We really enjoyed our stay here. Internet worked beautifully, the room was quite nice and big, toilet was very clean...But the best of all is the staff. The girl who was in the main desk helped you in everything she could, very accomodating and helpful always smiling. Although the location is not great the place is very well connected with buses which also run at night. Near to a very big night market and also a boat stop. We would defenetely come back!

Smelled and looked like a brand new building. Rooms pretty small but very clean. Couldn't have asked for anything more for the price, was a great experience. Cons: There was a sign saying the gym was closed. Also the wifi was pretty terrible.

The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it's an hour and a half away from the city. You won't be able to go back to your hotel and freshen up for a long day in the city.. There are also convenience stores nearby and the location of the hotel is in Google maps so it's not hard to book an Uber or Grab. Rooms were clean and place is peaceful. Would highly recommend especially if you're staying near Bang Kapi area.

This hotel (zotel?) is located close to Vejthani Hospital, where one of Thailand's best dental clinics is also located. And across Lat Phrao Rd is the Bang Kapi Mall, a typical new Bangkok mall with many restaurants and stores/shops. Also proximate is Happyland. An extinct amuzement park with a dark past. It is now a cheap mall and food stalls, but many Thai believe that it is still haunted. You can read about Happyland history elsewhere. Other than these features Zotel is located too far from Sukhumvit, airports or transit. I left the hotel at 7AM hoping to access MRT at Lat Phrao station (soi 23) and then take the 30 minute ride to Hua Lamphong to catch a 10AM train. I gave up after sitting in traffic jams on Lad Phrao for 2 1/2 hours and went to Mo Chit to catch a bus North. If you want anything except Bang Kapi Mall, Happyland or Vejthani skip this place. Otherwise it is nice.

Lots of Chinese tourists stay at this hotel. Bang on room door late at night. Then seem to be fighting in hall way. Yes staff are very nice and try there best. I will never be back to stay . Sorry hotel not for me.

Location is good for me because of the Muay Thai gym I frequent down the street but it’s pretty far from everything else. BUT the room was well equipped & clean. Felt safe for our whole stay there with my fiancé. There is a 200THB security deposit for the room key when you arrive but once it was sorted, All was good! Very quiet when we stayed so we got a ton of sleep, shower is about what you’d expect from a small hotel like this in Bangkok. I’ll be coming back!

Nice Hotel, Located 1 mile near the Mall Bang kapi ( we were able to walk there, but took a cab ride back ) kind of an awkward location, kinda hard to find... hotel staff was nice, pretty basic hotel, wifi didn't work inside the room, had to go out side the room , or in the lobby. The mini Fridge , Air conditioning , and nice heavy blanket were the best part, Hot shower was also nice.

I'm a pretty cheap traveler, and am always looking for a decent place to stay on the cheap. This place was pretty good. no issues and will book it again if I am in the area.

The hotel building, rooms and.staff are really good. The breakfast was good as well. We booked two rooms- which is spacious for us. We dont have any complaints from the staff nor the management but we are not happy being disturbed very early in the morning from 4:30- 6:00 am. The doors from the next rooms were very noisy. The occupants were so disrespectful banging the doors so loud! Voices were so loud at the hallway. A water bottle was dropped by a C_ _____ se national at the entrance of the elevator and glasses were scattered around the floor and wasnt even bothered to call any assistance from the hotel. At the restaurant., We were in the queue but was always cut by those group of "tourists" who were very rude... A very bad morning for our family...

The pictures look better than what it really is, but that being said it's not bad. The room is quite dark and one of the lightbulbs were out in my room making it even darker. The lock on my door was broken but it did still lock. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists or holiday goers as the location just isn't right for that. The Mall is a 10 minute walk from there and there isn't a 7/11 nearby, I also didn't see the vending machine that is being advertised. The staff is friendly though. Overall, not bad.

I have been returning to this property for some time now on my trips to Thailand. For the money there is hardly a better deal in Bangkok that I know of. I like the proximity to the Bang Kapi Mall, Foodland and Big C in Bang Kapi. Up and down Soi Ladprao that the residence sits on are plenty of dining options from cheap to upscale. Taxis are also easy to catch to anywhere in the city or to the nearest BTS station. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. There is a laundry service if you need it. A 7-Eleven convenience store is located right beside the residence. Security is helpful with bags - and good! The female staff at the counter are always 'sweet'. There's not much more a solo male traveler could want as a welcome to Bangkok. I have been back here three or four times now. Glad I found a place like this for my travels.

When I booked on line I could only get Two nights. When whated to stay longer they changed the price up by two hundred But. And did not receive the voucher.

