The staffs were awesome. There were minor broken amenities, but the staffs came right away to fix them although it was late in the evening. They always helped us with super friendly attitude. The “stone bowl Pho” is worth a try, believe me!

Staff members are very kind and helpful when I needed for early/late check-in and out. The location is good for moving around and taking cabs. The hotel can arrange a cab from/to the airport at a reasonable price. Very good experience.

Far from the Old Town”
The staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Unfortunately the hotel itself is far from everything and we had to take a cab to go anywhere which we would’ve preferred to walk. The indoor pool was interesting and wasn’t relaxing as children’s swim classes were each day that we stayed. Rooms were spacious and simple. There is an expensive mall a short walk away that had great places to dine but again were pricy.

Well placed Hanoi hotel”
Baoson Hotel is a well-placed, well-maintained hotel for a stay in Hanoi. The staff are very attenttive, and after complaining about the street noise in the room I was assigned, they very efficiently upgraded me to a larger, and quiet room. The breakfast provided is excellent with a large array of fresh local fruits, and a good choice of main dishes.

Comfortable modern room”
This hotel offers a clean, modern, comfortable room which is an excellent value for the money. The room was surprisingly large and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE, offering a welcome break from the usual cheap and hard mattresses in Vietnam. The area is a bit far from the most common tourist spots (lakes district), easy to get to by taxi but too far to walk. At night (11pm) it was difficult to find shops or street-food available in the area. For this reason, it makes an excellent business hotel, when walking at night isn't your priority. The breakfast buffet was large and more than I expected.

It has been a wonderful stay and the staff are very very helpful and friendly. The place is very convenient with bakery shop just a few door away and lots of local eatry. Quiet and relax in compare with those hotel in the tourist belt. I will definately come back to stay and will stringly recommend my friends to stay on their holiday in hanoi.
