The staff were all very helpful whenever we have questions. There was a place to put your bag securely if you arrive early. We arrived at 11am and put our bag in hotel then went out. The room was very clean I would rate the cleanliness 10/10. Stayed for 5 nights and every day we come back to a clean room and a made up bed and the room is clean every morning. Stayed on the second floor, everything was very smooth during our stay.

We stayed here for a week for our trip in June. Believe me, this is by far the best affordable hotel in the central area of London. Everywhere else are either too expensive or hotels with tiny rooms. The room here is spacious, its clean, staff are very friendly and accommodating, location is great (Bayswater/Queensway have everything), you can walk to Kensington Park/Hyde Park from the hotel. Overall - great place. Forget about your dodgy Air BnBs - stay here instead!

Basement Room”
I travelled alone hence was not fussy when given initially a room at the basement, but requested at the last night for a room upstairs as at the basement there were :- 1) no phone signal 2) no hotwater for shower in the morning 3) being 'alone' with a long dark corridor gave me goosebumps - luckily the staff entertained my request which I am grateful for.

I had a lovely four days at the Bayswater recently. The staff couldn't have been nicer, more professional, or more caring. I felt comfortable, known, and at-home all the time I was at the Bayswater Inn Hotel even though my room was tiny and the building is well worn on the inside. My bathroom though was recently remodeled and was very nice. I do understand that it is possible to be put in some not-so-nice rooms as I made a last minute reservation for an added-on day and had to be given a room in the basement. It was not nice, but very quickly I was moved to my nice upstairs room. I will return again for sure.

Excellent location, good self catering facilities, three star accomodation, clean and spacious, everything in good working order. Only one problem, no air conditioning and really quite uncomfortable with the extreme heat but fine most other times of the year. I book the hotel fairly regularly and am happy to recommend.

Worth the price”
A little bit small for 4 people (family room). No bottle of water in the room but free water at reception. A/C works very well. Bathroom is clean. Nice location not far from Bayswater station
