"We booked the Baan Nite suite, my wife, two kids and a grandparent and were seriously disappointed. The the two rooms are above the bar and up a steep flight of stairs. The room was dark and the furniture old and not as shown in the pictures. The bathroom doesn't have a window, just a hole in the wall and is tiny. The food was very basic with most guests bringing their own. The bar had a karaoke going on until 2am making it very difficult to sleep. The staff were nice and helpful but the resort is massively over priced, like an expensive hostel. The staff were nice and it if the hotel charged half of what we paid, would be ideal for large groups who want to spend time together in a compact setting. "