Our stay with the hotel was pleasant. We were only there for 2 nights due to a concert we had to watch at the Rajamangala Stadium. If you're going to watch a concert at the stadium, this could be one of the places you can choose to stay. We kind of anticipated that it will be difficult for us to ride a cab going back to this hotel after the concert so we walked for around 30 minutes (2 km). Staff can speak English and are pleasant. The Superior room we had was really worth the money. It's spacious, has a terrace, fridge and they replenish the bottled water everyday. The hotel is easy to find because they have a big sign outside and it's near a 7-11. Because it's so hot, we were too lazy to commute via train or bus so we just book a Grab Taxi whenever we want to go somewhere. There's also a massage place right across the street. There's also a mall nearby (around 1 km) away (easier to take a cab going there) called The Mall at Bang Kapi. Beside the mall is Tawanna Market where you can buy stuff and haggle if you want. The place is far from downtown so if you want to see the touristy places like Wat Pho, Wat Arun and the Grand Palace, you'll have to travel an hour (or more) considering the heavy traffic.

I spent a night there booked but had to upgrade because room I got was very old and smell. The hotel supposed to be Resort setting but the building give it away. There is not much of a resort feeling at this place. Standard room is really standard and seems to have been used too many times. The building is very old as I can understand, with some nice renovation would make it a bit better. Staff is something need to improve on as she was not very friendly and it is a self serve type of place where you just walk to your own room in the middle of the dark and rain. I upgraded to the newer building where the setting is a bit better and room is much cleaner with no damp smell in it. if booking need to make a request for the new building.

We were attending a convention nearby in Bang Kapi, so chose to stay nearby. This apartment hotel is an excellent choice if you want to be able to relax and sleep at the end of the day. We had ground floor connecting rooms that opened onto a small garden area including a resident pet rabbit. Rooms on higher floors don't get a garden, but are a little more light and airy. The building has been recently refurbished to a basic, but adequate standard. A fridge was included in each room which is a bonus. Unsecured wifi internet and a washing machine were convenient. There is 7-11 and some food stalls at the main road about 500m away, which is where we generally went to hail a taxi (the manager will book a taxi also). In the room, we could hear absolutely no traffic noise - astonishing for this part of the city. The hotel is managed by a lovely Thai lady that is helpful, but speaks no english. 1000B security deposit is required on check in. The hotel was perfect for us, but would not suit someone on a short sight seeing stay as it is not convenient to the city centre by public transport. Bang Kapi mall is only 3 -4 km by taxi however.

This was one of the many places my girlfriend and I stayed at while we were in Bangkok. We both agreed that this place was very comfortable, clean and located close to all the good eats and attractions. The staff was polite and friendly during check in and check out. The hotel is conveniently located between two 7-11's so getting late night snacks and meals was quick and easy. The hotel is also located close to The Mall Bang Kapi which is a great place to go to if you're an avid shopper looking for good prices. We really enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed here the night before we flew back to New York and the service was good as usual. Great place to stay at a great value.

Great place to stay and see the city from here. Great staff and new facility and excellent service. They have restaurant in the property and the food is excellent-where you can eat good. shopping center is walking distance 7911 and there is McDonald's you can eat plus few restaurant's there and supper market to shop(max value). The mall's are only 10-15 minutes with taxi-cost $3 bucks and you can even walk to flee market here. During the day front desks speaks English and they can call a taxi . Everything works here in the room and wifi works good. this is not downtown but it is a great quiet place to stay. Extended my stay by week and thanks White Home and you folks are Great.

it's a quite place which we like it. A little bit far from the city but accessible in transportation. Thanks to ate Mhay and Toy for helping us.

Cosy, convenient if arriving into Thailand as a stop to make further trip arrangements. Big room. Make sure you have the address correct, as there are 3 Thai Garden Resorts in Thailand!! Suggest printing the address prior in both Thai and English for taxi service to get to the resort. And make sure you have the phone number, as the taxi driver might still need to ring. Confirm with resort in case its an Agoda booking number. It has a big water filled jungle like garden opposite and a couple of really pretty trees with white flowers (Magnolia maybe). Don't expect a lot of English language while in Thailand. I might see if they want me to convert the Thai & Chinese menu to English. Good for a short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sriprajuk Mansion. Ideal hotel if this is the area you wish to stay. Very cheap but large clean room with good quality bed and large screen cable tv. Nice shower room and a balcony with table and chairs. Manager and staff were friendly. Across road from 7/11 and a few minutes walk from a large Foodland 24 hour supermarket with cheap restaurant doing Western and Thai food. This is also open 24 hours. But crossing the road to it is dangerous even when using the zebra crossing. It's a 30 minute walk or quick taxi ride to the massive Bangkapi Shopping Mall. About 25 minute to 1 hour taxi ride to Sukhumvit depending on traffic. But Bangkok taxis are cheap when meter is running and usually about 110 baht. Hotel is not in central Bangkok or near the airport but if this is the area you wish to stay then this hotel would be an excellent choice. Difficult to find though. Basically it's exactly across the main Lat Phrao road from Foodland supermarket behind a large Volvo dealership. Turn into the narrow road between the corner Tesco Lotus and the Volvo garage and it's up along on the right about 60 metres.

