Wonderful, restful hotel”
Our family of four (kids 11 and 14) had a wonderful time at this hotel during our required 7-day SHA+ stay for the Sandbox Program. The staff was incredibly helpful even before we arrived, providing helpful information over email, and they were all very sweet during our stay. They upgraded us to deluxe rooms on the 5th floor, and the rooms connected through an inside door, which was perfect. We grew to appreciate the quiet location on Yon Bay even more as the days passed and we explored the rest of the island. It was so lovely coming home to "our" quiet beach. We had many long morning swims, and my daughter loved the beach for all its beautiful shells. We also loved the infinity pool on the rooftop--what an astonishingly beautiful view! We played for many hours up there. The Wifi was spotty in one of our rooms but very strong in the other, and the staff allowed me to work downstairs in the lobby, too, where the Wifi was excellent. Also strong connection at the pool. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and they went out of their ways to prepare vegetarian dishes for us. The beds and pillows in this hotel are soooo comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet. My only suggestion to the staff would be to find an alternative way to bring meals to the rooms; the amount of plastic carry-out packaging we had to throw away was heartbreaking. Perhaps that is a COVID thing, but washable plates, glasses, and cutlery would be so much better for the environment. In general, we have found that Phuket Island is not very conscientious about plastic and trash, which is very sad on such a precious and beautiful island. Everything else was perfect--thank you so much!!

Perfect for a couple”
Could hear the waves from room 1004. It was cheapest room category so didn’t have a view out of the window but has a two entry doors and room was clean. Seating upstairs infront if pool was great! Not crowded location like patong! Love this place.

The location is perfect for someone who enjoy peacefulness. though, it's quite far from the city center. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. the service is great! the room was very comfortable and very clean. The food is also pleasant. Definitely would come back and stay there again.

We arrived at the end of April 2022 and wanted somewhere not too busy to do our quarantine night and next 5 days. Hotel was the perfect choice and spot. Staff very helpful and accommodating and the room was very clean. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel for all levels. I have stayed in many hotels in Asia over the years and this one is up there among the best. Great helpful professional staff, quick check in check out, great delicious varied breakfast close to all amenities and restaurants. 7/11, Family Mart and the beach. Quiet location and great room.

Only stayed here for the night as i had a early flight, but staff were very helpful, and the room was nice and tidy. I also ate at the restaurant which was okay, nothing special but then it was late at night. Not sure i would stay here for more than a few nights but was okay for a quick stay.

If you are looking for a place where you can rest and have an uncrowded bath in the sea, this is the place. There are a few low cost restaurants nearby which is good. For all other activities you will need a transportation. Breakfast excellent. Staff, cleanliness, facilities really excellent.

Good hotel but without beach service ”
The hotel is good, nice staff, good food on the bar and restaurant but they are refurbishing the beach area and there no option to stay on the beach with beach service as a properly beach resort. I complaint with reception staff but they didn't nothing.
