We were looking for something Very much away from the craziness that is Pattaya and it's many highrises. U-Pattaya turned out to fit the Bill perfectly. Beautifull villa's, great pool, excellent food, wonderfull loungeterrass on the roof and location close to lowkey fishing village Bang Saray. Would highly recommend this place to anybody. Only drawback: not cheap.

Very well presented and fitted out hotel not far from the beach in Bang Saray. Good size rooms that are very nicely decorated and furnished. Good restaurant menu and very helpful staff. Recommended.

The premium beach bungalow #221 was the best room here and it was an experience I won't forget. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast and dinner was a wonderful treat too. Try the lemon sea bass! Five stars all around.

For the $$'s charged per night we expected more from the Kept Bang Saray. Cons: >> ( We in room 308 ) Noise from room above ( scraping of moving furniture & Elephant Feet! ) >> WiFi Internet - Very very bad - Cutting In and Out all the time = Frustrating >> Privacy in Rooms from Outside >> Room - No tables \ Power outlets by the Bed to place Technology >> Air Con exceptionally LOUD ( old style system ) >> We would say = Over Priced for what is offered \ delivered >> They Hotel offers a Complimentary Evening Boat Cruise.... Again the service was NOT RUNNING - this time the reason was Bad Weather ( although it was perfectly Calm!! ) Come on Guys - Get your act together Pros >> Breakfast was OK - We expected more Thai Food choices for the $$'s paid. "Fresh" Brown Bread was stale and hard >> Staff - Every staff interaction was friendly, helpful and full of Thai Smiles >> Bathroom was spacious and everything worked great - Shower great Power and Heat We would not return.

The Resort is really quite secluded, out of the way from town. The village, Bang Saray is about 2 km away where there are shops, market and restaurants. The beach is quite clean and well maintained by the resort. The sand is soft, brownish not white. The water however is not clear. The villa is small with rather basic amenities only. The deck chairs don't even have a cushion. While the jacuzzi is a pleasant surprise, there is no privacy. Food is not very good so we ate at the village, Preecha Seafood.

in a nutshell its a bit off the beaten path, but in all a must have experience if you want to enjoy nature at its best with a calm environment good spa and amazing ocean views.... the brook is also recomended but the ocean view villas are just too awsome for words to describe.. would have stayed longer. be advised while comming to this hotel plan you stay in the hotel. its not a convenient locxation to go in an out from repeatedly.

Nicely designed hotel with farmhouse concept, the real charm is that you get unlimited access to see farm animals such as sheep, mountain goat, donkey and horses. Watching sheep going back to the barn during sunset gives your little one “back to nature” experience, staff should have been highlighted during the check in, it could be their unique selling point! Breakfast was good quality, open air restaurant and service is good. We will be back!

Great for big groups. This part of East Coast between Jomtien and Bang Saray, the beach is not so good, have to drive 10 minutes for the pretty beach at the main beach of Bang Saray. The villa is big, the pool very well made. Great service, the food at the resort is quite delicious.

The staff missed that I requested twin beds on my reservation but this was sorted out within 15 minutes. However, if they can just remember to pay attention to the details as after making a long journey I would like to settle in quickly and swapping rooms or waiting for people to remake rooms is not what I want to experience. The room was clean, new and comfortable. There is a kettle with coffee and Ovaltine. A fridge, hair dryer and a full compliment of bathroom amenities, which is the best so far that I have found in Bang Saray. The view from the 8th floor is beautiful and so this is a room you could spend time in. Didn't swim but the pool looked okay if you want to get wet and relax but a bit small for any proper swimming. Breakfast was included in my booking but it is A La Carte. The food was fine but don't expect a buffet unless they change their system. Overall nothing to complain really and would stay again. It is a little expensive in my opinion but it is the best standard on offer in Bang Saray that I have found to date.

i am purchasing a condo in Bang saray that is under construction and make regular inspections with the architect and engineers as we are doing several changes from the plan. The location and staff at Baan Tah is very good and we share an interest in trying to help the environment in the sea and surrounding areas.They have bicycles,kayaks and fishing rods for the guests to use, and is an easy 10 minute ride to many cafes, shops, markets and places of interest.

My friends and I went to Pattaya for the Cartoon Network Water Park and we were so happy that Baan Thai Lanna was very near it. The place was aslo near 7/11, supermarkets and the highway. Our home was very spacious and it had all the necessities that we needed. The rooms were very clean and the air condition was also good. The wifi was very fast. The staff was also good and very accommodating. There is no downside to this trip. Thank you, Baan Thai Lanna! You made our vacation one for the books!

This is an excellent location for a peaceful holiday or long weekend. Only 600 meters from a long quiet beach next to that famous restaurant - "The Beach Restaurant". It's best to visit with a car, so you can visit the local attractions that interest you. Then relax by using either of the rooftop pools or your private jacuzzi. Great Experience.

If stove, ventilation hood are not available, they should not listed in facility. The purpose of stove is for cooking not staring at it.

It gets no better than this superb resort. If you want to Relax unwind this is the best place on earth, you are waited on hand and foot by the staff of Baan Pictory. This place is a "Golden Find" make sure you book!

