As soon as we arrived we were told that we have not made payment although we booked via agoda and paid, we were waiting around for 3 hours trying to deal with this at last we were told that they have received the paynent but due to checking in late we have to pay for one day, eventually we were given our rooms. Hotel is spacious, sehri is nice, location is about 4-5mins drive to haram via shuttle buses which pick you up from outside hotel till safa marwa then it is a 5 min walk to the haram building. Bus will drop you off outside haram courtyard. Travel is easy but can be busy straight after taraweeh in Ramadhan to catch bus back from haram. Overall besides the payment issue on first day good hotel, location, food and cleanliness

The location is very strategic, everything (food, store, pharmacy) is available. The room is spacious. However, the room decoration needs to be improved. I really believe, this hotel can improve the revenue by maximizing its (the bed room) decoration..

Room is nice and clean and easy access to Haram through via bus 6 Reyal for return ticket/person Asked help with Shataf but no assistant from hotel / room cup and spoon for tea was dirty / a bit far away from Masjed bin baaz / suggest the hotel to have electric shutter from/to masjed bin baz

pathetic choice to stay in Makkah”

Very rude staff they misbehave with guests. No proper facilities. No room service. Lifts waiting time is quite long. Only positive things are spacious room but cleanliness not upto the mark and location near bus stop you can reach haram at safa marwa stop in 5 minutes otherwise it was a pathetic hotel. Also no free parking they are charging 100 riyals per day and very difficult to park in the surrounding.

VERY NICE NEAT AND CLEAN HOTEL VERY COOPERATIVE STAFF ESPECIALLY MR.SAIF AND HIS STAFF MEMBERS. ROOM SERVICE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD. MAINTAINENCE STAFF WAS PROMPT AND HELPFUL. THERE WAS NO PROBLEM OF TRANSPORT AS TAXIS AND BUSES BOTH WER EASILY AVAILABLE. IT WAS MY FOURTH STAY IN THE HOTEL

مناسب في رمضان وفِي المواسم مقارنة بأسعار غيره ، والميزة موقعه الممتاز في محبس الجن على مسار الباصات للحرم ، اي وقت تنزل وتركب الباص خلال ٥ دقايق انت في ساحة الحرم ، وخط الرجعة نفس الشي ، والمنطقة حوله فيها كل شي بقالة ، مطعم ، حلاق

لا توجد لديه مراتب اضافية للأطفال مع أنه مذكور في الموقع انه سيتم توفير مراتب للأطفال. اضطررنا للنوم بجانب الأطفال. عندما وصلنا لم يكن المكيف يعمل ، وبعد الطلب من الاستقبال والنزول إليهم أكثر من مرة، أحضروا ريموت المكيف بعد ساعة تقريبا. يوجد باصات سابتكو للنقل من وإلى الحرم ب 6 ريال ولكن مزدحمة جدا جدا خاصة في العودة من الحرم. وإذا أردت الاعتماد على التكاسي سوف تدفع مبالغ كبيرة.

اخلاق الموظفين جداً رائعه والبوفيه في رمضان ممتاز بتنوعه يومياً ميزة الفندق تنزل في باصات سابتكو ع الحرم ممكن دقيقتين الشيء الي ماحبيته كثير المواقف الخاصه للفندق بفلوس اليوم ب100 اول مره سياسة فندق كذا وكذالك المصاعد جداً تتأخر بسبب (الزحمه في رمضان) وتتأخر بسبب التوقف المتكرر اما الفندق مجملاً جداً حلو واشكر موظفين الاستقبال المالكي وبسام على اخلاقهم العاليه.
