Good overall value”
Great service and value for money, although the room was not what we expected when they say its an apartment we did expect it to be an apartment with a living room and separate bedroom, what you actually get is just a room with an en-suite shower/toilet. So in that respect we were a little disapointed. Great location not far from lime street station, although you do have to pick the keys up at their office which is on the other side of town. Lucky you do not have to return keys to office you drop them in box downstairs. So its a bit of messing about. The room was clean and tidy, although you could do with more milk and sugar, you only get enough for 2 cups each and the quality of the coffee is basic. The mattress was rather firm so could not really get comfortable. But overall was good value stay. But do be aware that there are no lifts so if you can't manage stairs this place is not for you.

From the point of contacting Base to confirm booking, to checking in, checking out and spending 2 nights in the property everything was excellent ! Central to everything, clean and a great three bedroom apartment with each room an en-suite.. Would not think twice about booking again !

Good location Good view on the top of apartment”
Too far from office (for check in ) to apartment. If you have not car may be not comfortable after check in. My family have many luggage and got the room on fifth floor and no lift ... Too tired

Nice apartment - weird 3rd bedroom”
The apartment is very nice and spacious but be aware the third bedroom gives no privacy - it is effectively open plan, with no door or partition from the main living areas

poor maintenance, the corridor stinks”
The stinking corridor , doors in poor condition they do not lock properly and easily, they charge you big amount(4 times of your room rent) of pre- authorization amount from your card fearing you might break something or loose keys, which is quite annoying.you have to collect keys from their branch at Duke street which is further a problem.

Booked through Agoda but I did not see any mention of the requirement to check in at a different location about a mile away, which was quite a hassle on foot with a big heavy bag. If it was raining I would be even more annoyed! Was informed about this as a "special note" after booking with no refund policy. Probably Agoda to blame I feel.

Very noisy - the room is on the first floor above a bar - there are buses constant going past your window and there's no double glazing - ear plugs are a must

Terrible - no sleep!!!”
A taxi ride from the check in desk, directly above a pub, not ideal for a baby! Which they knew we were bringing with us. 29 degrees in the room, without aircon so had to open the windows (again above a busy pub, so you can imagine the noise) Also... blood on one of the pillow cases?! Really?! Don’t do it!!! Certainly not with a small family.

We do advertise that our Sir Thomas Street apartments are in a vibrant area of the city however I completely agree with you in that being informed about the pub below is something that should have been communicated with you prior and I can see this is why the team have been in touch to discuss your booking. If you do consider returning then please take a look at our more family orientated areas of the city which are quieter and would maybe more suitable for yourself. Great location, facilities excellent. Central to all shops bars and restaurants. However poor quality of sleep. Very noisy all night.

Exceptional”
Large spacious place with 3 separate rooms and attached toilets. However building has no lifts so as we were travelling with large suitcases, it was a hassle to bring them up and down the steep steps. We also had to go to another office to collect the keys before heading to the actual building.

Площадь апартаментов для Англии огромная. 3 полноценные спальни, каждая со своим санузлом, чайник/чай/кофе/печенье в каждой комнате, фен тоже есть во всех комнатах. Кухня оборудована полностью, разве что кухонного комбайна нет. Апартаменты полностью соответствуют заявленным фото. Очень качественно и стильно все сделано. Рядом в сквере муниципальная парковка: с 7-18 1.8 фунта/час, с 18-24 0.8 фунта/час, с 24-7 утра-бесплатно.
