Great Service at Affordable Cost”
I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The fees charged at the hotel was one of the cheapest in Mecca. The hotel is located at the major road in Aziziya making it easy to find. The local mosque is adjacent to the hotel's entrance while closeness to Al-baik resturant and Al-Noori superstore provides comfort for visitors. Direct taxi to Haram is easy to find while the hotel also provides free transport to Haram but this transport service is not too reliable.

Quick check in and check out , window AC was a bit noisy and it stopped working but was fixed quickly! Shuttle bus to and from Haram was available on fixed timings . Nearby bakala and Turkish restaurant/al baik and pharmacy.

Ok value for money, but...”
- Position is very nice, near to al Baik, also to Noori mall - They have a free shuttle to the al haram and back - Stuff was nice - Only thing that was NOT NICE and because of this it is not full positive feedback is that they did not had any tawell in the any of two rooms, and since we have been 5 of us i asked them for tawells and they give me JUST TWO and I have asked for more, but they told me that it is ONE TAWELL ON ROOM with triple bad?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Eventually they brought more but this was vary bad experience for me

The Saudi guy on front desk was very cooperative and helping The Egyptian(Osama) was very straight faced and was least concerned for the visitors. I requested him for towels and he straight away let down my request. The bell boy later provided and said that his attitude is so with non arabs I suggest please don't keep Egyptians on front desk they are very rude with non arabs. This is second time in a row (last one in Seel Al Hawazaen booked with agoda) that I encounter with these Egyptians and found them very rude. These are ruining the good name of Saudis and brining bad name for AGODA and the Hotel

It was pleasant stay..Worth your pay”
It was pleasant stay. Al baik restaurant is very close and we have Noori Grocery Store much close and accessible. Good access for Public transport. Overall worth for what i paid. Further disadvantage is quite far from Haram as you need to take taxi which might charge you 10-15 SAR for one way journey. Hotel staff says they have bus service to Haram 10-15 before every prayer which is not true. We kept waiting but bus never arraives.. Nevertheless worth for what i paid

Good low fare hotel”
Bus service is not guaranteed but taxis are available all the time. Furniture, wash rooms, AC, sound proofing are satisfactory in this price. Mosque right in front and small grocery store are added advantage. If you want a cheep hotel with ease of everything then this is a recommended one.

Not the best hotel. ”
Walked in and the staff were very unhelpful. I booked through Agoda and had prepaid for my hotel yet they still asked for more money at check in. This took almost an hour to resolve and at times they just ignored me. The room was nice and well looked after but that's as good as the stay got. The staff were often rude and very unhelpful. The worst aspect was definitely the bus service as it wasn't clear if we were on the right bus and it would never stick to its time table leaving us with taxis that only charge extortionate prices. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it is much more easier to get a closer more expensive hotel.

Budget hotel ”
This hotel is located in Azizia north. Very far from Haram. But the hotel provides shuttle service during prayer times only. Otherwise getting the taxi is easiest way and not expensive from 10-15 riyals you can go to Haram. The very good thing about hotel location is that it is located very close to Albaik restaurant and nuri super market. So having dinner and lunch at Albaik is valuable. The washrooms are very small and beds are also narrow. The hotel staff was not cooperative.

Staff very uncooperative ”
Staff is very uncooperative I booked through credit card and paid money. Showed the registration person transaction Id.instead of checking online he kept on insisting for receipt after 10 hours long journey had to wait for an hor or so manager left in between for some other work. Hotel is under staffed. Hotel rooms are very nice. But far from Haram.

BAD STAFF ,NO CLEANLINESS”
ITS VERY BAD TO FIND FOOD PARTS AND DIRTY TISSUES BEHIND THE BEDS AND THE CABINET INSIDE THE ROOM. ALSO THE STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD WITH A HIGH NOISY TALKS AND LAUGH OUTSIDE THE ROOMS AND YOU COULD NOT HAVE A PERIOD OF REST IN YOUR HOME BETWEEN PRAYER TIMES.IN ADDITION NO ANY STAFF REPLY IF YOU NEED ANY HELP. THEY ARE ONLY COME TO TELL YOU TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AND MAY INSIST TO CARRY YOU LUGGAGES. I FACED A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THERE. PLEASE TRY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEMS.