We were looking for a hide away, relaxing weekend with the family and baby of 10 months; we found this private property with only few villas that are spread around this beautiful garden and private beach. The owner actually leave on the premises and makes sure you will get the best service. We could checkout late in the evening and profit from all day at the beach. The villas are amazingly big, and far apart so you have privacy. There are fully equipped with all you need to make it a great vacation. We will be back

The overall could be so much better if they just could have some kind of common sense.. This is a sportsclub, i paid around 12000baht for 3 nights for my family and it all looks very well but then some things are very annoying that can basicly only happen in thailand... Playing tennis Have to pay 500 baht per hour and if you want to play after dark, they charge you 350baht more for the....lights. Playground They have a small climbing area, which should just be complementary but they have the heart to charge 300baht per person to use it / such a joke. Trampoline Small trampoline. nothing fancy and they want to charge 100 baht to use this , shame shame... Pool U could expect a nice pool area on a sports resort, with facilities like to buy some kind of refreshments etc / no here is nothing, nothing nothing. I dont even think the pool area belongs to the resort though it looks like they are sharing with nearby establishment.. Could have been so much better without the greed of money

Stayed one night when it was pouring with rain. Hotel has a small car park under the hotel as well as big outside park opposite. The hotel had bus loads of Chinese with their own little restaurant area. Staff very friendly and the room was extremely good for the money. I like bedside lights and not have to get out of the bed to switch lights off my only complaint and I am picky. We had breakfast served in the room which was very good at a 3 star hotel type, i.e., no really good coffee standard tea bag and nescafe. The room was clean and had good accessories including a kettle and stocked fridge which you had to pay for items. Overall 5 stars review for a 3 star hotel.

A welcome relief to the busy hordes of over cooked pink bathers over crowing other areas of Pattaya. If you like quite sensitive small hotels that are away from the crowds then you might like this place. Better if you have your own car as well. Don't stay they if you want to party in any way, this is not the place. We thoroughly enjoyed are time here and would happily go back for another stay. The head lady looking after the front desk is lovely and made us feel very welcome. I would through recommend they provide basic tea and coffee in the room through, it is a kind of standard expectation that most people expect from a hotel. Having said that the coffee from the reception is excellent and very cheap, so that was not really an issue.

I stayed for just two nights here and was skeptical about the place because of the low price and we all know how that usually turns out... this was the opposite experience! When you walk into the lobby the first thing you realise is that everything is so clean! The owners really take care of the place. They are impressive english speakers that supplied a service for me that I wasn't ready for! Never met such warm business people. The room was stunning, the photos does not do it justice. If you are reading this and considering booking this place, take my word for it, book it! You won't be disappointed.

The Room comes with Buffet Breakfast, tickets to Elephant Show, Thai Cultural Show. And the Garden is so vast - two days would not be enough to be able to see everything from shows to Gardens, Elephant Rides and Mini Zoo. Its a very good place for the family. Just one thing "No Internet" in the room but you wouldn't need it you barely have time for that so much activities to do for the entire family.

This is my second visit. The staff remembered me, were nice and helpful, as before. It is ideal for silver haired travellers that want cleanliness and assurance that everything works, with gentile service. The hotel is in the centre of the village, near the main temple, beaches and seafront seafood restaurants, which are a must try. The hotel has a pool, there is a new gym around 10 minutes by bike (they have bikes available for guests), along the main Sukhumvitt road to the main road towards Pattaya. The gym is located at the opposite side of the main Pattaya road around 100 metres diagonally across from the intersection with Bang Saray.

mention that no breakfast, but owner toke the trouble to prepare some hard boiled eggs finger food and coffee for us in the morning. friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here a few times with my wife and our little dog as it is the only resort I know in the area that you can take pets.The rooms are big and clean and there is restaurant/coffe shop on site also

The room size is fine, and good shower, big balcony with sea view if u take room upper floor, cozy comfy new bed, can do cooking bit with electric stove, great view from the roof top pool but the pool is smaller than u see on the picture.It s not much convenient staying here without private car, far from centre (7/11,market)more than 1.5km,and no foot path for 400m which is quite dark ,no public's transportation accessible .Few restaurants surrounded .Close by the beaches and the Mermaid beach for water activities.

The owner is super friendly.Small pets are welcomed without any charges, would recommend this villa for anyone who want to spend their holidays with their pets.If you are looking for a peace and quiet place to stay over a holiday this villa is a perfect choice.It also close to lots of attractions ( Cartoon Network waterpark, Nungnuch garden, มุมอร่อย restaurant).The house is clean and comfortable with lots of utilities and kitchen tools( pots, stove, knifes, microwave).The aircon work perfectly fine, the pool looks even better than what its look in the pictures.

this place is great. very quite, peaceful and charming. pool is clean, fantastic view of mountains! kitchen has all necessary applliences for simple breakfast. internet speed was good. highly recommended for families.

Really nice room with the exception of the step down to the bathroom, My wife got up during the night, missed the step and ended up flat on her back. The hotel really is in the middle of nowhere so you do need your own transportation. When we arrived they told us the electricity was off and suggested we go into Bang Saray until it was repaired, which we did, and they called us when it was back on. The swimming pool was nice but they had stacked all the table and chairs away when we went to use it at 6pm (says its open until 9pm). The biggest disappointment was the Spa and Massage which was closed both days that we were there as my wife had been looking forward to using the service.

Short walk to empty beach, good restaurant around the corner, easy access to roads (you will need a car). So much space, well equipped kitchen great showers, good outside sitting area. Was sad to leave.
