The smell not good”

I got a room to main street view. Small room, the smell of the old mattress made me sick., I had to open the door all the time, even at night. A little scared of thief when open the door like this. Just a few staffs at the hotel so you can not ask what you want at anytime. But the hotel have a nice location.

Big disappointment ”

Room: stain/ dried residues on desk phone, mud stained floor and house slippers for gusts o check in, only 1 towel per guest. Loud and crude noise from other guests in hallway, smoking in hallway and lobby. Front desk with limited assistance and manager only available via telephone after lengthy wait for request and complaints

Về đặt phòng của mình, khách sạn đã giữ phòng cho mình trong gần 6 tháng với thời gian đặt phòng lên đến 7 đêm. Khách sạn hoàn toàn thiệt thòi trong vấn đề này khi đã giữ đặt phòng cho mình rất lâu, nhưng vẫn đồng ý hoàn lại tiền cho mình ( Nhưng không được nghe Quý khách đề cập đến trong review). Góp ý của Quý khách sẽ giúp khách sạn có những thay đổi để hoàn thiện tốt hơn. Chúc Quý khách có ngày làm việc vui vẻ và mong sẽ sớm được chào đón Quý khách quay trở lại trong tương lai.

Some good & some bad things ”

super comfy bed, nice cotton towels, good location if u have a scooter or car, newer hotel and i was there during TET so i found the walls to the rooms very thin....could hear crying and screaming kids next door, maybe outside of TET it would be ok, room is damp/smells a bit and humid......should have a humidifier in every room before mould starts on walls ...too cold to keep windows open to air it out....would stay again and hopefully is quieter next time and the bed was super comfy

Best near city center ”

Rooms are amazing and spacious but there are some minor issue with it the room where I stay in is good but in washroom was needing some fixing like toilet set was too lose that it was rotating, shower door was not able to close because sink platform was in middle there were dust in room but every thig else was good I would definitely recommend this stay at all times.

Lovely stay ”

We had a lovely stay at Be U hotel, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful! Downside was other guests who slam doors and the location is a bit tucked out of the way, which isn’t the hotel’s fault and we should have done more research about what we wanted to see. Still very cheap and easy to get a Grab or taxi though so wasn’t the end of the world! Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location and views”

Hotel is well furnished with large windows, and is on a hill with no tall buildings adjacent, so most rooms will have a view. Quiet part of town, but still very close to the centre. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.
