During the time we went there there is a significant discount in the amount of the family room we rented and maybe because to attract more tourists locally. I would say that in that area, this is the best accomodation to stay in by far. You have that native set up of their rooms not too commercial and modern and yet gives you a nostalgic feeling which i always look for in every hotel to stay at. It has all the easy access to the beach and other restaurants so everything is within reach in this resort. What i love the most is that they automatically clean your room everyday without a need to tell them to do that! and its really awesome and excellent service of all the resort crew members! will definitely come back to this resort! It definitely gets me good vibe every time resting in this resort. It's now improving parking area. If something can be done to achieve to be more and more nicer, pls larger the parking area (: i don't want to park my big car at beach side.

Pleasantly Surprising ”
Our stay was an overnighter, passing through town; navigation was easy. The rooms were modern and had a very unique layout in the patio. Breakfast in the morning was very good, and the staff was also very attentive and supportive. This is definitely added to our list of favorites

Excellent staff in a contemporary and comfortable hotel”
Have stayed before and the staff have remained the same, attentive and very helpful team . Nothing is too much trouble and Num has managed the hotel exceptionally for years. Although the hotel has quality design it has remained the same for some years with quality beds, showers, TV, safe and individual secure WiFi for each room the team are about to have a full refurb. I would stay again and can't wait to see how the future improvements make a great hotel in 2023

I booked a Superior room. The room 203 had lots of problems. The toilet had difficulty draining. The shower is broken, something also stuck in the draining pipe. And the AC was very loud! I let the front desk know and wanted to change the room or upgrade to the Deluxe with balcony. I was willing to pay for the upgrade. The staff apologised countless time and agree to upgrade my room with no extra charge. My room changed to 202. The Deluxe is far better than the Superior. Especially if you are a smoker or lover you will appreciate the balcony. It's really worth the extra 200 Baht. In conclusion. The staff was nice. The food is great. The room had nothing to complain about. The staff at the parking lot was very eager to assist. Don't forget to check out Bannpantai Resort from the same owner. A little bit more luxury but still on the budget. The two are in walking distance to each other.

Peaceful Beachfront Place ”
This is one of the most valuable and peaceful places around its area. However, at night, you can still take a walk to nearby market and serven-eleven to get some drink and food as well as street food. Still, I'm not sure if it is quiet because of Covid season :'(

Great Location”
Bang opposite the beach, staff are so helpful & friendly, the rooms are fantastic value for money. I've been to Thailand almost 20 times & this has to be the most powerful shower yet.. It doesn't have a pool, but it's sister until 400 meters away does. Stayed here once b4, would definitely stay again.

I come to Thailand twice a year for a month, and always stay here when in Cha-am. More of a hotel for Bangkok locals. No pool with fat westerners laying in the sun. Awesome place with excellent service. Best breakfast in Thailand.

I and my family love spending my time at Banlansuan, a nice location small, and warm environment. A bit few choices and amount of breakfast and some room start run-down and need some repairing but it ain't that bad anyway. Good to say for a night or couple of nights for just a good rest and relax in the room.

Fantastic Hotel Next to the Beach”
Beautiful design with lots of plants, voz y and modern at the same time. Many locals from Bangkok staying here, nice Thai atmosphere. Deluxe room spacious and comfy. Breakfast more than sufficient. Staff is very friendly and try their best to keep you happy. Lack of communication skills but we are not in Hua Hin, so what:) Reservation was not 100% like I asked for and no reply on emails but the staff tried hard to solve it and that matters. Will come back definitely Best Hotel so far in Cha am
