The manager who presented herself as owner was having problems with another guy who also claimed to be the owner. She sold everything haphazardly before their showdown took place. She also sold the lockers knowing fully well there was something inside owned by the guest - that's me! I had to call the police and do a hunt for my laptop which was inside the locker. I eventually got my laptop back, but the experience left my shaken.

I had the entire hostel to myself! The WiFi was strong and the beds and bathrooms were clean and well-decorated. The beds were extra-firm, as is Asia standard, but I slept very well. I ordered basil chicken from the cafe downstairs and loved it :) I will look to this hostel for future visits to Bangkok.

The hotel is clean and and sufficient parking lots for guests and the room is comfortable. The hotel owner and staffs are very helpful and and kind throughout your stay. Above of all the price is very reasonable regarding to its service and location. it best choice for you to stay good and hotel with cheap price.

Booked again with this nice little homestay.This time i was allowed early check in which is always nice. But there are extras to pay like laundry powder,towels,clean the room and late check out.Otherwise the staff very friendly and good security.5mins from Udom suk BTS by motorbike.Enjoy guys.

From the airport, we took taxi cab to head us to the hotel. We were surprised with its huge accommodation. Our room has more than enough space for living room, dinning table, bathroom and twin size bedroom. What surprised us is their complementary snacks and drinks. We really had a great stay at Panasat Villa. Thanks to Ma'am Joy who is so accommodating.

This condo is indeed luxurious and cheap. Utilizing there is a catch. It is far from everything you may want to see as a tourist. You will have to spend more than the price of your room on taxi and sky train and you'll waste so much time and will be tired so much that you'll see very little of Bangkok. If you're in Bangkok for business and the place you you want to see every day is close and if you ha e wheels then it is a great place.

This place is fresh, clean, well run, and is great value for money. The room was big, with a very comfortable bed, a small balcony, excellent wifi connection, and a spotlessly clean bathroom. Loft 77 is, however, very much a hotel for travellers leaving from or transiting through Bangkok (tuk tuk was 300 baht). It is simply too far away from the main areas of town to make staying here a good base for sightseeing, which is a shame because I really liked this place. On the plus side, though, we were bang in the middle of authentic Bangkok and got to sample some tasty, cheap food from the restaurants and stalls lining the streets - traveller beware, though, there are no English language menus but the point and smile approach got us fed!

The place is nice and cozy. It just needs further dusting and perhaps a couple of instructions on how this and that works in the English language for foreign guests. The wifi connects but works really slow and sometimes not all. Overall, eveything is okay. :)

If u need to stay in Bang na area this good value for money in quiet soi. Clean and friendly with good breakfast buffet.

It was a pleasant stay. The room feels like home. What I liked most about the place is the cleanliness of the shower/toilet room. A+ for me. However, the floors of the bedroom could use some cleaning and waxing. Another downside is the location. Very far from the BTS station & tourists destinations. We spent money mostly on transportation/taxi. It helps that we traveled in groups so we could save expenses but this place is a no for solo travelers.

I am a regular traveller on a 3 months trip. The room I stayed is absolutely value for money . Very clean apartment from the lobby car park and to the room . Specious clean . The housekeeping clean the room every day as requested . Bedroom plus a separate living room and also have a very nice balcony. Shampoo soup provided and have a fridge . Everything written down have . unlike some hotels just written so many but none have . This one absolutely amazing . There is no kettle listed on the room description but they provide for me the next day . you ask they provide. The location is a bit far if you want night life in Bangkok . Bar and girls etc . Around 200 taxi from BTS. if you stay for a month in Bangkok . I would highly recommend everybody to stay 3 to 5 nights or max a week . A lot of food around . Very delicious. Seafood eat as much as you like for only 189 . I don't think you can bit the price in the downtown . There is also a shopping mall 5 minutes walk. A big Tesco and a lot of restaurants inside the shopping mall. There is also a market day and night . So you can buy luxury good quality or bargain shopping . whatever you like. The apartment and the room is very clean . For the price you pay . you never get the size and the clean room in downtown Bangkok. The management team is very professional and friendly. From the reception to the housekeeping . All professional and friendly. I give 5 star on this . I definitely will be back for 7 nights on the next holiday 2019 . Bear in mind this is an apartment not a hotel . So there is no breakfast provided and computer . There are so many foods nearby . Delicious and cheap . so not a problem for me. I hope the management do look at the comments in order to get improvement and eventually lead to more business in the end . I would here suggest the management to consider to add on some rooms with computer . Now some airlines does not allow passenger to carry lab top on to the plane .

