Birthday Trip ”
I came here on my birthday with a big group of friends. We stayed in the family room which had 7 twin beds in it. We absolutely LOVED it. We had the best time, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. I didn't realize we got free breakfast, which was a nice surprise. It was a great location, the beach was nice, and the room was so clean. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Koh Chang Island!

On the Beach, Near the Party”
Great location. From sea side bunglow, we were practically enjoying roaring sea through our window. On the terrace, there were beach chairs to pass leisure time and have sun bath. There were stones on the bunglow side beach sand, It's better to wear sandal when dipping down there. It has a small bar and restaurant. Breakfast was more than sufficient amount and tasty. Room amenities were useful.

The service and location of this resort was great. There was lots of options for breakfast and our room was a great size. The rooms and the hotel were clean throughout and close to the beach. The resort had a great resturant and there are many food and retail options near by. The highlight of our stay was the welcoming smile of the staff who were always there with helpful information and a willingness to serve. We will return!

I stayed at the resort for 2 nights during the long weekend. Because of the monsoon hit the island so some part of the building is broken. The staffs upgraded the room for me without any charge, that’s a really kind and high responsibility of them. The location is right in the central of White sand beach surrounding by restaurants, convenient stores, market and stuffs. The resort is on the beach which is very amazing too. The foods are very good, you can have both Thai and American breakfast. The staffs are very friendly and gave me lots of suggestions. I love this place and recommend you to stay there :)))

A good old hotel placed on an wonderful location. You can enjoy the sea and the white sandy beach anytime, cause the property is on the beach. The rooms are clean and good. They didn’t provide shampoo in the toiletries but other things were in the toilet. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The mini swimming pool next to the beach has increased the beauty of the property.

This is really the last hotel going South on White Sands that has an actual beach. The Thai-style breakfast was quite good and the staff were super helpful even after I screwed up my booking by booking the wrong day.

The beach and wonderful sunsets wow”
We have been to Koh Chang before but not to Banpu. Firstly thank you for honouring my No cancellation room. My flight was changed 5 times and they kindly honoured the booking. When we arrived we were upgraded to a seafront spacious room. And what a view it was. The room had a large king bed and a single. With a huge covered terrace. We loved it. Breakfast was fine and typical of most hotels. The pool was cold which I liked. It was behind the shops and we were able to park on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Andy we shall definitely be back.

It is an honest 3* Hotel with no thumbs down. Everything is according to what a guest can expect from 3* - I definitely recommend to people who don’t want to waste too much money on holidays. Food is good, location is good, beaches are little bit small but very clean. I will come back.
