Great hotel with outstanding staff”
Best hotel with the most comfortable bed we've had in 10 weeks of travel. The friendly, efficient staff went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel itself was spot on for room size, hot water, breakfast, wifi. Great size pool with lots of loungers to cool off in. Location is quiet up a side lane but close to restaurants, bars and beach. I'd highly recommend the Bauhinia Resort to anyone coming to Phu Quoc.

Just loved it”
We only stayed for a night but it was perfect! The room was clean and smelled real nice. Bed comfy, tv and Nixe furniture. What was remarkable was the staff. Morning lady was cute and so happy to talk to us. The evening guy was the nicest person we have met so far in Vietnam. Super relaxed and just offered us his fruit. 💕 Loved also that there was no loud music at night

The staff are so friendly, accomodating and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable (soft bed and good pillows). Breakfast was lovely and the pool was always clean. The location is also great near lots of shops, bars and restaurants, but still very quiet and peaceful(no karoke). Motorbikes are available for rental and you can arrange tours through the resort. Would definitely recommend 😁

Scenic resort in the middle of city”
The resort is located 400m from the beach. It is very peaceful but still you are close to all locations. The staff is so supportive and they all speak English. yeng helped us with so many good suggestions. I would definitely recommend.

Location is at the center of Phu quoc island. Convenience to all location. Staff also friendly and helpful However, there is a curfew up to 11pm, because they will locked the door and you need to call them to open when you return after 11pm

A greenplace in the middle of center”
Many plants, nice pool, friendly staff and super good location (10mins walk to hawaii beach) But the place is a bit old, need a bit of maintenance though, and be careful with the mosquitoes even in daytime

Quiet, clean, near the beach and the center of the town. However there is only 2 towels, no face nor hair towel. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The pool is clean. Room 303: WIFI in the room is really bad. The air conditioner remote did not work properly: the temp control did not work (the number set to lowest but no cooler nor warmer), and other functions such as timer, swing, mode, fan speed are useless. However, it is still satisfied me when staying here, due to the price is really good. Recommend for people who dont care much about problems anove.
