Too far from the town”

I took a group of grade 12 students to Ban Me Thuot. We book 6 rooms. I book VIP room from Agoda and 5 rooms from hotel as the price cheaper than Agoda. We had one night there. I had VIP room with karaoke but we didn't use. The hotel is too far from town. I had checked all 6 rooms. There is not clean in the bathroom. The glass are very dirty. Some rooms have smoking smell. The bridge is not clean.

Good value for money but NOT centrally located”

Very good value for money but try and get a room at the rear of the building, facing countryside and not the busy road at the front. This hotel is NOT centrally located but some 3/4 km's south of the town on the main road towards HCMC. This is fine for travellers on motor bikes and they have a secure underground area for locking your bike. There is a coffee cafe next door and a motorbike me hanic next to the cafe. There is a petrol station a short way on the road into town, which is whete you will need to go for proper restaurant food. A bit if Rnglish spoken here and the staff are as helpful as they are able to be.

Great value; hard working, very helpful staff”

I was alone and had had some issues with my motorbike, so I was taken to a number of different places - by a member of staff - who sat and waited with me, translating for me when needed. There was no relenting until it was sorted. Even before this I was incredibly impressed by the value for money for the room I was given.

My stay was only overnight, but the bed was comfortable, the showers were great, and the staff were incredibly helpful despite the fact I can't speak a word of Vietnamese.

아고다에 올라온 사진과 실제 내부시설 차이큼”

아고다 검색으로 3박예약했으나 1박만하고 다크루코 호텔(Dakruco Hotel )로 옮겼다. 사진으로 보는 시설과 실제 모습은 차이가 많았다. 시설이 노후했고 부대시설과 서비스 용품도 인터넷 안내와 달랐다.

적당히 깨끗한 방에 위치는 호치민가기에는 좋은 방향에 위치하고 있으나 시내에서는 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 주변에 이왕거리쪽으로 술집과 밥집이 즐비해 있습니다.

Định vị trên Agoda bị sai”

Khi mình đặt khách sạn, do sơ suất đã không kiểm tra lại vị trí của khách sạn mà chỉ tin vào định vị của Adoga là khách sạn ở trung tâm Buôn Ma Thuột. Khách sạn (thực ra gọi là nhà nghỉ thì đúng hơn) nằm ở ngoài rìa của thành phố, ngay sau biển báo hết khu vực nội thành. Mình đã đặt 2 đêm tại Bazan Hotel, sau khi check in đã gọi chăm sóc khách hàng để huỷ 1 đêm, bạn ở tổng đài nói sẽ liên hệ lại với khách sạn rồi báo lại với mình (nghĩa là ko rõ có huỷ được không). Sau khoảng 2 tiếng, khi mình đang đi trên đường thì bạn tổng đài gọi mình mà mình ko nghe máy, và bạn ấy đã huỷ phòng mà chưa nhận được xác minh của mình. Do nhân viên khách sạn lịch sự và bọn mình chỉ cần nơi tắm và chỗ ngủ cho nên bọn mình vẫn ở hết 2 đêm tại đây, 1 đêm đặt qua Adoga (287k) và 1 đêm trả tại khách sạn (300k). Mức giá 300k/đêm cho 1 nơi ở vừa xa trung tâm vừa thiếu tiện nghi (không có máy sấy, không dọn phòng trong suốt 2 đêm mình ở, chăn hôi ...) là khá đắt.

Chất lượng nhà nghỉ và dịch vụ cần cải thiện nhiều hơn”

Điểm cộng duy nhất là gần trung tâm thành phố. Chất lượng phòng kém: vệ sinh chưa sạch, đồ đạc hư hỏng, ẩm mốc, nước nóng sử dụng năng lượng mặt trời nên ko có sẵn nước nóng khi cần, ko trang bị máy sấy, điện thoại hỏng, nhà vệ sinh bị giọt nước từ trần và có mùi. Khi cần gọi lễ tân ko gọi điện thoại được, các vấn đề về hỏng hóc khi lễ tân tiếp nhận không cố gắng giải quyết cho khách hàng. Phần quảng cáo trên Agoda không chính xác.
