Best experience ”
We had an amazing stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co. The view from our room is magnificent, the room is super clean and beautiful, the service is beyond expectation. The beach is just a few steps from the main area of the resort but we couldn’t enjoy it due to the harsh sun during most time of the day. Overall everything is perfect except for the dining-in’s food. But we will definitely come back!

Need a Seaview room rather than Hill + Sea view for most unobstructed view of the ocean. Go early for breakfast as it can get crowded. Limited food options within the compound and not easy to travel out. Main swimming pool is extremely small. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Farther away from the other resorts but well worth it. The Banyan property is gorgeous along with the facilities that can be used with Angsana that is right next door. Great for kids who can use the kids club at Angsana and their pool, beach and great for adults who prefer serenity and luxury at Banyan. All the rooms has their own private pool even the studio villas. Check for weather as we had rain so couldn't use the outdoor facility but i can imagine how perfect if the weather had worked out.

Friendly resort but too remote”
Staff super nice and accommodating, the resort has all typical activities but very weather dependent due to its biggest selling point is beach nearby. It's too far from key city downtown of Da nang nor attractions.

A huge disappointment for a famous brand name”
We stayed at Banyan Tree resorts in Asia before so we had high expectation for this resort. Turned out it was nothing like Banyan Tree quality, not even for a 5 star hotel resort. Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room set up is like a small regular 5 star hotel. Cons: so many of them. The landscaping was like an abandoned resort with all the weed and plants grew freely blocking the path to the sea. The pool was dirty and no one came to clean during our 3 nights. The hotel key lock was so hard to use. The high tea was a joke of a piece of tiny jelly and a piece of Bánh Lọc along with cheap local tea. The staff seemed like they hate doing their job. Breakfast was very limited of choice. Because the resort had cheap promotion for the locals, it was crowed and messy just like a 3 star hotel where people fighting to grab food. The beach sand is very rough and full of dead shell. We could name more but has no more space. It is a rip off. Never come back.

Excellent Stay and Service with Banyan Tree”
Celebrated wife's Birthday with Banyan Tree@Lang Co. Was pleasantly surprised with a nice cake and decorated flower bed on the day itself. Special mention to Ms Hoang Lan Dao and her team who took good care of us during our stay. The complimentary shuttle from air port works well for us travelling to Lang Co for the first time. Also the free shuttle to Hue, Hoi An is a plus for any traveller to base in Lang Co. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip for both of us. Facilities are new and the breakfast with free flow champagne makes it a real value stay. Definitely recommend Banyan Tree to anyone who wants to make this a memorable experience.

Splendid experience”
My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary at Banyan Tree Lang Co. It was an amazing experience for the two of us. Our villa host Thuy was extremely thoughtful and spoiled us by offering excellent butler service. When we went out to Lang Co village for seafood dinner, to our surprise, a staff (Nina) of Banyan Tree was waiting at the restaurant. She helped us to order food and making sure we were well taken care of before she left. Tiny surprises everyday really topped our experience. My sincere thanks to the hotel staff once again and we will definitely visit the hotel in the future.

We stayed in 5 star hotels and resorts 99% during our trips, in and out of vietnam. I must say that I am very impressed by the high level of service provided in banyan tree lang co. The staffs were extremely caring from the smallest thing, excellent jobs banyan tree lang co staffs! The resort is Very beautiful, view from my 2 bedrooms hilltop villa is breathtaking. We will be back for more experiences regarding the activities provided by the resort. I would recommend this 5 star resort for anyone.

Quiet, romantic & privat stay”
Just great. From the first minute u been like a VIP. All staff call us by our name even we not seem them before. Also remember our villa no. The food at breakfast was best i ever had in any banyan tree. Saffron with the thai food seems strange when u travelling in Vietnam but how they prepared the food was outstanding and first class tasting. As our flight leaves at evening Banyan Tree let us stay the whole day in our villa... amazing. All other places we been before we had to pay or even it was not possible. At Banyan Tree Lang Co u feel as VIP Guest until u leave the limousine at the airport. We will be back.... thanks to all the staffs

spectacular place to stay in Vietnam ”
It was a stellar experience staying at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and accommodating and their attention to detail was wonderful! Our villa was gorgeous and the spa service was fabulous too... The property and grounds were so pretty and well maintained. Every meal we ate during our stay was excellent as well as the service in each restaurant. Couldn't be better! One might think that the sun was shining because the staff was so cheerful and seemed to act as though is wasn't raining buckets for four days straight!

My partner and I had an amazing experience at Banyan Tree Lang Co. The resort itself is incredibly beautiful and well worth the expense. We also found the staff to be incredibly kind, generous and attentive. Be sure to take advantage of the daily bus trip to Hoi An. We'd recommend taking the afternoon bus to see the lanterns at night.

Pleasant stay during a strong typhoon”
Unluckily, we stay in a great ocean view pool villa during a crazy typhoon. It keeps raining on our arrival, day trip to Hue and facing a typhoon on the day we plan to enjoy the villa and facilities in the hotel. However, our villa host - Nina and most of the staffs make us a wonderful stay in Banyan Tree. They are all very initial to serve you, concerns your needs and problem solving immediately. Such as the concierge remind us Saffron, their signature restaurant will be closed on Wed and Thu, so we can catch our first try on our arrival nights, the only night we can dine there. Housekeeping found the toilet not flush well and contact technician team to fix immediately, turn down service and small gifts from Nina are surprising us everyday, really consider of our needs which a fruit platter and bubble bath are ready after our day trip to Hue. We have a great and unforgettable stay with the only sunshine farewell us on our leaving...

I have totally enjoyed my two day in Banyan Tree Lang Co. My villa is so nice and well prepared. Their staff is very friendly and helfull. And the beach, believe me that you will love it at your first sight. You should try Thai's food at Thai restaurant there, the dishes tasted sweet.

I read a couple of Agoda reviews before booking, so our expectations were high. Having stayed in Banyan Tree hotels before, we knew about the standards. The location is secluded and the weather wasn‘t great (rainshowers), but the heated jacuzzi in the beachfront poolvilla, the nice staff and the very nice hotel made up for it. Would definitely come back again! Best baby cod by the way our little one has slept in so far!

A well designed integrated resort with comfortable and private villas, great food, quirky bars, and a well equipped gym. The staff went out of their to ensure a superlative customer experience, anticipating your needs and ensuring all your creature comforts are met. The view of the sea next to the villas is breathtaking and the room is designed to maximize the enjoyment and relaxation of the guests. The entire experience was seamless and superlative. Amazing, staff just a bit OTT”
We stayed in a beach villa, which, despite the poor weather, was fantastic. The heated jacuzzi allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space, and the room itself was extremely comfortable. Again because of th pe weather our acitvities were limited, but the hotel made every effort to keep us entertained, with bad weather activities complimentary, and day trips to Hoi An and Hue possible. The resort is half way between Hue and Da Nang, which means there is not much to do in the local vicinity, but this could be a good point if your aim is to relax in peace. We ate in all the restaurants and bars available and found them all to be excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive, and it's a shame the they are the cause of our only complaint. That is, they were just a bit too attentive. Our welcome to the room was over half an hour long, when we'd just arrive after a long car journey. Our activities felt as though they were supervised by the staff. We were interrupted in the middle of our own private conversations over dinner or drinks on multiple occasions for mundane information or just idle chat. We feel bad for leaving this in a review when everybody was so nice, but felt it was worth mentioning. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and look forward to coming back someday when the weather is better.
