Brilliant hotel”
Situated across the street from both SM Mall and the bus terminus where the bus from the airport arrives and also close to the ferryport I don't see how you could find a better location. The buffet breakfast was excellent and included Continental breakfast preferences of cheese, bread and ham. A bit limited in Filipino dishes but there were two types of soup one of which seemed to be Lomi soup which was excellent. The chefs were there to cook omelettes or scrambled eggs to order. Again a little limited in European options but still good choices available. Breakfast is served from 6am. Buffet lunch and buffet dinner is available. The room was large and we had two double beds for the two of us. TV was good. The walk-in shower cubicle was very big and there was a good supply and good pressure of water. The fridge is small and not terribly cold but OK. The hotel is only 5 years old and appears very clean. Slight problem with the safe which staff dealt with very quickly. We'll be back.

The hotel is close to SM cebu city. The breakfast was great but the area for eating is small. You have to reserve seats and wait for a while to be seated. The staff are helpful. We had a tour at 5am and they gave us juice and bread as a replacement for the free breakfast. The rooms are clean. Not that spacious but clean and comfortable and so it was good enough. The noise outside the room and the hotel cannot be heard. Good sound proofing. The best thing about this is the location. There’s a convenience store at the ground of the hotel and atm.

Bayfront hotel is a nice hotel. Opposite SM mall. The bus to airport is from stop directly outside the door(40peso). Convenient. SM seaside mall is easy access via bus too (25peso). Hotel itself has nice clean modern rooms. Breakfast is really good with various foods options. Check in check out is easy. The staff is really helpful. You can store luggage after checkout if catching a late flight. All in all, a very good hotel.

If you are planning on making a trip from Cebu to bohol or siquijor and get into Cebu late, this is the best hotel to stay at for the night. It is clean, bed is comfortable, and the aircon is great. The mall is located right across from the hotel for dinner or shopping. It is very close to the pier that you have to go to, to get the ferry. Do not pay for Radisson Blu, this is way better for value.

First time in Cebu - A very happy experience”
The hotel is just right in front of the bus terminal and walking distance to SM. Imagine the convenience. As per the hotel, even before we were able to check in, we already saw 3 different wedding receptions being held. Nice view from our room, gave us a good view of the port area. it was clean, regular room service and the buffet breakfast was great too!. Will definitely come back here.

I was so pleased to learn that this hotel is just right across the My Bus Terminal in SM City Cebu. My Bus is your cheapest way to and fro the airport and SM Seaside Cebu! It is located near some of the attractions in the metro. There’s 7-11 beside the lobby and two ATM terminals. Staff are friendly, the room we stayed in the 8th floor is Superior Room and it’s spacious and clean. The bathroom is big enough, I liked that the shampoo, body and hand wash are all mounted on the wall as I prefer that than the regular toiletries provided by some hotels. There’s hair dyer, yey! The aircon is sufficient, the bed is very comfy that I had good night sleep for two nights! I booked my room with free breakfast so the buffet is pretty much good enough for me. I don’t have anything to complain about the foods except that beef dish they served on my first day of breakfast buffet is too hard to chew! For the not so good part, I wish they also provide other toiletries like cotton buds and shower cap. The fridge doesn’t work -it doesn’t get cold. There are limited tv channels. Café Breeze where the buffet is, is small and cramped. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and will definitely book this again if I ever visit Cebu another time!

We weren't able to book this hotel last year for our wedding anniversary. This year, I made sure we could book it as early as I could. Now I know why it got booked out so quickly--because it had such a great value for money! My husband and I were so happy we want to always stay at this hotel whenever we're in Cebu. The location: outstanding. One Mybus ride to SM Cebu and you're already in front of the hotel. There was a nearby CnT lechon resto, mall, and even a rent-a-car! The modern design room was spacious, and had the basic amenities one would need. The view was nice, the bed, sheets, and pillows were so comfy that getting up was a struggle because we just want to stay all day, haha. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. The staff was friendly, kind, and super helpful. The only cons I could think of (which wasn't a big deal) was the sound proofing because you could hearing the ships' blaring horns and maybe the window could be cleaned from outside. :)

Location is hard to beat”
The room was clean from top to bottom (no dust to be found). The hotel was modern and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was satisfying, featuring a somewhat limited, yet fulfilling range of both filipino and western foods. The wifi was great, never dropped out and quick enough for 3+ devices to use the net without feeling any slowdown. The location was simply phenomenal. By being 2 minutes walk from SM Cebu, this allows you to pop over to do some shopping and not need a taxi to get back to the hotel with your goods. The gym has a couple of cycles and treadmills and some free weights, but a couple of other pieces of exercise equipment would be beneficial. Overal, we were impressed and highly recommend the Bayfront Hotel. We'll definitely stay again upon our next trip to Cebu.

The place has a very ideal location since it’s just a few meters away from one of the biggest malls in Cebu (SM). Despite the pandemic, the management ensures the safety of all its staff and guests and the rooms are clean, spacious and has comfortable amenities. I’ll definitely be back!

great location for airport and city if you’re flexible ”
my bus, every half hour fro & to the airport, starts and finishes right opposite. Bus to city, every 20 minutes, goes eventually to massive SM seaside mall on the other side of town and should take 40 mins fares 40 pesos anywhere. Jeepney terminal by Radisson Hotel also super convenient if you’re brave! SM city is two minutes walk and just beyond is a new super plus shopping centre- all paid about 30 restaurants inside. Hotel good with big clean rooms - a proper 4 star- fridge, efficient A/C, big tv with lots of channels, dark bathroom but lots of hot water. Nice views. Really good extensive breakfast buffet and similar evening buffet which is exceptional value at 399 pesos. Helpful staff looked after my bag whilst I flew to Boracay. thoroughly recommended- taxi about 100 to pier 1

The room is nice and clean. My flight the next day is at 7pm and I have to check out at 12pm, good thing their concierge has luggage storage, I did not struggle to bring my luggage while going around the city.

Spacious hotel with convenient location”
Spacious, clean and modern room. city view,comfy bed, sleep quality good. However, sound proof not so perfect, can keep hearing people open and close the room door even during midnight. Breakfast simple local food & pastries. Nearby 5-10mins drive from hotel to port going to tagbilaran, bohol. There is a 7-eleven under the hotel which is very convenient & a shopping mall opposite of hotel (walking distance). You can find more food in the shopping mall. There is also massage/spa service within hotel, but service is bad. Make booking but the therapist didnt come even after we waited for 1 hour plus & nobody called us to inform. But overall, the room is perfect :)
