Room is very clean & cute. Nice view. Friendly and gentle staff K.Joy FO. Very helpful Doorman or bellman at the front gate can’t remember his name. No dental kit prepared in room.

Everything was great! But the hotel charged 50 baht for delivery food to the room”

The service was excellent. The room was clean and it came with three meals provided. The pcr test result also announced before scheduled. The only thing is that when I asked if the hotel could deliver food to my room from Lineman food delivery from the lobby, the staff said yes without informing that there would be an extra cost for delivering food from the lobby to the room. Would appreciate if I was informed in advance.

Great hotel!”

I love the room and amenities, as well as the city view. Room's clean and the hotel is a 5-min walk to the MRT station. During my stay though, the hotel is under renovation. I'm looking forward to see how that turns out and will book the hotel again the next time I visit Bangkok.

Value for money as I purchased it during sale.”

Hotel is good, been staying here for almost every year end except during Covid period. From Siam Beverly to Chada Hotel, now is been called Graph Hotel. Everything is good but only the breakfast with little option due to less customer. I will be back again next year.
