Wife was extremely pleased”
Had dinner with my girlfriend (who is now my wife) at Vertigo a few years back and she was completely taken away by the breathtaking view. Since then, she has always mentioned she would love to stay there. Fast forward a few years, booked Banyan Tree as a surprise for my wife and upgraded it to the Serenity Suite for a fee, and no regrets at all. Lounge access was allowed throughout the day, and food choices were acceptable. Bangkok being Bangkok, people would normally love to stay out and shop all day if possible; but even as a young couple, we found ourselves spending more time than usual in the hotel due to the extreme comfort of our room. Only drawback is that my wife mentioned she would only want to stay here whenever she returns to Bangkok! Pricey as it may be, but I would say it's well worth the price. Thank you Banyan Tree Bangkok for the wonderful stay.

It is the staff that makes the difference here. The most friendly and attentive I have experienced anywhere. The facilities are great. Very clean. The Resturant Vertigo is a bit pricy, but worth the roof top view. Also be sure to check out the bar on the 52nd floor out side the Saffron Restaurant.I travel a lot all over the world and stay at some of the best hotels and I can say that this hotel is among the top of my list. Highly recommend when you travel to BKK.

This is a true 5 Star Hotel. It is the staff that makes the difference. They were extremely helpful and attentive to every request. I had the one bedroom suite and it was very nice. They also have some very good restaurants in the hotel. I highly recommend the Vertigo on the roof top. It is a bit pricy, but worth the view if you want something to remember. While you are on the Roof Top also go over and check out the Moon Bar. I can't imagine a better place to enjoy a glass of you favorite beverage. I also dined at Saffron on the 52 floor. It was an upscale Thai cuisine restaurant. Saffron also has a nice outside Bar adjacent to the restaurant. If you are looking to have an all around wonderful experience in a Bangkok Hotel, look no further.

Amazing hotel with best city views”
Has the best city views and the moon bar was the highlight, which is a must visit when in Bangkok. We chose the club lounge suite on the 46th floor and it was great value for money with the best view and was so spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness and it’s attention to detail and plan on staying here again.

Fantastic stay”
The Hotel was absolutely amazing. Very clean and very polite staff. It is situated around 700 m from the metro which is a bit far to walk in the humidity of Bangkok. However it is easy to grab a taxi. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge selection of European and Asian food. Also fresh fruit and great coffee. The view from the rooftop bar should not be missed. It is great to see Bangkok at night.

This was my first time staying at the Banyan Tree. I was truly impressed with the quality of service at the hotel. The staff were friendly throughout our stay and their attention to detail was great. It was my daughter's birthday while staying there and they added extra touches to help her feel special for her birthday. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were excellent. The pool/gym/sauna/steam room were all well kept and working well. There is even a kids' room on the 19th floor where small kids can play for a while. Having a Club room was nice since we got to access the additional afternoon tea and separate breakfast facility. The Vertigo and Moon Bar and Restaurant on the roof are amazing and is must-see experience. Though expensive, the food and drinks are excellent and the views are breathtaking. My only complaint is that road noise still gets through the windows if you're on the highway side. My room was on the 58th floor, and I could still hear loud vehicles.

My third time staying at this beautiful place. The rooms and everything that comes with it is AMAZING! Seriously the best night's sleep I've ever had. You are pampered all the way through your stay and are well looked after. The breakfast is absolutely out of this world (one of the main reasons why we are keep coming back!). 4 nights In an upgrade suite ”
An amazing experience: we were there on a 1 day Agoda and 3 Day Luxury Escapes holiday. From check in to the breakfast buffet, to the specialty restaurants , the staff were amazing , the service exceptional and the cocktails , canapes in the club were generous and delectable. A Very Special Hotel”
Banyan Tree is an amazing hotel - we were made to feel like very special guests the whole time we stayed there by all the staff - The standard of the staff is outstanding. So many little touches to make us feel like we were valued, we couldn't wait to see each day what lovely touch appeared in our room, fresh lotus flowers, orchids on the bed, gifts of incense - everything was presented in such a pleasing thoughtful way. Our suite was very comfortable and enormous. We were offered the suite after a misunderstanding about extending our booking - and appreciated the gesture immensely. A truly memorable experience that we will be talking about for years.

Came for the Valentines rooftop dinner with my GF. The rooms were perfect, and the view outstanding. The fact that I didn't have to drive to the restaurant was a plus. Vertigo was a must, if you want to enjoy dinner and drinks, then go right to your room. Easy.

Wow! We loved this hotel! The roof top bar and restaurant is perfection, you MUST visit if you stay here. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, we got upgraded to a 2 bed room suite which was unbelievably luxurious. The covid test experience was absolutely seamless, the hotel had everything organised and were so quick and efficient. We will stay here again.
