Affordable Great Hotel”
First of all, for those who are particular with cleanliness, this hotel is for you because they clean up the room and change towels everyday. The thing I like best is the all-day complimentary espresso machine coffee and lemon water. I didn't have to go to starbucks and other coffee shops and I can refill my water bottle in the morning before I start touring around Bangkok. Those are provided on top of the in-room bottles of mineral water and instant coffee. The rooms are spacious enough to put your big luggages and there is a closet to hang your clothes and the view is spectacular from the high floors (16th). The bathroom even has a tub to soak in after a long day outside. Moreover, the location is walking distance from airport train paya thai or if lazy to walk, change to bts going to rathchathewi which is the station of the hotel, walk to next street on the main road to reach the hotel. It is easy to find right next to Samran Hotel. Regarding breakfast, it was a pretty good buffet with continental breakfast of bread, croissant and mini waffles, and warm breakfast of noodles, rice, sausage, meat, veggies and congee considering you paid minimal for the stay. They change one or two of the menu everyday. Still good for long stay. The red bean buns and chicken buns were awesome. Others: they have a weighing scale in the lobby for travellers to check if their luggage weight is within the allowed limit on the plane. The pool is clean and cold should you want to try it out. You just need to bring your own bedroom slippers and toothbrush. Restaurant is right next door to Samran Hotel and on the other side of the hotel down the street is another great but small eatery near the 7-11.

But the only thing that im concerned in our room it has a lot of small ants,you can find in the tables and header of the bed. 👌🏻Food was great. Dont expect too much. but for us , its already worth it for the price you paid. Overall highly recommended and We will definitely book again on our next trip in this hotel. Thank you .

Excellent Value for mOney, cleanliness of the hotel is great.The staff are friendly .The room service cleaner are very hard working they always make sure that everyday the bedsheets is changed and clean the room ,.Even if we leave our luggages open we didnt experience any missing items from our belongings.The breakfast is excellent. Me and my fiance really happy of the location because within the are there is massage center, restaurants and 7eleven and shop for washing the clothes .Location is so convenient and only 5-10minutes walk to BTS . We will definitely recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay”
The location is very accessible and convenient store is left and right. We walked from MBK mall to hotel and even going to Pratunam Market is quite nearby. The breakfast is very good and the room we have had is at 11th floor which offers a nice city view. The indoor pool is at the 5th, just a simple one. One time at evening, they turned off the lights, even if we are still swimming. The keycard we had won't work on the lift which every time we go up, we need the assistance from the staff. That was quite a hustle when we are staying there for 4 days. Some time, other guests will help us out but mostly, we use the lift by ourselves. One of the reception staff spoke rudely when I asked for spoon and fork, she told me that no one can send it to the room (around 9-10PM) that I should get it myself. Me and my kid went to the lobby to get it and we went back to the reception as our keycard is not working in the lift. They are trying to figure it out when my kid said, "Mama, we can't go up in the elevator." and one of the staff mentioned to my kid that is because, we are not supposed to be there and should be staying in the room. I didn't argue further for we know the reason why we went down. It took a lil while when another reception staff, Choung volunteered to assist us. On our checkout day, keycard problem occurs again and Mind checking/investigating as usual. It took a lil while as she is trying to fix it but we asked to be assisted or accompanied as we are about to checkout and they could check the problem after we leave. Reception staffs, Choung and Mind and the bellman too who gives direction, are very helpful and friendly. All in all, our stay is nice as the location is favourable.

A very decent hotel and very clean. I cannot complain the staff were all helpful and polite. Location is near ratchatewit and phayathai.But its near the road so expect the noise.kinda hard to sleep.but the bed and sheets are all comfortable.

Value for money for the price paid. Next to massage shop which is very convenient. Small local food stalls and laundromat next door. Bts next door. All walking distance. Comes with wide variety of breakfast just that it tends to be ( almost) the same for your whole stay. Comes with 24/7 free flow coffee and milk. Hopefully price stays and we will be back!

Bangkok City Hotel was fantastic! Clean rooms, comfortable beds. It was in a quiet area, but it was an easy walk (15-20 minute) to a very huge shopping/mall area. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Bangkok.

I have 4 nights stay here! Good service, even check in time is 2pm, but hotel allow for early check in at 1pm. 5 minutes walk to bts, 1min walk to 7-11. Storage keeping for check out, this is very good that I no need to carry my luggage anywhere. Hotel buffet breakfast is good enough for me, main meal change everyday, free of sky juice & coffee from morning till nigh. Luggage scale in lobby. I will come back again.

Quite near to the nearest BTS station (Ratchathewi) which is 1 stop away from Siam. Room and facilities are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is okay. Repetitive although they change the noodles and stir fried viand. Area is also quiet even though it is located along the main roads.

Definitely worth the money! Housekeepers always make sure that rooms are tidy. Breakfast buffet is good. Free coffee all day at the lobby, all the staffs are kind and helpful and the hotel itself is good for tourists. Close to BTS Ratchatewi station, 711, coffee shops and street foods. Only downside is the wifi connection which is very weak on our room. If I come back to bangkok, I'll definitely check in again here.

Our room is clean, overflowing hot water, we have bathtub and shower inside the bathroom. This hotel didn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste in the ammenities pack Staffs are nice, we could manage to communicate anyway. Convenient location”
Everything is good: location, convenience……..etc. they even has a swimming pool and self laundry services. The only thing that negative is the breakfast atmosphere is very noisy and crowded.

I had used this hotel a few times already and is still good. Staff is polite and very helpful. Breakfast is good too if you are not choosy and fussy. Price wise is very reasonable. Will come back again.
