Decent Accommodation in Pleiku”
This "hotel" is located in a tiny alley near Pleiku's main street and it's about 5 minutes from the town's center by car/motorbike. I'm writing "hotel" with quote marks because it's not really a hotel per se; it's a bunch of rooms, some of which are detached buildings (bungalows is how they call them), and some of which are attached, next to one another or stacked on top of each other. Connecting the buildings is a paved path that's adorned with beautiful trees, plants and flowers, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Some employees speak some English, but Google Translate might be needed for more complex matters. The rooms are clean and nice but the mattresses are rock-hard. The bathrooms have showers, Vietnamese style, which means the entire bathroom is the shower and the floor will be wet when you shower. As of March 2023, there are no water heaters; hot water comes from a big solar-powered water tank that's on the roof of one of the buildings. That means you may have to wait for the water to heat up, which can be very inconvenient. Bazan is surrounded by residential homes and there can be noise caused by construction or renovation. It's possible to rent Honda AirBlades for a fee, about 180k per day, but those are not very good; missing mirrors, weak engine, etc. It's an okay place, stayed there twice while visiting my wife's family. I think I'll try another place next time; the hard uncomfortable mattress is a no-go for me.

Homestay should upgrade the hot water solar machine or install the instant water heater. No hot water from 7pm. The weather is cool, around 15*C at night. We must use the electric kettle to boil water for washing hand, face. Others are very good.

What a great place to stay”
We booked one night in one of the garden view rooms and it was fantastic value and they do bike rentals which helps to get around the city and the owners are lovely people and they recommend good places to eat too.

Feel peaceful when i stayed here. Owner is so kind and support a lot. Just one small thing is by the soundproof. Small group leaves at midnight and they make noise. I can here the voice of a couple in the next room. I also talked about this to owner and he promised to improve this.

Homestay siêu xinh luôn ạ. Yên tĩnh, cảnh trí đẹp. Anh chị chủ thân thiện, nhiệt tình, mình đi du lịch mà quên sạc điện thoại nên dùng nhờ của chị chủ mấy ngày liền 😂. Có dịp lên Gia Lai lại nhất định sẽ đến Bazan lần nữa!

Điểm cộng: Phòng đẹp, view đẹp hướng về một nông trại bé bé. Có bàn ghế để buổi sáng sớm hoặc tối ngồi uống trà chill chill, phòng trang bị đầy đủ nội thất (máy lạnh, máy quạt, đèn chiếu, đèn ngủ, tivi, tủ lạnh, giá treo đồ, tủ kê đầu giường, ấm đun nước,v.v.) và ấm áp. Điểm trừ: hệ thống nước nóng lạnh chưa đủ ấm, dù đã bật nước 20' nhưng vẫn khá lạnh, tuy nhiên bù lại có ấm đun nước và thùng để chế nước ấm tắm. Cách âm chưa tốt, mình có thể nghe thấy tiếng nói chuyện của phòng bên cạnh.

Bazan dùng bình nóng lạnh năng lượng mặt trời nên mùa đông không có nước nóng để tắm gội. Phải dùng bình siêu tốc rồi đổ ra một cái xô để dùng. Rất bất tiện khi đi du lịch.
