My wifes mama Lolita came to the US EMBASSY across the street...very convenient... because we were at the embassy..we missed our breakfast and returned as they were cleaning up..the breakfast manager told me she would give us three a free breakfast:) Nice of her!!! Thank you Bayview:) I also asked to keep my luggage stored at the hotel until the time of our flight after checkout..they were very helpful and protected our luggage until we were ready for the airport! Finally the guys at the front door were excellent. Especially the bald man who was very kind and showed interest in our trip and stay atthe Bayview..Thaks to himit seemed a really safe place to be where they looked after you as one person in our group left a package she had got at the mallof asia in our cab..he spotted that and stopped the cab and brought the package in to her..thats what makes the front door guys very special..thankoyu Bayview!!!

They handled our parking incident perfectly”
My husband and I were checked in because we had an interview at the US Embassy. At check-in, we were upgraded from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room because there were a lot of guests that time. We were delighted to get a room with 2 queen (or double) beds. The next day, before our US Embassy appointment, the front desk called and they informed us that one of the other guests at the property (a supplier for an event there) miscaluculated maneuvering their car and therefore scratched our car's front bumper and headlight as it was parked beside them in front of the hotel. Bayview Park Hotel's security staff (shoutout to Sir Marco) handled everythin perfectly--took photos of the scratches, the driver's license and registration papers, wrote a complete incident report, and even went as far as filing with the local barangay office to ensure that the other party will take accountability for the damage to our car. They told us not to worry and to focus on our interview. That said, our US visa got approved, and we already have arrangements made for our car repair at a body shop to be paid for by the other party. Excellent service! Thank you, Bayview Park Hotel!

This place is emaciate.friendly staff n workers . They had 1/2 the hotel for people who were quarantine n they had to use the elevator for them .As other 1/2 were for ones who had there Covid Card.Rooms were clean n lobby was great nice n clean.Breakfast Buffet was good to.Well worth staying there . Especially If u have to go to The US Embassy ur 3 blocks away n Robinson Mall if you take taxicab it will cost u 65 pesos. We had a wonderful time..room was clean, water was strong with water heatee, drinking water was more than enough, air-conditioning was cold, tv had many channels, wifi inside their resto, food was available near by and there's a sari sari store just beside the hotel. The one that deserves more than 5 stars are the staff...they were uber accomodating, they even go beyond extra with your requests, they are also pet friendly :-) oh and the bathtub... I loved it :-) all in all i'd say we will definitely go back:-) bravo

The location makes the hotel the perfect choice for people with scheduled visa interview: the embassy is just a few meters away. For the proximity of the hotel to UN Avenue and the Mall of Asia, the rate is indeed value for money. Yes the hotel building is old, but the staff and frontdesk ladies are able to compensate the nostalgic ambiance with start-of-the-art customer service. If you need anything, even at midnight you have 711s and Mini-stops available a few steps from the hotel. Need Coffee? there is a Starbucks nearby and other select coffee shops. Ahhh, pizza! There is also a pizza restaurant very closely located. And we noticed that one of Bayview Park Hotel elevators even has Braille for the visually impaired. Nice hotel. Highly recommended . Five Stars

Our stay has been nice and wonderful. We booked a hotel near the museums for a weekend getaway. The facilities are good especially with the children who wants to go to the pool and the children's activity area. The food is also superb-as for the breakfast buffet. The staff were also helpful everytime we ask questions. There are other food establishments near the area so we wouldn't have to go far. We were hesitant that there would be no parking but yeah they have an outdoor parking for guests. Overall we must say that we had a good night sleep and stay at this hotel. Although its not our first time in bayview, we will still recommend it to others. Thank you! 🙂

Bath tub and breakfast included ”
We stayed there 3 days. I payed not so big money but, I got right to use bath tub with hot water anytime , and free breakfast which food are nice. We highly recommend especially Japanese who wants to use bath tub with cheaper price compared with other hotels. One things my request to hotel. Please clean inside of bathtub when you bed making. It would be best for me.

I loved my stay at Bayview. For a low-rise hotel, it truly gave me & my family 5-star treatment. The staff are really efficient, rooms are clean, and well-equipped. The food was also good. My only problem was a lack in outlets. Apart from the one shared by the TV & ref, we only had one that we could use.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Bayview Park Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. I especially appreciated that there was in choice in breakfast egg preparation. Beside the scrambled and hard boiled options, one could request an omelet or poached egg. I will try to stay here again if I have need to be near the US Embassy.

We stayed here for a total of 12 days. The rest of my family transferred here from from OYO 152 Sangco because the place was just terrible. The 4 rooms we got here were all superior. Spacious and clean. Loved the big closet and bathroom. It was indeed a home away from home. All of the staff were friendly and approachable. We all loved our stay here. Thank you Bayview! 🥰

I checked in with my sister together with my 7yr old nephew last April 7th to 8th of 2022. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the service of the staff at the hotel. It's also walking distance from the US Embassy in Manila, where I had to go to the next day. Highly recommended to friends and family!

A home away from home”
I always find a home in Bayview. It may be an old hotel but considering the price and the amenities, I feel satisfied. The front desk staff are amiable except for the big chubby lady assigned in the morning which my groupmates described as not so friendly. I would suggest however that egg is part of the daily menu but the way it was prepared is not attractive to some guest. Maybe they could prepare it fried, sunny side up and not the way it was usually prepared. Overall, we find the breakfast satisfactory. We also appreciate the additional yakult served to first 5 guests. But what about the others who usually wake up a bit late. You please include them too.

Amazing hotel, I recommend staying on the high floor just to over look the city, amazing views. The rooms were kept clean and the food was amazing, I recommend this to whoever is staying a day or a week its well worth the money. Come December my I will be staying there again, one of the best.

Honestly, I was anxious coming here because I have heard a bad review about the staff from a friend of a friend. But during our entire stay, the staff was awesome. The room is very clean (spot on). There are complete set of towels and everything, hair dryer is also included in the room. Disinfectant and cleaning kit for the guest. It is an old building but they maintained it very well. Nice location also. Lots of restaurant in the surrounding area.

Food is okay, no buffet kc pandemic also no pool. It's okay hindi naman yun pinunta namin. :) Also, they were very accomodating samin kahit lockdown, they still accepted my last minute reservation! Stayed here close to the embassy”
It was a very nice beautiful hotel, bed VERY big and soft and comfy, nice thick blankets, super view of the ocean with windows from side to side, food was super good and luxury... the neighborhood is total trash (but that's just the way the embassy area is all the time). Some cool and pretty places to walk just blocks north during daylight hours. Very close to the airport, and the taxi service at the door. Do not walk around at night here.

Water is too hot in the shower area. We swithced room three times before we got the right room”
It is really frustrating that the room provided to us has a defective shower. The shower was too hot. It almost injured us. The management reassigned as three times. The third time was an upgraded room. They could have identified the problem swiftly but it took them hours to resolve the issue. It could have veen a memorable valentines celebration without those hassles. Please improve also the food you are serving during breakfast.