Hello, I have booked this hotel two times and like it very much.Every one is smiling and trie to help old "falang" hihi. I think you get much for the money that you pay.I also think the lokation near The Mall in Bang Kapi and the Macro is nice. Khob kun kap for a nice time at your hotel./ Bertil

After being met at the airport we were told that the car was not available. What was going to be a nightmare journey was saved by our host. Who guided us through the underground and taxi with such aplomb that it was difficult to be cross. Breakfast is included in the price. The breakfasts are very good and were able to sustain me till afternoon cakes called. The quality of the food needs to be factored in to the over all cost when you are looking at the price of this guest house. If they were not so good then I would feel that I was paying too much. As it is I think the price pretty fair. I am not so sure about the boutique label. Yes some of the decor has that quirky nature (that nicely reflects Easterah's character) but maybe it needs just a touch more polish to reach that niche boutique feel.Sound travelled very easily through the woode3n floor. We were asked to be quite (our daughter was dancing) and in turn were woken at 5:30 am. I went down to ask the lads to turn the music down - which they did. Unfortunatly they kept the base tones as load as ever. You are quite a way from the central action, but our children loved the swimming pool on the roof at the local mall. They were not too bothered by the more cultural sights that Bangkok has to offer. Water taxis will take you to a spit from Siam centre for 20 baht from just down the road. We would come back here, and hopefully will when we need to fly out of Bangkok.

it is easy to go from airport to hotel. you have to go with airport link in the bass level of the airport until the station ramkhamhaeng (round about 30 baht). then you take a taxi (round about bath) to soi ramkhamhaeng 53 and you will arrive in round about 40 minutes. the hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. but the staff do not speak good english, the forniture and bathroom are very old. if you want to stay inside hotel then choose an other, but for sleep in the night and the rest, it is a cheap choice. i like to stay there, because the area is very thai style and you are very fast in the bangkok city with ferry. the ferry station is 5 minutes walk.

Booked this for the small pool on the family room and it was a great treat. Staff lovely and facilities fine but a bit dated. Too many mosquitos. No safe. Location well out of city centre. Good value only if you want a private pool option

This is a perfect stay for people in transit or on business trips, but the distance from usual attractions and the limited public transport in Bangkok, make it less than ideal for tourists. For visitors with no knowledge of Thai language, communication could be a problem. But the staff were eager to try and help with any queries. This hotel is ideal for people looking for a quiet night on the outskirts of Bangkok, transitting from one of the bus stations to the airport. Most tourists would be better off staying in one of the more central areas.

You need to know that pretty much no English is spoken. The small in house restaurant serves only thai food. I stay in Bang Kapi to visit family and this not a tourist area.

Guess I made a good choice changing my stay to this hotel which I had a very bad experience booking Grab to go back after a concert show at Rajamangala Stadium.The room is huge but the corridor before entering my room is kind of quiet.Saw the room cleaner but not sure if there were other guests at that 4th floor.Stayed for like,11 hours as I have flight at 6am.Bath tub is ok but when I run water on 1st turn,it came out slight yellowish..After awhile water run clear.The room need some brighter lights.Outside hotel entrance looks modern like but the room is a little old.I saw a cafe nearby and there's a 7-11,too.

I came to Bangkok for a BTS concert. I book the place because it was cheap and 'nearby'. The room is okay. Sufficient but the location is so bad. It was deep inside the residential area with only one way in. It was difficult to hail a taxi and most grabs and taxi drivers does not know the place. Wasted time and money just to get there. All in all as I was only there for 2 nights. Good enough just to spend the night but not comfortable for a long or relaxing stay. P.S the mattress is hard.

The hotel staff are very friendly, but don't stay here unless you know what you're in for. This is not in the heart of Bangkok, so you shouldn't expect too much, but if all you want is a basic room in Bang Kapi then the location is excellent! It is next door to The Mall, Bang Kapi (about the only place in Bang Kapi you'll want to visit, if you're a farang) with all the shops, cinemas and extensive swimming pool / slides. We were visiting friends and had previously lived in the area, so this suited us down to the ground.

rooms are clean, and the area is nice. I recommand this place if you want an "halal" place for sleep in bangkok.
