Terrific Hostel”
This is a great hostel for anyone. The place is very new and modern and very comfortable. I ended up extending for 5 days because it was really nice being here and exploring thee relaxed Chiang Rai. The staff are helpful and friendly and really great talking to. I met many travellers here and enjoyed the socialising. The locals close by are also friendly so I cannot reccomennd enough. Plus, the best shower I have had along my travels. Terrific experience here

The hostel is in a great location in town, walking distance to the night market, old clock tower, motorbike rental, live music, and good food. It is clean and has a small security locker inside the bed area with almost blackout curtains around the bed. The room had a bit of a musty smell to it and was dark grey so it felt like it was underground, but the blanket was cozy and the room was spacious. Staff was very friendly, smiley, and helpful.

Very nice staff, nice location and cozy bed. Even though breakfast isn't included, you can buy with coffee in a cafe and it was pretty good. Able to cook and rent a bicycle.

Good location but we encountered bed bugs & bed stains.”
Overall the hostel location was good as it has many restaurant & bars nearby. Night bazaar was 5 mins walk away only. However my friend encountered some blood looking stain on our blankets. It’s quite disgusting to see like as if it was not washed for few days. & my friend also encountered bed bugs! A huge one. Next morning her face & entire body was bitten by the bed bugs. Quite disappointed as the location & parking was good but the cleanliness is a no no from us..

The reception desk mistake ,and Unprofessional”
we booked for 4 adult in the family room(fit for 5 adults ). We lost a room key and asked to pay for it.So, we paid 200Bath for a room key we lost. That is fine cause its our mistake. everthing is done. BUT... after that a day ,we got home and just saw someone called then we called back. ***Bed&Bike ASKED 100BATH MORE FOR A KEY ROOM*** they said its some misunderstanding. their receptionist that time is a new one just works for a week and under stood that we lost a locker key. They apologize and feel sorry that they have to ask us to pay 100B more for their misunderstanding. I said "YES, That is fine BUT i have to say it that we all totally told the receptionist many time we lost THE KEY ROOM.and Im Thai.and we paid and done. This is NOT RIGHT and strange cause its their responsibility for their job" 100B is not a lot of money at all But to call back customer for it.Unprofessional...But i paid anyway.

Swanky hostel!”
You can tell how a place will be by their ground floor appearance and this did not disappoint. Total of four floors with a common room on the top floor and there’s also balconies on the second and third where people can go and Smoke. Facilities are good as well so no need to be scared there; water pressure is also great.

Good designed and great location”
The interior design of the hostel is great! Staff were welcoming. The whole environment is neat except the shower room was often clogged and flooded with water during my stay. Perhaps the staff could clean them more frequently. There's a big and well equipped kitchen and fridge if anyone prefers to cook! Overall experience was nice! And the coffee on the first floor is surprisingly good!

Very peaceful atmosphere, easy to get some much needed rest here. Quiet and clean but still easy to meet other people staying here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, motorbikes for 200 baht to rent per day. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable here. The only issue was that the hostel is within walking distance from Bus Terminal 2 but if your bus only takes you to terminal 1 like mine did, you have to get a taxi or tuk tuk to the hostel.

The relatively newly built hostel is 2 mins walk from the night bazaar and less than 6 mins walk from the central bus station. Furthermore, the staff are nice and there is a free water station. The common area on the top floor is spacious. Overall, my stay in a 4-person shared room was pleasant :)

Certainly nice facilities but felt like it was quite overpriced for the area. If your looking for a nice place to stay and don't care about money, it's a solid idea but if youre on any type of budget, you can definitely find a better value.

Really beautiful boutique hostel! only down side is that the walkway between bathroom and dorm, there is a very small step(not flat), very hard to notice for a first-time guest, I kicked 2 times, very painful. I suggest they cement the gap with a min-ramp( a kind of slope) or something like that so that first-timer won't kick it.
