantage of any of the amenities as we were only there for a short time. Place is slightly dated (in terms of style) but well maintained and clean with friendly staff.

Formerly the Sheraton”
The hotel is an excellent hotel near Soekarno-Hatta Airport. It was formerly the Sheraton and is an old building. Services and staff are excellent as is the hotel's premium restaurant. The only downside is that it is an older building and some room facilities (e.g., shower in rooms) are dated.

Perhaps this hotel was 5 stars in the 80s but now is incredibly dated. Not to mention the drinks and food were fairly expensive considering the state of the place. The pros: staff were super super lovely and it’s right next to the airport. The air con was great, tv was good, and can’t complain about the bathroom. Suitable if you get some grab food and drinks and need some quick shut eye before a flight.

My flight got delayed and arrived around 1-2am, really grateful that they have 24 hours check-in. They even upgraded my room to balcony and park view without any extra charge. The staffs very very very friendly and accommodating, the foods very delicious. There's a bit of dust on the ornament in my room, but it ain't big deal. Will definitely come again next time.

Short stop-over”
For a short stop-over before flying on to another destination out of Jakarta, this hotel was very good. Large room, all pretty clean, and the food at breakfast was top notch for Indonesia. I'd stay again, as overall it was good value for such proximity to the airport. Less ideal for a long stay unless you just want to remain in the hotel or are happy paying for taxis everywhere.

This hotel is located at proximity from Soekarno Hatta International Airport. We stay there for one night and the service met our expectations. However, the hotel would need some refurbishment and there a cheaper options around.