I spent 12 days there in their larger room. It was a very nice room, great bed. Wonderful maids. Its a small hotel with key card entry after dark. The hotel is a family business and the owner upgraded my room after a small problem I had with my reservation thru Agodas online system. At no charge! This was customer service at its best! The area is close to the Onnut skytrain station so you can get down town in mins. The hotel has a mini laundry, with very reasonable machine rates. They give you 10% off on drinks at their coffee shop. Very good capuccinos and smoothes. Every day they have alittle breackfast menu its only 50 baht and quite delicious! You get a free drink after you sign up on their card system, after 10 or so drinks. The security will get you a cab any time you ask. The staff doesnt know much English so practice your Thai. They have such a good heart and try to make your stay wonderful. I want to thank them all for giving me 12 wonderful days. If you want to stay longer, like a month to a year you can ask and see if they have any furnished appartments for rent. They only had one open when I asked. Its a great place and you will enjoy it. If i had anything negative to say it would be their lack of English. There were only 2 ladies in management that spoke english. I gave them a few pointers on upgrading there cab le tv and get atleast one english channel. The doors on the rooms need closing devices so they dont bang when people leave them open. But other than that for me it was one of the best hotels i have stayed in while in Bangkok. The price, location, staff and ambiance cannot be beat! Kapun kap!

First impression was not the best. Reception area did not have aircon nor fans so was very hot while waiting for our turn to check in. However, upon entering the room corridors and rooms. Wow Wow Wow. everything as per photos, rooms are very new and deco is chic and modern. Rooms come with a big bed plus a small single bed tucked nicely at the side. Room for 3 people but priced at a normal room for 2. Very very value for money for the condition of the room but I suppose this is a way to get more guests since it is a new hotel. Grab the offer while it lasts. Locations is not good though, its a 3 min walk into a soi and walking distance you can only find a japanese eatery and a cake shop. outside the soi is a busy main road. no 7/11, petrol kiosk about 5mins further down. However, with a car/grab/uber, the location is pretty good. near to 3 big shopping centres and the Train market srinakarin. About 10mins cab ride to the BTS station. but location does not affect me, will definately stay again.

It is value for money. They provide coffee in the room. Convenient location near Seacon square and very close to big 7-11. Just have to ask hair dryer from the front counter, not in the room.

our sweet baby thought the toliet was the trash can. We made a terrible mess. They had to fully remove the toilet. The staff was nice and fair throught the whole process. This place is a good value for the money and you can walk to food and massage. Good spot

Hotel room was newly renovated. Staff very helpful and polite. Easy to travel into central Bangkok as skytrain station nearby. near to nice resturants and Big C Mall. Have stayed before and will do so again.

I stayed in a duplex room which, for the price, was about what I expected. There was a slight problem with the bathroom, in that it was very slightly dirty on the shower tiles, but was still very clean, considering. I had a kitchenette, which is better than expected, and a fridge. The fridge was not on when I arrived though, and took a while to cool initially. The location of the hotel is slightly out of the way, with taxi drivers struggling, on occasion, to find it. However, this can be overlooked often, as the motorcycle taxis are usually able to navigate there with no problems. There is a restaurant just across the road for anyone wondering about the hotel's lack of said facilities. WiFi was fast, and stable, and I must compliment them on this service. Overally, I had a pleasant stay, and would recommend this hotel to people looking for affordable accommodation in Bangkok.

It was frieghtening initially when they told us there is no rooms.. Total we we booked 6 rooms. After 1 hour of negotioation we were given our rooms and later the management apologised with a basket of fruits. The place is safe and a short walking distance to a nearby restaurant and we had two meals at this place. Food rated 3.5 star and the ambience is excellent. Overall it's value for money to stay at B32.

stayed here in the past. great location near seacon mall and mega bang na. comfortable rooms. also there are washers and dryers on the lobby level...

The hotel is in an excellent position. very easy to get to from the airport and still within easy reach of the city if you need to, but without the fumes,pollution and noise levels. the reason to pick this hotel is if you are stopping only a night or if you wish to visit Muang Boran or ancient city. this is well worth a visit and after being to bangkok lots of times is perhaps the best thing here. hire a golf car(not bicycle due to the heat)and travel around for hours in peace and quiet, except maybe if a local school visits which dispite the 100s is a fantastic experience. The hotel is the biggest building in the area, we stopped on floor 14.nearby but not walking distance are two giant shopping malls-very cheap taxi ride,and accross the road Makro and Carrfore.If you can ask for a city view high up. this give an amazing panaroma of Bangkok. the windows are all glass and lit up blue at night time, so sometimes the room gets hot until the aircon kicks in.Everything is clean and tidy with 1st class service from all the staff.the food is fantastic in the 2nd floor resturant, some of the best food I have had in Thailand. there also is a karoke with vip lounges, you dont have to join in but all the locals come here to sing, We loved it! If you are after a 1 night stay or 2 night stay and visit The ancient city or seaside area nearby (crocodile farm is close too)then this is the best and also possible only place to stop.

Very clean and new apartment, the only down side is the location is not near public transportation, you will need to take taxi to get around

It is a budget hotel don't expect 5 star and you will have a great time, it is at the end of a soi but the hotel will give you a free lift to the main road, ok there is no restaurant but they order Thai food in for you at Thai prices to be honest I would have gived this hotel 9 but the internet dose not work on an evening so sorry just a 7

I like and feel very comfortable stay at the Marigold hotel during holiday in Bang Kok, Thailand. I also was appreciated for hotel staff with very friendly. It can also save a lot of money for staying at the Marigold hotel.

This hotel fit our needs well, although I would think the location in Bang Na would be rather challenging for the general tourist. We came to BKK from Chiang Mai for a couple of days to have access to Rock Domain, an indoor climbing gym that is nearby, and so this hotel was a good choice for this very specialized situation. For food choices you have 2 options if you don't want to go far -- there's a Big C that has the usual food court, KFC, etc, or a bit further down the road you have an overpriced, not to be recommended Italian restaurant, or an Indian restaurant. No local street food or anything that we could easily find. You'll definitely need a taxi to get anywhere at all -- the nearest BTS station is about 80-100 baht by taxi, then you can get everywhere. The room was good, large and clean with decent internet, so no complaints there. I expect we'll be staying there again.

Arrived Sunday afternoon. Non smiling Grandma at desk. Did not understand English. Kept asking for full price. Told her 5 times, I paid via Agoda. Showed booking confirmation on phone. She catagorically refused to acknowledge that. My wife even spoke to her in Thai. Yet she continued to made out a bill for room and key deposit (500 bhats for key deposit. Ridiculously high) Finally her daughter was called and the problem sorted out. Daughter was polite and apologized on her mom's behalf. But I feel that I did not get the room I paid for. Bathroom really tiny. No ventilation or suction fan. Blanket thin and not appropriate for two. Free wifi advertized, but we got no wifi password. Refrigerator for midgets. Otherwise property is still fairly new. A/C strong cooling (duh! Tiny room) Very close to delicious Somboon Seafood restaurant. This restaurant is a little expensive for most average Thai's and budget travellers, but worth experiencing.

The rooms on promotion are usually in the new block, with rates from 700 baht to 1000 baht per nights. The air-conditioning in the room wasn't working as splendid, but we didn't have problem sleeping through the night because our day time in the conference was tiring. Hot water was only working on the last day, but at least it was working. The other accessibility in the room were TV and fridge with complimentary 2 bottles of water per day, which was pretty decent for a 700 baht per day room. The staff was simply amazing! They greet you well, speak to you well, attend to all your needs when you need them. It might have helped a lot with me knowing Thai, but they were really nice. Arrangements for taxi everyday to BITEC was never an issue, and there was definitely a personal touch to the homey hospitality the staff gave. Location of AVANA wasn't hard to get to. Get a taxi from the airport for about 200bath to 500baht; or a Mini-van for 1300baht(fitting 10 person) to AVANA took only 30 minutes max. The landmarks around AVANA was BITEC, Central Bang Na Mall and the Bang Na BTS Station. Any decent driver would know where to get to AVANA. Taxi was just a 40baht ride from AVANA to BITEC. I almost forgot, WIFI isn't included in their package. So for those who can't live with WiFI, AVANa may not be the best hotel. You can pay for an hourly,daily and weekly plan; but getting a 1GB plan from the nearest 7-11 for 79BHT is much worth the price, unless you hate walking. Overall, if I had another conference in BITEC, I would still go for AVANA. It's pretty accessible, comfortable, and the staff was good. Their cafe has decent food, while their chinese restaurant probably is an overkill for those in budget. Going to Central Bang Na for their street food or food court is much better.

This was our cheapest hotel of our trip (6 in total) but this has for us the 2nd best price quality. Very good nice and new rooms, free internet, clean, quiete hotel. Very helpfull boss and free tuk tuk to seacon square shopping center. Only little far away from bangkok center. We stayed for 1 night for a flight next day. Everything is very cheap in this hotel, restaurant, drinks, cocktails... Great hotel but maybe a better situation to visit bangkok.

we have stayed here many times now , never before left a review , time to rectify that . This is a relatively new hotel completed in 2015 . Stayed here 5 times now and have noticed it get busier over last 18 months with good reason , the staff are well trained and will accomodate requests with a posotive friendly response . The hotel is modern with good design features . the rooms follow this epoth well laid out and comfortable big bed . the bathroom is of good size with an excelent shower room . all in all really good hotel within easy reach of BTS (bearing station) will always stay here when in bang na .
